31、述1、盾构6标段:【大洲停车场出入段线】位于广州市番禺钟村镇大洲村东侧、石壁村以西,东起拟建地铁广州新客站,北止于大洲停车场。沿线地势开阔平坦,河涌遍布,场地多为鱼塘及苗圃。本项目范围内分布有:人工填土层,淤泥质土,淤泥质粉细砂,淤泥质中砂,粉细砂,粉质粘土,粉质粘土,全风化红层,强风化红层,中风化红层,微风化红层。【大洲停车场出入段线】土建工程包含盾构段、明挖段、4个洞门、2个联络通道。出入线段从地铁新客站引出,线间距5米,两线并行向西,以R=300米的半径曲线向北偏转,变线间距为13米,然后穿越宽为50米的石壁涌,右线再通过半径为R=1500米的反曲线,把线间距从13米变为4.8米,按照3

32、0的坡度同时起坡出地面。入场线里程RDK0+230RDK1+873.130,长1643.13米,其中RDK0+353.078RDK1+509.98为盾构段,长1156.902米,其余为明挖段;出场线里程为CDK0+230CDK01+897.710,长1667.71米,其中CDK0+356.160CDK1+543.590为盾构段,长1187.43米,其余为明挖段,盾构段合计长2344.332米,明挖段长约483米。盾构段隧道内径为5400mm,管片厚度为300mm,管片宽度为1500mm,配筋大于每立方150公斤,管片混凝土为C50抗滲S12的混凝土。明挖段采用明挖顺筑法施工。CDK1+679.

33、590CDK1+897.710为敞开段,采用U型槽结构,基坑深度小于3米的采用钢板桩围护,600钢支撑,其余采用钻孔桩加内支撑,桩间设置600旋喷桩止水;基坑设置一道600800砼支撑,间距6米左右。CDK0+230CDK0+356.143和CDK1+534.590CDK1+679.590为单层箱体结构,基坑围护为钻孔桩加内支撑,钻孔桩桩径800mm,间距950mm,桩间设置600旋喷桩止水。2、盾构7标段:包含【三元里站远景站】、【江夏站陈田村站】两个独立的盾构区间。(1)【三元里站远景站】盾构区间【三元里站远景站区间】右线设计里程为YDK22+157.9YDK22+937.403,长链为0

34、.275m,长度为779.778m;左线设计里程为ZDK22+372.763ZDK22+937.399,长链为11.5m,长度为576.136m。隧道左、右线均起自施工完毕的三元里折返线北端,沿线经过三远里学校运动场、二至三层商铺、广园路、北环高架,景泰涌及机场路。工程内容包括区间盾构隧道、明挖隧道、矿山法隧道、联络通道及废水泵房、盾构始发井和吊出井、溶洞处理。其中盾构隧道约长1036 m(单线长),矿山法暗挖隧道33.2 m。盾构隧道采用内径5400的左转弯、右转弯标准衬砌环的管片组合形式,管片厚300mm。本区间原始地貌属广花凹陷冲积盆地内的岩溶盆地,隧道顶部及洞身基本上为粉质粘土地层、

35、、可塑、硬塑状残积粉质粘土;底部为灰岩微风化层;过机场路后,隧道洞身经过部分为中粗砂层,底部是残积粉质粘土。基岩为白垩系上统大塱山组砂岩、二迭系下统栖霞组炭质灰岩、石炭系中上统壶天群石灰岩地层,岩层层面高低起伏,发育岩溶形成溶蚀沟槽。二号线首期工程三远区间资料揭示到了三元里-温泉断裂,在机场路南侧与区间相交。断裂两侧均为石炭系中上统壶天群石灰岩,隧道穿越断裂带。岩溶发育较为强烈,见洞率为56.9%,溶洞最大高度达9.7m. 地下水按赋存方式分为第四系孔隙水和基岩裂隙水及岩溶水。岩溶水具承压水特征。线路受既有线影响埋深大。(2)【江夏站陈田村站】盾构区间【江夏站陈田村站】盾构区间右线设计里程为Y

36、DK27+088YDK28+184.1,长度为1096.1m;左线设计里程为YDK27+088YDK28+181.1,长度为1093.1m。盾构线路总长2189.2m。盾构线路在江夏站后停车线明挖段始发,下穿安华装饰材料城、黄石路及黄石路北的工业厂房区。在陈田村站南端空地设盾构接受井。工程内容包括区间盾构隧道、联络通道及废水泵房、盾构吊出井及溶洞处理。盾构隧道采用内径5400的左转弯、右转弯标准衬砌环的管片组合形式,管片厚300mm。【江夏站陈田村站区间】原始地貌属广花冲积盆地,地表水系不发育,地形较平坦,地势开阔,地面标高14.1816.86m,地面设施主要为密集厂房、住宅、道路等。其中厂房

37、多为一、二层建筑,基础埋深均小于2.0m。沿线勘察揭露第四系地层主要为冲洪积砂土、土层和残积土层堆积。下伏基岩以石炭系中上统壶天群组石灰岩地层为主。区间穿越的主要地层为淤泥质土层(4-2)、粉质黏土层(41)、可塑状残积土层(5C1B)、硬塑状残积土层(5C2)。根据现阶段地质勘查资料显示本区间岩溶发育,溶洞顶板埋深1832m,洞体高度15.2m。沿线还有少量土洞分布。区间覆土厚度3.99m11.5m,线路埋深9.14m16.3m。【三元里远景】【江夏陈田村】盾构区间岩溶处理原则: 通过详勘、补勘和物探勘察报告,确定溶洞与隧道的位置关系,对溶洞和土洞处理与否进行界定,划分为高风险区和低风险区。

38、高风险区是指岩土分界面在底板下10m范围内的地段。低风险区是指岩土分界面在底板下10m范围以外。相应风险区域的处理方法各不相同。三元里站远景站区间除左线ZDK22+486.4ZDK22+530.5外均处于高风险区。 对区间要处理的溶洞,采取填充、压密的方法处理,根据填充状态采取不同的处理工艺; 重点对隧道一定影响范围内的溶洞填充物进行处理。初步确定在隧道底板下10m和隧道两侧5m范围内的土洞或者溶洞需要处理。 溶洞处理效果要通过控制参数和抽芯试验检验,土洞处理采用原位标贯检验。盾构7标段岩溶处理采用的方式为:盾构掘进前,需对溶洞、土洞进行地面方式加固处理,地面有房屋处可避开房屋施做斜孔;盾构掘

39、中进行洞内超前探孔注浆加固;管片预留注浆孔,定期检测,发现空洞及时进行补浆处理。溶洞处理的施工工艺主要三种:岩面注浆,回填片石、吹砂、注浆以及在始发井、吊出井施工水泥土墩柱。3、施工11标段:施工11标段为三元里江夏段,位于广州市白云区西部旧机场跑道及绿化草坪上,线路走向为南北走向。该段地形平坦,地势开阔。地面标高8.9116.81m,原始地貌属广花冲积盆地,地表水系不发育。地面设施主要为机场跑道、草坪等。第四系地层主要为冲洪积砂土、土层和残坡积粘性土堆积,软土地层不发育;下伏基岩以石炭系中上统壶天群组石灰岩地层为主,局部夹二迭系下统栖霞组炭质灰岩。岩层层面高低起伏,岩溶发育。本工程起讫里程为

40、:右线YDK22+937.392YDK26+711.00,长3773.608m。从三远区间盾构段的盾构始发井终点(不含)向北出发,以R=2000m曲线,线间距8.8m渐变为直线、线间距4.8m,以25、2的连续上坡到达远景站;出远景站后以直线走行、线间距4.8m,先5.047上坡,再3.2下坡,以R=5000m曲线、线间距5m,进入白云新城站;出白云新城站后,以R=5000m曲线、线间距5m渐变为直线、线间距4.8m,以5.573上坡直接爬升至新市站;出新市站后,以4.925、2的连续下坡先直线走行、线间距4.8m,在接近江夏站处以R=1500m、线间距16m,分成两条单线隧道与江夏站(不含)

41、相接。施工11标段所含“三站四区间”多为地下单层、局部双层框架结构,围护结构有土钉墙支护、排桩支护等形式,均采用明挖顺作法施工。“四区间”跨越溶洞、土洞的处理:以隧道结构底以下10m线为控制标准,当岩土分界线位于10m线以上时,对岩面以上、隧底以下土层采用搅拌桩或旋喷桩形成的水泥土墩柱加固;区间其余段采用结构底板下设承载桩、横梁进行加固,桩直径1200mm,进入稳定基岩0.5m,横向三根,纵向跨距10m、15m、20m、25m不等,“桩与主体结构铰接”即桩与主体结构分离,桩顶设横梁连接。“三车站”跨越溶洞、土洞处理:柱下设工程桩进行加固兼作抗拔桩,钻孔桩直径1200mm,进入稳定基岩12.6m

42、,多采用“一柱一桩”,并和底板结构刚性连接。 (1)【三远明挖区间】【三远明挖区间】即三元里盾构始发井(不含)远景站区间。起讫里程为:右线YDK22+937.392YDK23+069.50,长132.108m。区间左右线以R=2000曲线、线间距为8.8m渐变为直线、线间距4.8m。区间线路最大坡度为25,隧道轨面最大埋深12.2m,为单向上坡。隧道结构形式为地下单层双跨矩形结构。主体结构宽10.512.2m,高6.43m,顶板覆土1.59-6.83m,基坑深度11.56-13.26m;围护结构采用800mm钻孔桩,间距900mm,桩间设600mm旋喷桩止水;两道内支撑,第一道为600800m

43、m混凝土支撑,端头设角撑,和冠梁连接,第二道为600、t=16mm钢管内支撑,采用2根45c组合钢腰梁。(2) 【远景站】【远景站】起讫里程为:YDK23+069.50YDK23+284.50,长215m。主体工程:为地下单层双跨或多跨矩形框架结构,侧式站台,线间距4.8m,站台长140m,站台宽度为3m。标准段结构外包尺寸为34.3m(宽)7.86m(高),基坑深度7.0212.18m, 顶板覆土0.54.2m;围护结构采用复合土钉墙支护(土钉采用16、20钢筋,淤泥地层及砂层为48钢管),局部深度较大处采用桩锚支护(800mm钻孔桩,间距1000mm,锚索为 375,长1522m),基坑四

44、周采用500mm间距350mm搅拌桩作为止水帷幕。附属工程:车站共设两座出入口和九组风道、风亭。两座出入口分设在车站东、西两侧,车站两端各设置一地下过轨通道连接两侧站台,中间另设一残疾人过轨通道。在车站中间的新、排风亭为敞口式低矮风亭,在车站两端的为活塞式风亭,均布置与绿化带中间。出入口为单跨矩形结构,明挖顺筑法施工。围护结构采用复合土钉墙支护(土钉采用16钢筋,淤泥地层及砂层为48钢管), 基坑外侧采用500mm间距350mm搅拌桩作为止水帷幕。风道、风亭均为内置结构,和车站同时施工。(3) 【远景白云新城区间】【远白区间】起讫里程:YDK23+284.50YDK24+688.50,长140

45、4m。线间距为4.8m,因白云新城站线间距为5m,在进入车站时左线设一处R=5000m的转弯曲线。不设节能坡,线路以5.047的坡度引出远景站,然后以3.2的坡度进入白云新城站,线路最大坡度为5.047。隧道区间结构形式为单层双跨矩形结构, 结构宽10.810.94m, 高6.33m,覆土1.34.6m,基坑深度7.6310.93m;围护结构采用全放坡开挖,土钉支护(20钢筋),砂层中采用锚管注浆支护。区间设1处人防段(中心里程YDK24+641.8)、2座区间联络通道(其中心里程分别为YDK23+711、24+250)。(4)【白云新城站】白云新城站为换乘站(与十四号线远期换乘,十四号线在下

46、,为岛式站台,二、八线延长线为侧式站台,两站为偏十字换乘),起讫里程为:YDK24+688.50YDK24+889.50,长201m。主体工程:为地下单层双跨或双层多跨矩形框架结构,侧式站台,线间距5m,站台长140m,站台宽度为3m。车站结构外包尺寸为34.3m(宽)10.62m(高),基坑深度9.5811.12m,与十四号线换乘处深19.53m, 覆土0.53m。围护结构采用1000mm和1400mm钻孔桩,间距1200mm,外侧采用500mm间距350mm搅拌桩作为止水帷幕,4道内支撑,其中第一道砼支撑(700800mm),第二道钢管支撑(600,t=12mm),第三、四道砼支撑(800800mm),大跨度横支撑下设钢格构柱。附属工程:包括四座通道出入口、十组风道、风亭。四座出入口分设在车站东、西两侧;车站设置三条过轨通道,两端各设置上过轨通道,中间利用14号线站台节点设下过轨通道;车站风亭均为低矮无盖顶风亭。出入口为单跨矩形结构,明挖顺筑法施工。围护结构为800mm钻孔桩,间距1000mm,外侧采用500mm间距350mm搅拌桩作为止水帷幕,内支撑为钢筋砼和钢管支撑(600,t=12mm)。风道、风亭均为内置结构,和车站同时施工。(5)【白云新城站新市站区间】【白
