1、计算说明一、路段通行能力与饱和度的计算说明1、通行能力计算计算路段单方向的通行能力，如“由东向西的通行能力”、“由南向北的通行能力”。 （1-1） 路段单向通行能力； 第条车道的通行能力； 车道编号，从道路中心至道路边缘依次编号； 路段单向车道数。 （1-2） 1条车道的理论通行能力，根据道路设计速度取表1-1中对应的建议值：表1-1 值 车道折减系数，自中心线起第一条车道的折减系数为1.00，第二条车道的折减系数为0.800.89，第三条为0.650.78，第四条为0.500.65，第五条以上为0.400.52； 交叉口折减系数，根据道路设计速度和路段两交叉口之间的距离由表1-2确定：表1-
2、2 交叉口折减系数 车道宽度折减系数，根据车道宽度由表1-3确定：表1-3 车道折减系数2、饱和度计算 实际流量除以通行能力。二、交叉口通行能力与饱和度计算说明1、通行能力计算 (2-1) 交叉口通行能力； 交叉口各进口的通行能力； 交叉口进口编号； 交叉口进口数，为4或3。 (2-2) 进口各车道的通行能力； 车道编号； 进口车道数。先计算各个车道的通行能力，再计算各个进口的通行能力，然后计算整个交叉口的通行能力。用专用工具计算进口各车道通行能力，按直行、直左、直右、直左右、专左、专右的先后顺序。（1） 直行、直左、直右与直左右车道的通行能力计算：需要输入的数据： 信号周期T； 对应相位的绿
