29、nterprise and industry group mission to promote leapfrog development.55安全施工生产组织设计一、工 程 概 况本桥位于云南锁龙寺至蒙自高速公路第三合同段驻马哨段，为跨越深沟而设，结合地形、地貌、水文等情况，上部结构设计为（340）+2（440）米预应力混凝土连续T梁，下部结构桥墩设计为T型实心墩及T型空心墩，基础为钻孔灌注群桩基础；两岸为柱式桥台。锁蒙高速公路工程设计标准为4车道，路基宽度为：26米，跨越处铁路为单线。该桥跨越昆河铁路里程为K260+650，跨越铁路部分左右幅均为第三孔，桥梁上部结构采用40m预应力砼T梁，由
30、云南路桥股份有限公司负责。本桥平面位于JD23右转曲线（R=4010，Ls=0米）上。其立面位于纵坡i=-2.1%到i=+1.56%的凹曲线（竖曲线R=10000米）及纵坡由i=+1.56%到i=+4.00%的凹形竖曲线（竖曲线R=18605.6972米）上；采用一个3孔、二个4孔一联连续结构，全桥共计8道伸缩缝。本桥主要工程材料：1、混凝土：上部构造T梁采用C50混凝土；桥面铺装采用C40混凝土；防撞墙采用C25混凝土。下部构造中盖梁及垫石挡块采用C50混凝土；墩柱采用C40混凝土；台帽和桥台搭板采用C30混凝土；柱式桥台、承台、桩基采用C30混凝土。2、预应力钢绞线：采用符合ASTMA41
31、698标准、270级高强度低松驰钢绞线，公称直径s15.2mm，截面面积139mm2，标准强度fpk=1860MP，弹性模量Ep=1.95105MPa。3、锚具及管道成孔：锚具和预应力管道应符合公路桥涵施工技术规范（JTJ0412000）第12章12.3条的规定。预制T梁正弯矩钢束管道采用内径70（156）；90（159、10、11、12）；100（1513、14）塑料波纹管。T梁正弯矩钢束采用1514、1513、1512、1511、1510、159、156型锚具，负弯矩钢束采用BM155型锚具。盖梁钢束采用1523型锚具。4、普通钢筋：钢筋直径12mm采用HBR35钢筋，直径12mm采用R2
32、35钢筋，其技术标准必须符合GB14991998和GB130131991的有关规定。二、安 全 目 标根据施工生产实际确定安全目标，并为达到规定目标制定一系列对策措施，开展一系列的组织、协调、指导、激励和控制等活动。为实现安全目标，每个部门和个人都必须严格执行安全规章制度和安全保证措施。安全年目标：桥梁工程安全年目标：1、杜绝职工工伤事故；2、消灭一般交通责任事故；3、无一般及以上行车责任事故；4、无火灾事故、机械事故。5、杜绝职工因工责任死亡事故；6、职工重伤率0.06以内；7、职工轻伤率0.12以内；安全目标管理规定：所有现场施工人员都要从本职岗位出发，自觉做到遵章守纪，从而保证安全目标的

37、结果进行总结。四、施工总体部署1、指导思想组织了经验丰富的工程项目班子组织施工。以充足的人力、物力、财力，精心组织、精心施工，科学管理，树立安全第一的意识，确保工程有一个安全的施工环境；加强安全教育，增强安全自我保护意识。2、施工总体方案与难点总体施工方案采用在现场进行预制上部主梁，运梁至桥位处，采用架桥机架设。由于桥梁所跨越的干线铁路的重要性，在架设时为确保减少施工对铁路的干扰，应采取SDLB型双导梁型架桥机架梁。施工中的难点和重点就是确保在施工期间昆河铁路能够安全正常运行。因此除了在设备上有足够的保证外，还应做好铁路安全防护、施工组织计划与铁路运行计划相协调等工作，在确保铁路安全的同时，保
38、证施工质量和工期按计划实施。该桥跨越昆河铁路里程为K260+650，跨越铁路部分左右幅均为第三孔，桥梁上部结构采用40m预应力砼T梁。距离铁路最近的下部承台为左幅3号承台、右幅2号承台。右幅2号承台距离铁路轨道最近为：12.16米；距离铁路路基边缘为：7.49米。左幅3号承台离铁路轨道最近点为：8.45米；距离铁路路基边缘最近点为：5.63米。(见桥梁总体布置图)3、主要施工措施3.1、施工组织计划向铁路主管部门申报在施工前与铁路主管部门联系，对运营情况进行了解和现场调查，掌握运营时间规律和具体对施工的要求。制定详细的施工组织计划，并及时向铁路主管部门申报，在得到审批后施工，从而确保施工组织计
39、划得到顺利实施。3.2、对既有铁路的安全防护措施架梁作业前，对铁路的防护措施至关重要，根据现场情况，我们采用在铁路行车限界外搭设防护门架的防护方式，防止施工时吊物伤人和保证行车安全，同时在施工结束后便于拆装。同铁路工务段等运营养护部门联系，提前签定好施工协议。在工务部门人员配合下，需对线路进行加固。由于临时支架紧靠铁路路基，且桥梁桩基承台边缘距铁路路基坡脚约为46米左右，故本桥施工中采用垫板加固铁路路基的型式。对既有线路在施工范围采用扣轨加固。结构物施工临近既有铁路时，一律修建栏杆隔离，以免施工侵入限界，影响铁路行车安全。3.3、建立规范的警戒制度施工期间派专人在施工场地负责，积极配合铁路运营
40、部门做好施工期间的指挥协调工作。设安全防护员及驻站联络员，配置必要的通信联络设备，以便及时与站方沟通联络。施工时，在必要位置设置各种交通引导、提示。警告标志，确保施工安全顺利实施，最大限度减少施工对既有铁路交通的影响。3.4、架梁时机选择根据总体两幅主线梁的架设时间避开昆河铁路运行时间，依据与铁路部门提供的营运时间表及我部通过对通过该段列车连续3天统计表。预制梁架设采取架桥机架设，在该段封闭时点进行架设，要点时间为无通过列车时间，计30分钟。每天在架设梁时，线路处于封闭状态，封锁后在架梁作业区两端各1km处设置警戒，配备红绿灯和对讲机，做到周密协调组织，保证架梁工作万无一失。4架桥机的选择与设

42、度0.9m/min17总电容量90kw9适应斜桥角度04518架桥机尺寸110m6m8.9m5跨越铁路上部粱的架设5.1、架桥机架梁的施工流程铺设轨道运梁喂梁跨孔架桥机横移落梁就位梁的固定5.2、架桥机跨孔架桥机在架梁前，需完成跨子孔作业。跨孔时，将两台天车全部退回导梁尾部，以础少悬臂部分重量，增大抗倾覆力矩，将一片梁运送至导梁尾部后天车下方，并将其前、后端抬高，直至前、后支腿离开桥面20cm，架桥机整体前移至前力墩台预定位置。铺好横移轨道，放下支腿，前后轮填塞木楔止档完成跨孔作业。5.3、运梁由预制场的龙门吊将梁片提升到线路右侧的桥面轨道平车上，平车横向移动并转换至线路纵向轨道运梁平车上，运
43、梁平车将梁运送至架桥机下。工宁梁在运粱平车上就位后，工字梁的两端用15cm15cm的方木从购侧顶牢，并存两侧用导链拉紧。由于桥面设计有2的坡度，因此在运梁平车上支垫梁端的枕木必须做成2的反坡，确保工字梁在运输过程中保持竖直状态。5.4、捆梁和移梁每孔梁的架设次序为：先中梁后边梁。架桥前光对每片梁进行编号，然后整体检查无误后在梁的两个端向弹出中线运梁小车将梁片前端运送到架桥机后方3m桁架与中横之间时，架桥机前大车拖住梁前端头前行。捆梁用钢丝绳根据梁体重量、外形尺寸事先确定好。捆梁时放奸护梁铁瓦，以防止梁体被压坏或钢丝绳被剪断、梁后端放在后运梁小车上，待梁体后端也进入到吊梁位置时，用后天车吊起梁后
44、端，这样梁全部重量由两台天车承担，同时启动两天车，使梁体纵向移功，直至架梁就位。5.5、落梁和横移当起重小车将梁移送至架梁孔位依时，指挥人员向司机发出信号、两台起重小车同时落梁，落梁时两端下落保持同步。梁片下落靠近墩身2cm左右时，梁的轴线与支应的轴线重合，且梁体垂直时再落梁到位，先落稳一端，再落稳另一端。第一片梁就位后，两侧用方木支牢，并用钢丝绳及导链拉紧。然后松掉捆梁钢丝绳，架桥机吊梁小车移回受梁位置开始下一片梁架设。架设边梁时，先将支墩在钢轨上横移到位，随后进行以上工序。待 片中梁架设就价形成整体后，取掉多余支撑及拉紧装置。落梁结束后，架桥机提起前后腿，沿轨道退回。立即组织人员将梁片间隔
45、板的钢筋、钢板焊接牢固。在收工前，工点负责人应组织专人对本工点进行一次详细检查，确认无事故隐居，方可收工。按照前面的工序，依次施工每片梁。当梁全部架设完成后，进行桥面系的施工。桥面系施工与其他部位施工相同。在施工期间，保证所有梁均在规定的封闭时间完成架设，杜绝任何危及行车安全的现象出现。五、安全保证措施1、建立健全安全管理组织，项目部成立40mT梁架设安全领导小组，由项目总工任组长，安全员任副组长，架梁队主要管理人员为组员，对整个架梁过程中安全工作进行统一组织协调。2、利用多种形式广泛开展安全教育，有针对性地组织施工人员学习有关铁路既有线施工安全常识，做好安全预想教育，提高全员的安全意识。特殊
46、工种如起重工、电焊工、驾驶员等必须持证上岗。3、架梁前主动与铁路车站、工务、电务、运输等部门联系，签订施工安全协议，制定切实可行的施工方案，报铁路部门同意后执行。4、架桥机前主梁跨越铁路悬伸前，应特别检查起吊平车位置及其制动装置是否符合要求，前主梁前端禁止悬挂任何物件及工具。5、架桥机前主梁悬伸到位后，应派专人在前、后轮停车位置设限位器，以防架桥机因惯性或其他原因溜车造成危险。6、纵向移梁应在已架设梁体上方移动。架梁时应充分利用铁路行车间隙进行横隔板焊接工作。7、运梁轨道在运梁平车通过前、后必须及时进行检查，并加强轨道养护。8、落梁后必须立即对梁体进行支撑，设专人负责检查，确保支撑稳定。9、梁体横隔板焊接时应悬挂吊蓝，底端铺设钢板，四周用铁皮连接，防止焊渣掉落，严禁列车通过时进行焊接。为防止发生火灾，设专职防护员，配置必要的灭火器材。10、架梁过程
