1、打桩工程的工程量计算和定额应用打桩工程内容主要涉及“A.2 桩与地基基础工程”与“A.4 混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程”等2个专业。（一）打桩工程主要项目工程量计算方法1、打预制砼钢筋方桩 不考虑具体打桩机种，根据不同桩长来套用定额。工程量计算方法：是以设计桩的全长，包括桩尖长（不扣除桩尖的虚体积）乘以桩的截面面积。 2、送桩 送桩是指采用桩筒（无缝钢管或硬木）将预制桩送入自然地坪以下打至设计标高。主要由于轨道式打桩机的龙门架（挺杆）下端必须高于轨道上平面，才能保证桩架在平面内作360。回转；履带式柴油打桩机考虑场地平整的差异，要求留有足够的安全距离，所以不能直接把桩打入地下，而采用送桩筒送桩。送桩
2、的数量按实际发生计算，其工程量按桩断面乘送桩的深度（桩顶面到自然地坪）另加50cm以立方米计算。3、接桩按每个接头计算。接桩主要有接桩和硫磺胶泥接桩。4、截、凿桩以根计算现在不少定额此项目，实际工程中按实计算费用。5、现场灌注砼桩单桩体积按设计规定桩长（包括桩尖不扣除桩尖的虚体积）另加25cm，乘以沉管外径截面积计算，如采用预制钢筋砼桩尖，其桩尖费用另行计算。6、钢筋笼按设计图标尺寸，另加2%损耗以吨计算。7、钻（冲）孔桩按桩设计长度另加25cm8、静压方桩压桩按桩设计全长（长度规定同上）乘以截面面积以立方米计算。9、静力压桩的送桩按实际发生的根数计算，每根送桩工程量按桩截面面积乘以送桩长度（
