3、1)挡砟墙防护墙设计为C40钢筋混凝土，采用12mm、16mm的HRB335钢筋，分节设计，除端部节长度为2295mm外，中间节均为1990mm，两节之间纵向设置设10mm宽的断缝。防护墙底面宽25cm，顶面宽20cm，直线段高度为900mm，曲线段内侧高度为900mm，外侧为1080mm。（如图2-1所示）。 (2)竖墙A、B无声屏障梁段竖墙A顶面宽100mm，底面宽150mm（如图2-2所示)；有声屏障梁段竖墙顶面宽200mm，底面宽250mm，竖墙A高度均为412mm。竖墙B宽度为100mm，高度为324mm。(3)接触网支柱基础（含下锚拉线基础）本工程使用的基础共有QJ-A1、QJ-A
4、2、QJ-B、QJLX-1、QJLX-2五种类型，设计均为C50钢筋混凝土，采用HRB335钢筋。接触网支柱基础设计为C50钢筋混凝土，顺桥向长1000mm，底面横桥向宽700mm，顶面横桥向宽650mm，基础底面距防护墙650mm（如图2-4所示）。按设计要求预埋M39锚栓，钢板2块，锚栓外露基础面190mm，螺纹长度190+5mm，每个锚栓配3个螺母，2个垫圈。下锚拉线基础设计为C50钢筋混凝土，顺桥向长400mm，底面横桥向宽500mm，顶面横桥向宽450mm，基础底面距防护墙750mm（如图2-5所示）。预埋4根M24锚栓，钢板2块，锚栓外露基础面100mm，螺纹长度100mm，每个锚
5、栓配2个螺母，1个垫圈。(1)挡砟墙、竖墙施工放样时，直线段沿纵桥向每6m一点，曲线段沿纵桥向每3m一点，全桥形成一条通线。然后采用紧线器将40m钢丝拉紧绷直，拉紧后用墨线弹出模板边线。满足以上要求方可进行下道工序施工，否则查找原因并立即整改。每隔5孔梁将其端头左侧的接地端子做为固定的临时水准点，便于现场施工控制立模标高和挡砟墙、竖墙顶面标高。(2)基础测量队根据设计图纸提供的各基础尺寸和桩号进行施工放样，放出基础靠近线路侧两个角点，用墨斗弹出基础边线。1.3混凝土凿毛、调整预埋钢筋施工前对结构物底面进行凿毛处理，钢筋根部凿毛至钢筋外侧12cm，并将表面杂物和浮渣清理干净露出新鲜混凝土面。把预
6、埋钢筋调整顺直，保证钢筋保护层厚度满足设计要求。同时检查挡砟墙墙、竖墙梁体预留的接地钢筋、接地端子等接口的位置、数量是否符合要求，不符合要求的应及时处理完毕后，再进行施工。经监理工程师验收合格后方可进行下道工序。1.4钢筋绑扎(安装基础预埋钢板)(1)挡砟墙、竖墙钢筋安装时采用挂线绑扎施工。在箱梁两端及断缝处测出梁面标高后，反算出钢筋顶面标高，并将梁端钢筋及断缝处钢筋按设计标高固定好后拉线进行绑扎其他钢筋。钢筋绑扎时要求钢筋平直、无损伤，规格型号符合设计要求，钢筋骨架绑扎牢固，纵向钢筋在断缝处断开，钢筋的交叉点用铁丝全部绑扎牢固。综合接地钢筋焊接长度为单面焊不小于100mm，双面焊不小于55m
7、m，焊缝厚度不小于4mm。每跨梁小里程端设置接地端子，接地端子采用焊接方式固定在接地钢筋上，距离梁面15cm，端子表面应加保护膜，焊接时应保证其与模板密贴。钢筋绑扎时要注意预留钢筋保护层，在钢筋与模板间设置同标号混凝土垫块，非焊接钢筋骨架的多层钢筋之间，应利用竖向钢筋进行定位，保证钢筋位置准确。(2)接触网支柱基础根据已确定的基础位置，检查预埋螺栓的绝对位置和相对间距是否正确。同时，利用顶面预埋钢板对螺栓的垂直度、螺栓间距、对角线距离、螺栓组整体扭转度等指标进行调整，确保各项指标符合要求。检验时，以顶面预埋钢板能自由下落为准。螺栓各项指标调整合格后，根据该基础设计顶标高安装基础顶预埋钢板。用在
8、钢板下方焊接支撑钢筋的方法来确保预埋钢板的顶面高程符合设计要求，同时用水平尺调整预埋钢板水平放置。检查以前螺栓螺纹部分用胶带缠裹保护情况，对于破损的，再次用胶带缠裹，避免支柱安装前污染或损坏螺栓。1.5模板制作及安装(1)模板制作考虑到梁面施工存在误差，所以在制作挡砟墙、竖墙模板时模板高度均比设计高度小20mm，模板采用定型钢模。每孔梁挡砟墙、竖墙两端模板按1995mm进行分节，中间模板按1990mm进行分节，两侧挡砟墙、竖墙的断缝设在同一截面上。挡砟墙、竖墙断缝模板均用10mm钢板，混凝土终凝后只需人工凿除外露部分即可。接触网支柱模板采用竹胶板和方木加工而成，面板采用1.5cm厚高强竹胶板，
9、其后上下设55cm方木水平背楞；纵向模板内侧通过钉一根宽5cm的方木的方法形成基础座台。模板根据基础的设计尺寸进行模板的加工、拼装。 (2)模板安装挡砟墙、竖墙立模前需对立模处梁面高程进行测量，用控制模板底标高方式对梁面进行调平处理，模板底部用砂浆带进行立模标高控制，模板安装时要统一挂线进行线型控制，相邻模板采用螺栓连接。挡砟墙过水孔模具与模板同时安装，过水孔处的模具为自己设计现场加工，采用15mm厚的竹胶板做成楔型，安装时用双面胶粘贴后与防护墙模板密贴，拆模后可反复周转使用。基础模板立模时，模板内线必须严格按照基础定位时弹的墨线尺寸进行控制。挡砟墙、竖墙立模后采用紧线器配合细钢丝以每三孔梁两
10、个梁缝为一个单元进行挂线调整线型，并且每2m取两个点用吊线锤检查模板垂直度。模板拼缝位置均采用双面胶粘贴密封防止漏浆，表面清理干净、光洁，脱模剂涂刷均匀，严禁采用废机油等劣质脱模剂，以免产生表面色差。(3)模板加固挡砟墙两侧模板采用上下对拉方式和利用外侧竖墙预埋钢筋撑拉结合方式进行加固。竖墙模板加固采用方木棍支顶和松、紧螺栓紧拉的方法整体固定模板。每孔梁每侧模板全部通过螺栓连接成整体，木棍要抵在挡砟墙上，防止模板移动。基础采用横包纵的方式加固，纵向模板用方木支撑在防护墙上进行加固；两块横向模板底部采用桥面打孔植筋的方式加固，顶部采用自制的卡子对拉的方式加固。模板加固完毕后要对上口宽度和竖直度检
11、查校验，同时检查预留孔洞的位置、数量和尺寸是否符合要求。经监理工程师验收合格后方可进行下道工序。1.6浇筑混凝土(1)混凝土拌和、运输混凝土浇筑前需再次对模板进行检查，确保模板尺寸正确，加固牢固，一切正常后，将模板内的梁面洒水湿润，以保证混凝土良好的连接。同时，在两侧梁面上铺设土工布或彩条布，防治混凝土浇筑过程中污染桥面。混凝土由2#拌和站集中拌制，采用混凝土罐车运至施工现场。防护墙、竖墙采用罐车直接上桥溜槽方式浇筑；各种基础采用混凝土罐车直接上桥溜槽浇筑或或汽车吊吊送吊斗上桥，混凝土放至手推车内，人工铲入模内的方式浇筑。混凝土运至施工现场后，应检测混凝土的坍落度、含气量及温度等指标，合格后方
12、可浇筑。(2)混凝土浇筑挡砟墙、竖墙浇筑时采用水平分层法从一端浇筑到另一端；基础浇筑时一次浇筑成型。浇筑时下料口距离模板顶30cm左右，下料应均匀缓慢，应尽量减少冲击模板和溅落在桥面上的混凝土渣，下料过程中控制混凝土用量，防止过多后人工倒运、过少后人工布料。 (3)混凝土振捣振捣采用ZD50型插入式振捣棒振捣，插入时快插慢拔，并边提边振，以混凝土表面不再下沉、无气泡、表面泛浆为宜，避免漏振、过振。振捣过程中，应防止对钢筋和模板的撞击，并指派专人负责检查模板支撑的稳定性和接缝的密合情况，出现情况及时处理；混凝土浇筑过程中由试验员按规范要求制作试件。(4)抹面混凝土振捣完成后以模板上顶面为基准先初
13、步抹平，然后用塑料抹子搓面提浆，在混凝土初凝前（根据当天温度确定等待时间）用铁抹子抹面收光。1.7混凝土养护(1)终凝之后拆模之前应采用带模包裹在结构物顶面洒水养护。(2)挡砟墙、竖墙拆模之后采用滴灌法进行洒水养护，滴管采用内径16mm的塑料软管，每隔5cm设置滴水孔，软管沿线路纵向设置在挡砟墙顶部，并用塑料膜包裹防护墙，外面再覆盖一层土工布的方式进行保水养护，用钢筋制作的U型卡子卡在挡砟墙上，防止风把土工布和塑料膜吹开，在桥面挡砟墙内侧每隔两跨设置一个塑料水桶（体积约1m3），水桶固定在自制的钢筋架上，底部设置阀门与滴水管相连，水桶流水高程不小于挡砟墙顶面高程。(3)接触网支柱基础采用包裹覆
14、盖洒水养护，土工布穿过螺栓包裹基础，在顶面洒水，然后覆盖一层塑料膜，底边用重物压住防止风把土工布和塑料膜吹开。桥上设专人进行看管养护，定期揭开塑料膜洒水。桥上设专人进行看管养护，混凝土浇筑完毕后的保温保湿养护。2.综合接地布置1、桥面综合接地布置在梁端的起点侧75cm，分别布置在A墙，通信电缆槽及挡砟墙上。具体位置及尺寸见附图（桥通（2009）9301）。接地端子材质应符合GBOOCr17Ni14Mo2要求，每个接地端预埋接地端子，并设有M16的内螺纹，详见接地端子设计大样图。为保证接地端子焊接质量，接地端子必须采用厂制标准件。所有接地钢筋之间的连接均须采用16钢筋L形焊接，焊接要求详见设计焊
