1、北京信息科技大学办公楼工程 板墙喷射混凝土施工方案编制： 审批： 北京城建八建设发展有限责任公司基础设施改造-抗震加固-清河小营校区浴室加固2011.6.28（一）、设备和工具1、湿式喷射机、罐车、搅拌站、风水管管道等。2、湿式喷射机主要技术指标（TK500湿喷机，各协作队略有不同）：生产能力：5m3/h；最大骨料粒径15mm，坍落度60mm180mm；输料管直径51mm；工作风压0.20.6mPa；压缩空气消耗量10m3/min；主电动机功率7.5kw。（二）、操作步骤1、喷射混凝土材料选用、水泥：普通硅酸盐水泥PO42.5。、粗骨料：粗骨料采用坚硬耐久的碎石。喷射混凝土的石子粒径不宜大于1
2、6mm，喷射微纤维混凝土中的石子粒径不宜大于10mm，骨料级配宜采用连续级粒，含泥量不应大于1%。、细骨料：细骨料应采用坚硬耐久的中砂和粗砂，细度模数应大于2.5，含泥量不应大于3%。、外加剂：按批对减水率、凝结时间差、抗压强度比进行检验，其质量通过试验确定。速凝剂使用前应做速凝效果试验，要求初凝不应大于5min，终凝不应大于10min。、水：水质应符合工程用水的有关标准，水中不应含有影响水泥正常凝结与硬化的有害杂质。、微纤维：聚丙烯纤维或者C50碳素加强筋。、喷射混凝土的配合比：应通过实验确定，满足混凝土强度和喷射工艺要求。2、喷射前的施工准备、喷射混凝土应在开挖后及时进行。、对水泥、砂、石
3、、速凝剂、水等的质量进行检查检验。测定砂石含水率，提出施工配合比。、检查开挖断面净空尺寸，欠挖处要补凿。、清除松动岩块和拱墙脚处的岩屑、堆积物，并用高压水冲洗受喷面（当受喷面遇水容易潮解、泥化时，改用高压风吹净岩面）。、检查机具设备和风、水、电等管线路，并试运转，保证作业区内具备良好通风和照明条件。、当受喷面有滴水、漏水、集中出水等时，应采取凿槽或埋管等方法将水引至侧沟。、设置控制喷设混凝土厚度的标志。3、喷射作业、喷射混凝土喷射作业工艺流程（如下图）混凝土搅拌站砂、碎石水泥水微纤维（根据需要）混凝土输送车混凝土湿喷机喷 头高压风速凝剂受喷面施工准备施喷面清理检验、试验结束 补喷混凝土不合格
4、注：喷射混凝土与钢筋网合格 片或者钢架安装的先后顺序见钢架作业指导书、混凝土拌制施工时采用强制式搅拌机拌制。拌制过程如下：先投入碎石，然后投入纤维，再投入砂子搅拌两分钟，使纤维充分打开，然后投入水泥和水搅拌均匀即可。也可按常规工艺顺序进行施工，但应适当延长搅拌时间，以使纤维分散均匀。搅拌时间不少于180s。、喷射线路喷射线路应分段、分片、分层，自下而上进行（当有较大坑洼时，应先填平）。按先墙后拱（边墙从墙角开始，拱部从拱脚开始），有规律地呈螺旋形移动。喷射时每行喷射应采取水平环行旋转叠压（一圈压半圈）移动方式，环环旋转，直径约0.3m，喷第二行时，依顺序为第一行终点的上方开始喷射，行间搭接长度
5、为34cm。、一次喷射砼厚度拱部不得超过10cm，边墙不得超过15cm（铁路隧道钻爆法施工工序及作业指南(TZ231-2007)要求拱部6cm，边墙不得超过10cm）。、喷射角度和距离喷嘴与岩面保持垂直，且距岩面1.52.0m。、分层喷射时间间隔分层喷射时，后一层喷射应在前一层混凝土终凝后进行，一般为1520min。若终凝1h后再喷射，应先用水清洗喷射表面。、喷射砼厚度控制 喷射厚度控制采用标桩法。当安设锚杆时，利用锚杆外露长度作标桩。如果不设锚杆，则可在岩面上钻孔锚固一些铁钉或钢筋头，其长度比要求的喷射砼厚度长1cm，每平方米约设12根，梅花型布置。、喷射作业结束工作待料斗中的砼喷射完时，及
6、时通知喷射手将喷头从受喷面移开，从料斗中加水清洗料管和砼管道。当喷头喷出清水后，先关主电机，稍后关主风阀。喷射作业结束后，要当班进行喷射机保养，清洗料斗。并将湿喷机退出工作面，移至安全地点停放。4、喷射混凝土养护、混凝土喷射终凝2h后，采用养护台车进行湿润养护，养护时间不少于14d。、黄土或者其它土质地段，以喷雾养护为主，防止喷水过多软化下部土层。、隧道内环境气温低于5，不得进行喷水养护。5、喷射混凝土冬季施工、喷射作业区的气温不得低于5，在结冰的岩面上不得喷射混凝土。、混合料进入喷射机料斗前温度不得低于5。、对液体速凝剂进行加热处理，温度不得低于10（最佳20）。、喷射混凝土强度未达到6MP
7、a前（约15h），不得使其受冻。（三）、质量验收1、喷射砼厚度、平均厚度大于设计厚度；、检查点数80%及以上大于设计厚度；、最小厚度不得小于设计厚度的2/3。检验数量：每一作业循环应检查1个断面，每个断面应从拱顶起，每间隔2m布设1个检查点。检查方法：检查控制喷层厚度的标志、凿孔或者无损检测。2、喷射砼表面平整度、表面平整度允许偏差100mm；、表面凹凸不平控制在1/6以下（铁路隧道设计施工有关标准补充规定要求平整度不应大于1/10）。检验数量：每一作业循环应检查1个断面。检查方法：平整度用2米靠尺检查，凹凸不平用尺量。3、喷射砼强度检查 可采用喷大板切割法；当不具备切割条件时，可采用边长15
8、0mm的立方体无底试摸，在其内喷射砼制作试件，试件成型的喷射方向应与边墙相同。当对强度有怀疑时，可采用凿方切割法或钻芯取样法（85%P）制作试件。（四）、施工安全与防护1、施工作业台架应牢固可靠，并设置栏杆。2、定期检查电源线路和设备的电器部件，确保用电安全。3、施工中经常检查输料管、接头的磨损情况，当有磨损、击穿或松脱等现象应及时处理。4、施工中检修机械设备时，必须在断电、停风条件下进行，检修完毕向机械设备送电送风前必须事先通知有关人员。5、当采用加大风压处理堵管事故时，应先关机将输料管顺直，紧按喷嘴，喷嘴前方不得站人，疏通管路的工作风压不得超过0.5MPa。6、非施工人员不得进入正进行喷射
9、的作业区，施工中喷嘴前严禁站人。7、喷射作业人员应带防尘口罩、防护帽、防护眼镜、防尘面积等防护用品。作业人员应避免直径接触碱性液体速凝剂，不慎接触后应立即用清水冲洗。8、喷射作业紧跟开挖作业面时，下一循环爆破应在喷身混凝土终凝3h以后进行。（英文版 ） Two regulations promulgated for implementation is in the party in power for a long time and the rule of law conditions, the implementation of comprehensive strictly strategi
