1、铺贴大板块花岗岩地面工法近年来，不少面积较大的大厅地面装修档次较高，要求铺贴大板块花岗岩板块。我公司在信托大厦二期工程证券交易厅地面施工中首次推广使用大板块花岗岩地面铺贴，它比较使用标准板块铺贴有许多优点，值得推广使用。一工法特点及适用范围工法特点1) 铺贴大板块花岗岩地面，质量较易控制2) 铺贴大板块花岗岩地面，现场切割省，施工损耗小3) 铺贴大板块花岗岩地面，灰缝清晰，美观大方适用范围本工法适用于施工同一地面面积大于400 平方米的大厅、礼堂、商场等的地面铺贴。二.施工准备及材料工具施工准备1)据地面尺寸,确定需用板块大小,并设计铺贴图2)铲除基体表面的凸出部位3) 清除基体表面残留的落地
2、灰、浮浆、并洒水湿润4) 基体凹陷较大的部位凿毛洒水湿润， 用粘结剂水泥稀浆筑龙网 WWW.ZHULONG.COM涂刷，再用1:2.5 的水泥砂浆抹平5)根据板块铺贴图纸进行放线，放出地面板块铺贴垂直线及四周水平线6)对花岗岩板块的尺寸、色泽进行筛选、分类，以备使用7)板块使用前，提前一天将其背面用水冲洗，将其背面切割时留下的浮灰冲洗干净，使用时表面无明水即可材料1)板块(1) 色泽要求均匀一致，表面无疤痕(2) 尺寸要求按配料提供尺寸，允许偏差在规范规定的范围以内(3)厚度要求均匀一致，使用大板块花岗岩板块，厚度要在普通板块厚度之上，一般要大于30mm,防止因厚度较小产生变形。2）水泥：国产
3、硅酸盐水泥或普通硅酸盐水泥，强度等级不小于32.5。3）砂：找平层使用中砂或粗砂，结合层使用过筛细砂，含泥量3。4）粘结剂：技术性能合格，过期或失效的不可使用。3工具1）皮锤2）小铲筑龙网 WWW.ZHULONG.COM三工艺原理及工艺流程：工艺原理：根据地面的开间尺寸及墙面的颜色，合理设计地面花岗岩板块的尺寸大小及颜色。铺贴后达到灰缝一致、粘结牢固、美观大方的地面装饰效果。工艺流程图冲洗块料背面、阴干基体处理抄平，放线刷浆，用水灰比较小的1：3 的松散水泥砂浆做找平层1：2.5 水泥砂浆结合层，铺贴板块养护擦缝用草酸、锯末清洗打蜡成品保护四操作工艺及要点铺贴顺序可根据施工人员多少而定，可由中

5、的情况下，用加气砼块等较平整的物体压住板块四角，防止四角翘起擦缝：待地面强度达到70以上时方可用板块颜色相近的材料或设计规定的颜色的材料擦缝清洗、打蜡：擦缝完成2 天后，用草酸清洗地面，用锯末反复擦干净，然后打蜡上光五劳动组织铺贴板块：五人一组，四人主要操作铺贴，包括放线、自检等，一个运输砂浆。板块堆放点离铺贴现场较近的，可由铺贴人员自己搬运，否则需提前搬运擦缝、清洗、打蜡：人员可根据工程实际情况安排六质量标准及成品保护：筑龙网 WWW.ZHULONG.COM质量标准：1）把好材料质量关，进场材料必须仔细检查，达到材料验收标准2）原材料进场堆放。花岗岩板块堆放点尽量靠近施工的部位，尽量避免二次
