3、地下1层47#地上2层，地下1层49#地上3层（局部2层），地下1层51#、52#地上6层，地下1层8基础类型现浇钢筋混凝土条形基础、独立基础9结构形式剪力墙结构10墙厚度200mm、120mm三、设计、制作、安装及施工要求3.1. 设计要求3.1.1.雨槽过水断面不小于90cm2。3.1.2.落水管数量可根据排水量和安装条件（檐口高度、檐卡固定螺钉间距3.5cm、泄水坡度1-2%）由设计确定（按图纸）。3.1.3.落水管宜布置在墙柱处，在建筑物沉降缝、伸缩缝处不得设置立管。3.1.4.水斗间距以812M为宜，雨槽泄水坡度为1-2%，最高点应在两个水斗的中点处，见下图。3.1.5.雨槽系统安装
4、应在屋面排水口及其连接管已埋设，防水工程及外墙装饰工程完成后进行。3.1.6.落水管管卡间距不应大于1500mm。3.1.7.排水口两端均应设置檐卡。3.2.工序要求3.2.1.雨槽系统制作与安装的工序按如下方式进行：进场及进场验收施工前准备（材料准备、作业面准备）弹导向线安装固定件连接雨水槽安装雨水槽安装水斗安装落水管自检试验报验。3.3.进场及进场验收3.3.1.承包商项目经理及现场技术人员应至少在正式施工前7天进场查看施工条件，并与总包单位做施工工艺协商及施工准备；安装施工人员如需住宿工地的应至少在正式施工前三天进场准备；材料应至少在正式安装前二天进场并统一堆放于预定位置。3.3.2.供
5、方必须按需方提供的场地卸货，否则需方有权拒收货物。3.3.3.雨槽及配件应捆、成箱地堆放和运输，并把雨槽及配件分类水平堆放于房屋四周的对应地点。如用垫块搁置，垫块应”找平”,间距应小于800mm，悬臂段长度不得低于300mm。所用垫块宽度宜低于75mm，堆放高度不宜超过1500mm。3.4.施工前的准备3.4.1.材料准备：对雨槽系统所采用的材料按规定进行送样确认。3.4.2.作业面准备： （1）根据施工组织设计的要求，合理安排施工现场，保证运输道路的畅通，同时，各项施工设施的布置都要满足方便生产、安全防火、环境保护和劳动保护的要求。 （2）对单层且层高不大的房屋，可配备两副人字梯进行施工安装
6、，对多层等檐口较高时，需与土建方配合，设置脚手架。 （3）檐口必须平整，必要时用水泥砂浆找平；檐口同时需有足够的强度，能够承受使用荷载。3.5.弹导向线3.5.1.安装雨槽前，首先应根据其实际所需长度、屋面形状等因素，确定落水管的位置。落水管已布置在墙柱处，两根落水管的间距建议不超过12m。3.5.2.弹与水管导向线确保雨水槽向落水管方向倾斜呈1%的回水坡度。先在屋檐上弹一条水平子昂，参照水平线从雨水槽较高一端再弹坡度为1%的直线为导向线（雨水槽高端最好选在两根落水管的中心）。导向线距檐口上、下边缘不得小于2cm。见下示意图。3.6.安装固定件3.6.1.确定固定件（檐卡和挂钩）位置。在距连接
7、件两端口各50-100mm处加设固定件，其余部位固定件间距不超过400mm。在雨水槽内外转角的两侧必须设有固定件。3.6.2.安装固定件（檐卡和挂钩）。按已确定的固定件的位置在导向线上逐点打孔，用膨胀螺栓固定雨水槽固定件。见下示意图。3.7.连接雨水槽3.7.1.雨水槽与连接件的连接除水斗外采用粘结连接方式。在雨槽端部外表面和连接件接口部内表面均匀地涂上PVC粘结剂，由边沿涂至卡子处，涂刷宽度约15-20mm,将雨槽端部插入连接件接口的卡子处，使二者贴合均匀，轴线一致，保持一分钟左右，不得移动。雨槽直线段长度超过6M时，可用直接头连接，遇屋面凸出或凹进部位，可用阳角或阴角弯连接，雨槽端部应以端
8、盖封闭。见下示意图。3.7.2.为保证安装时雨槽整体轴线端正，雨槽在每个卡子处都能插到位，雨槽端部平面必须与轴线垂直，现场截断雨槽时应借助靠模或画线，避免雨槽端部歪斜，影响连接效果。3.8.安装雨水槽3.8.1.把连接完的一段雨水槽一致挂钩处，逐点卡在挂钩上，并检查挂钩是否到位。调整挂钩位置，使雨槽汇水效果最好。3.9.安装水斗3.9.1.在安装最后一段雨水槽之前，先确定落水管的位置，让水斗对准屋檐，使用水平仪使它保持平直。沿水斗的左右两侧画线，并设置雨水槽固定件。3.9.2.为确定最后一段雨水槽的长度，仍然抓住水斗，测量温度线（与当时温度一致的刻度线）到已安装雨水槽最后构件末端的距离。然后，
9、将雨水槽挂钩滑入雨水槽内拧入螺丝。3.9.3.考虑到补偿雨水槽的热胀冷缩引起的长度变化，雨水槽与水斗采用搭接方式连接，不需粘结，雨水槽应伸入水斗10-20mm。为方便连接，可在雨水槽端面到一坡口。3.9.4.安装水斗前，将一落水管弯头与水斗相连。将落水管弯头大头向上，挤压落水管弯头直至它完全嵌入水斗为止。在结合部位的背面装入两个不锈钢螺丝固定落水管弯头。3.10.安装落水管3.10.1.采用U-PVC方形雨落水管，型号为100*80，管壁厚不小于1.7mm厚。3.10.2.使用落水管弯头连接落水管大头朝上。并用专用PVC胶固定，安装时首先要确定落水管的长度。3.10.3.使落水管弯头（或落水管
10、转向器）在离地至少15cm的位置紧挨墙体。同时，使弯头与水斗保持在一条直线上。并用管卡使之与墙体相连，每3m的落水管需要安装2个管卡。若长度超过3米，则使用落水管接头连接两段落水管，并用专用PVC胶将其可靠地连接在一起。3.10.4.为了把水从墙角排开，在转向器连接一定长度的落水管，独特的落水管转向器可以水平抬起落水管，使之对准庭院地面的水沟。组装示意图如下。 四主要施工管理措施4.1.自检整改4.1.1.应逐一检验，发现质量通病应整改直至满足要求，并注意加强成品保护。4.2.样品在投标报价期间,承包方需提交带剖面的成品样板一份留甲方封存, 且在为单个项目供货前均应先送样板至项目地盘封存，日后
11、所有货品验收均按已审定样品的外观与质量为标准。4.3.成品验收4.3.1.雨水管道工程的安装必须符合设计要求。安装必须牢固。4.3.2.管卡、托勾固定方法正确。4.3.3.管、槽接口无渗水，排水畅通，檐水沟无积水。4.3.4.接口安装伸缩余量控制程度应正确。4.3.5.固定点应有防腐措施。4.3.6.预留空隙修补应密实不渗漏。4.3.7.雨水管道系统安装允许偏差项次项目内容允许偏差（mm）1檐水槽落水口与主雨水管垂直度22雨水管垂直度（全高）203落水斗上口水平度34雨水管泄水口下缘离明沟面104.4.成品保护4.4.1.雨水管、槽搬运应轻放，不得抛、摔、滚、拖和剧烈碰撞，并应防止污染。4.4
12、.2.管、槽、胶粘材料及止水材料等应分类堆放在通风良好，室温不超过40C的库房内，距离热源不应小于1.0m。4.5.安全保证措施4.5.1建立安全施工保证体系，落实安全施工岗位责任制。4.5.2.特殊工种人员必须持证上岗。4.5.3.现场设施定期检查，保证临电接地，漏电保护器，开关齐备有效。4.5.6.加强“四口五临边”的防护，严禁任意拆除。4.5.7.材料堆放场地必须坚实，码放整齐，堆放高度不超过1.6m。4.5.8.施工人员必须戴好安全帽，在使用脚手架作业时，施工人员必须系好安全带，穿防滑胶底鞋。4.5.9.手持电动工具使用前必须做空载检查，运转正常后方可使用，所有用电设备在拆修或移动时，
13、必须断电后方可进行。4.6.文明施工与环保措施4.6.1.加强施工现场、垃圾站的管理，做好剩余材料的分拣、回收工作。4.6.2.施工完毕后，剩余材料及时收集整理，严禁随意乱扔。4.6.3.现场场容实行责任区包干制度，定期检查评比。4.6.4.现场临时道路进行硬化处理，每天洒水清扫，防止扬尘。出场车辆经过清扫处理，防止沿途遗撒。4.6.5.施工班组长必须对班组作业区的现场文明负责，落实到人。4.6.6.合理安排施工工序，尽量降低噪音。4.6.7.现场废料等，应按照指定地点堆放，然后由专用车辆，运至场外废弃场。第 116 页 共 116 页（英文版 ） easily blame, to preve
