12、梁桥”之间，起源于日本，在国外发展很快，在国内来说是新桥型。兰州某黄河大桥是国内第二座矮塔部分斜拉桥，某第四工程公司采用等值张拉工艺施工斜拉索，并首次采用了分丝管和抗滑锚新技术，保证了斜拉索的安装精度和施工质量。开发研究的“双塔单索面预应力混凝土部分斜拉桥施工技术”通过了甘肃省科技厅科技成果鉴定，鉴定意见认为：桥塔索鞍采用分丝管以及抗滑锚施工新技术，为斜拉索使用期的养护和正常换索提供了方便，填补了国内外空白。成果达到国内领先水平。在汾柳高速公路某高架桥3号桥施工中应用该项技术也获得了成功，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。综合以上各工程实践形成本工法。二、工法特点1.工序简单，施工进度快。2.施
13、工条件得到了改善，劳动强度低，安全性强。3.索塔内鞍座采用分丝管，可以实现单根换索。4.采用单根等值法张拉，可以控制每根斜拉索各股钢绞线的离散误差不大于理论值的3%。5.可以实现一对斜拉索对称、交叉单根张拉，同步整体张拉，确保两根斜拉索间的差值不大于理论值的1%。6.采用JMM-268动测仪进行索力监控，可以确保斜拉索整索索力误差不大于理论值的2%。7.斜拉索采用多重防腐处理，锚固端灌注防腐油脂，延长了斜拉索使用寿命。三、适用范围本工法适用于部分斜拉桥斜拉索安装施工。四、施工工艺（一）斜拉索的结构组成斜拉索由锚固段+过渡段+自由段+塔柱内段+自由段+过渡段+锚固段组成（见图1）。1.锚固段+过
14、渡段组成锚板、夹片、螺母、支撑筒、锚垫板、预埋钢导管、减震器、防松装置。2.自由段组成带PE护套的钢绞线、索夹、HDPE套管。3.塔柱内段组成分丝管、塔内锚垫板、抗滑锚。（二）工艺流程斜拉索施工工艺流程见图2。 （三）操作要点下料下料长度按下列公式列表计算出无应力状态下的自由长度，校核无误后供下料人员执行。下料长度计算公式为：L=L0+2L1+2A1+L2+L3+5cm式中： L0边、中跨锚固端锚垫板面之间的中心线长度（包括塔上的弧长）； A1锚固端锚具外露长度； L1锚固端张拉时工作长度；L2HDPE管及不锈钢管限制的垂度影响长度；L3塔梁施工误差的影响长度。拉索两端PE护套剥除长度： L剥
15、=L1 +A2+L-L4+5cm式中：A2为锚具结构长度； L为该索张拉伸长量；L4为HDPE护套进入锚具内的长度；下料在铺垫好的下料场地进行下料，沿线量好所需的下料长度，校核后用红色油漆作好标记。然后将绞线盘放图2 斜拉索施工工艺流程图 置到放线基架上，人工将钢绞线拉至标志点确定无误后切断。剥皮钢绞线下料完成后，须将钢绞线两端的PE护套按计算好的长度剥除掉。剥皮时应注意刀具或锯片不能伤及钢绞线。镦头钢绞线清洗完成后，将钢绞线两端打散后在端头约10cm长度范围内切掉外圈6丝，保留中心丝，然后将钢绞线复原。用镦头器将两端的中心丝镦成半圆形镦头，以供挂索牵引用。HDPE套管焊接HDPE管的连接采用
16、HDPE焊机对焊连接。HDPE管焊接前，将管材放置于夹紧装置内并将之夹紧，在压力作用下用平行机动旋刀削平两个管材的被焊端面，并保证这两个端面相互接触时满足规范要求。在焊接过程中，特别注意的是焊接压力必须保持至焊缝完全冷却硬化后才能解除。搭设施工平台塔外平台：用钢管脚手架或碗口支架在索塔四周搭设所需的施工平台。梁下平台：主梁采用悬臂浇筑法施工，可直接利用施工用的挂篮进行斜拉索安装、调索等工作。但要在箱梁的顶板上预留孔，以便成桥后进行灌注防腐油脂。锚固端锚具安装梁下锚固端锚具安装前应检查锚孔，使之保持清洁无污物。由于锚具是由多个零部件组成，出厂前已做调整，运到工地后不得随意拧动密封装置及定位螺栓。
17、锚具安装就位时要求：安装前锚具的锚孔均应事先编上对应孔号，注意注浆孔在下，排气孔在上；中、边跨锚具组装件的锚板中心线必须严格保持在同一垂直平面内；锚板的中心线与承压板（锚垫板）的中心线应力求保持一致，两者偏差不得超过5mm； 中、边跨锚板的相应锚孔也必须相互对齐，以确保各绞线的平行性。HDPE套管吊装套管安装前，应先将套管按给定的长度把两端锯好并刨平，然后将之运至中央分隔带。安装时，在套管内穿上一根临时辅助索并将辅助索的一端穿入锚具，同时在套管端头附近一定位置上装上专用管夹，然后用卷扬机将套管一端吊至塔上分丝管管口附近；此时将辅助索分别先后穿过索鞍、塔另一端的套管、锚具，同样方法将套管起吊至塔
18、上管口附近，最后在锚具两端同时用YDCS160-150千斤顶预紧后，索塔两端套管就固定地落在辅助索上（见图3）。上单根挂索挂索顺序由于该拉索钢绞线在塔上分丝管内是分层排列的(如图4)，为便于施工，该拉索的挂索顺序为自上排到下排单根挂索、张拉。单根挂索工艺示意图见图5，工艺流程见图6。施工要点挂索前，梁下锚具的锚孔内穿上5的牵引钢丝，随后用该牵引丝牵引出带穿束器的牵引钢丝绳至桥面管口。桥面工作人员将盘上钢绞线的一端与从HDPE套管和分丝管内穿下来的牵引钢丝绳相连接,确认牢固后，开动卷扬机直到将该束钢绞线从另一HDPE套管引出并达到规定工作长度，撤出牵引钢丝绳，将绞线与锚头处牵引钢丝绳连接牢固后，
19、将该端绞线向锚具内推送，直至该端绞线穿出锚孔达到规定工作长度,撤出牵引钢丝绳，装上临时工作夹片,用专用打紧器打紧锚固。使用同样的方法将钢绞线的另一端穿过该端的锚具，装上临时工作夹片，用专用打紧器打紧锚固。单根张拉 示意图见图7。索力均匀性控制为使每根索中各钢绞线索力均匀，采用等值张拉法进行张拉，即每根绞线的拉力以控制压力表读数为准，传感器读数进行监测。挂索前，将监测传感器安装在底排的一根钢绞线上，安装顺序为：支座垫板传感器单孔工作锚。随后张拉时每根绞线的拉力是按当时传感器的显示值进行控制的。单根钢绞线张拉 每根斜拉索各钢绞线均逐根挂索并随即用YDCS160-150型千斤顶进行张拉。加载至10%
20、张拉力时测初始伸长值；用压力表读数控制最后一级张拉力，使之跟传感器显示值相对应时，测终止伸长值。装上工作夹片，适度打紧，卸压至2Mpa时测回缩值后锚固。在挂索结束后，即拆出传感器，并按传感器拆除时的读数再进行补张拉。在单根张拉完每一根钢绞线后，应图6 单根挂索工艺流程图严格控制工作夹片的跟进平整度。在单根张拉过程中，中、边跨应同时均衡进行加载，力求两端伸长值的不均匀值应控制在设计允许范围之内。安装防松装置安装防松装置前，应先用手提砂轮机切除锚头两端的多余钢绞线，并预留一定的长度。要求钢绞线端头平整、光滑。装上防松装置，拧紧锁紧螺母，以便有效地防止夹片松动。整体张拉见图9。张拉机具采用穿心式YD
21、CS5500-100型千斤顶进行整体张拉。循 环30次张拉系统安装整体张拉系统主要包括千斤顶、撑脚、连接套、张拉杆和张拉螺母。张拉系统部件质量大，安装时借助手拉葫芦将连接套、张拉杆、撑脚、千斤顶、张拉螺母依次安装。安装时应保证系统整体的对中性满足整体张拉要求。张拉力初始张拉力的确定在整体张拉过程中，当锚具螺母松动脱离锚垫板时以此作为其伸长值的测量起始点，即此时油表读数对应的张拉力作为整体张拉的初始拉力。确定整体张拉的初始动力后，以此为起点分级加载张拉至设计要求的（超）张拉值，测量各级伸长值。并通知监控单位测试索力，确认索力在允许误差内，旋紧螺母，千斤顶回油，锚固。在张拉过程中，中、边跨要求做到
22、同步对称，相互呼应，级差应控制在设计允许范围之内。 紧索、减振器及抗滑锚安装（按工艺流程顺序是否不该排在10）紧索时，在管口索夹旁相应的位置装上一套紧索器将索收紧，使之成型至设计断面。将组装好的减振器推入主梁预埋钢导管内，直至减振器端面与钢导管管口持平，再收紧螺栓，按内缩外涨原理，使其内外分别与索体和钢导管管壁紧紧相贴。用锲紧千斤顶将锲块顶入抗滑锚的锲槽内。 锚头保护锚头保护罩内灌注防腐油脂，可使绞线防腐，又可为以后换索提供方便。（以上各部分要突出操作要点，即如何做），五、主要机具设备（见表1）六、劳动组织（见表2）七、质量控制（一）质量标准1.每根斜拉索各股钢绞线的离散误差不大于理论值的3%

24、罚分明，逐级签订安全生产责任书，明确分工，责任到人，把安全落实到实处。3.严格执行各工种安全技术操作规程，定期对职工进行考核。 4.千斤顶操作时前方不许站人，要求端部平整对中。5.油泵操作时需缓慢、均速加压和卸压，严禁超压和快速加压。 6.施工平台搭设要牢固，严防坠物。7.锚具起吊、安装时要求起落平稳，注意对锚具的保护。68.挂索时确保牵引连接可靠，注意信号配合，索下不许站人。9.灌灌油脂时要求接头可靠，保持规定压力但严禁超压，环氧有毒注意劳动保护。 10.HDPE套管安装时确保牵引连接可靠，注意信号配合，严防坠物。 11.严禁非专业人员擅自操作机械。12.高空作业时不得随意向地面抛掷物品。1
25、3.脚手架、安全网的搭设要符合安全要求，并要定期检查，维修和保养。 14.起重机械作业时起重臂下严禁站人。15.注意现场设备、材料的防雨和防风，场地不留安全隐患。九、效益分析采用本工法施工，投入的设备、人员较少，工序简单，劳动强度低；占用场地小，在已经做好的桥面上即可下料、剥皮等；张拉工艺先进，采用高科技仪器监测索力，能保证索力在允许的误差内；斜拉索安装速度较快，一对斜拉索挂索、张拉只需要约10小时。十、工程实例1. 兰州市某黄河大桥结构为一联(81.2+136+81.2)m预应力混凝土双塔单索面部分斜拉桥，桥长300m，采用塔梁固结、梁墩分设的结构形式。斜拉索采用扇形单索面、钢铰线索，每根拉
26、索由31根15.24mm镀锌钢铰线组成，斜拉索布置在中央分隔带上，塔根附近无索区梁长约46m，有索区长约36m，跨中无索区长约18m，塔上竖向索距0.7m，梁上索距4.0m。施工到有斜拉索的梁段时，张拉纵向预应力钢筋后再安装斜拉索，采用本工法施工，斜拉索一次张拉到位，不进行后期索力的调整。索力测试表明拉索索力的变化及张拉力符合设计要求。该桥已与2003年底通车运营。2. 山西省汾柳高速公路某高架桥new measures to promote work, the courage to take responsibility, dare to break hard to ensure distr
