30、本工程建设单位：感知物联网（成都）有限公司感知中国成都中心（一期）A1、A2、A3#楼幕墙装饰工程，地面以上结构总高度62.3m，地上16层；其幕墙高度71.55m，幕墙展开面积约36000平米。设计使用年限25年。主体结构形式为先交钢筋混凝土框架结构，幕墙系统有：横明竖隐玻璃幕、隐框玻璃幕墙、石材幕墙、铝单板幕墙、雨篷、门厅等。13 幕墙设计概况设计计算基本参数地面粗糙度类别：B类；抗震设计烈度：7度；基本风压W00.3KN/m2。2、材料说明本工程所用材料、零配件均选用符合国家现行产品标准的规定，并有出厂合格证的产品。钢材：选用的钢材符合国家标准规定，牌号Q235B碳素结构钢，受拉强度设计
31、值fg215N/mm2，钢材进行热镀锌处理，点焊部位进行防锈处理。(2)不锈钢材：选用奥氏体不锈钢应符合国家标准规定。(3)铝单板：本工程采用2.5mm厚铝单板，表面用氟碳喷涂处理。所采用的铝单板应符合现行国家标准铝及铝合金轧制板材GB/T3880，变形铝及铝合金化学成分GB/T3190，铝合金建筑型材GB/T5237规定的质量要求。(4)玻璃：幕墙使用6Low-E+12A+6mm双钢化中空镀膜玻璃、6Low-E+12A+6mm双钢化中空LOW-E彩釉玻璃、6+1.52PVB+6mm夹胶玻璃、8+1.52PVB+8mm夹胶玻璃、12mm白钢化玻璃，本工程所用中空玻璃和片胶均采用结构胶，胶宽度除
32、特殊注明2外均为9mm；玻璃的颜色、透光率、反射率、避阳系数、热传导系数等参数应符合建筑幕墙功能及节能要求。应符合国家标准钢化玻璃GB9963的规定，玻璃边缘应进行机械磨边、倒棱、倒角。（5）胶：本工程幕墙选用中性硅酮结构胶、中性硅酮耐候密封胶。所选用的胶必须符合国家经贸委公布的检测合格的耐候胶规定，耐候胶应采用同一厂家配套的品牌，并提供质保书、合格证、相容性试验报告，且批号在有效期内。（6）石材：本工程幕墙采用25mm厚地光面花岗石，石材各项姓名必须满足国建相关规定。(7)型材：幕墙所采用铝合金横竖框及铝合金压块型材材质为6063-T6，其余铝型材材质为6063-T5。型材表面室外采用银白氧
33、化AA15级、室外采用氟碳喷涂处理（三途两烤），涂层平均厚度不得低于40m。（8）其他材料：本工程所用的螺栓、铆钉都符合现行国家标准规定。14工程的质量要求工程质量要求：竣工验收达到现行工程标准。施工质量:合格。1、 为调整土建施工误差，幕墙安装赢先确定放线基准，以其为基准定幕墙分格线，幕墙平面与主体间距需经对主体整天测量后，以主体实际垂直度为依据确定，以保证幕墙垂直。2、 除注明外，本工程钢构件除锈、防锈、防腐，钢构件除锈等级为S2级；3、 除锈经检查合格后刷与除锈等级匹配的防锈底漆、中间漆、面漆各两道，焊接前不能涂刷的构件在焊接后补刷防锈漆；4、 钢转接件后钢插芯与埋件间的连接采用6mm角
34、焊缝满焊（除特殊注明）其余小与6mm厚钢件间的焊接采用与较薄钢板厚度等高的角焊缝；所有焊缝均应饱满、均匀，除图纸中注明为均为三级焊缝质量。焊接后除净焊渣并涂防锈漆，保证良好地防腐性能。焊条选用E43型。为防止荷载作用竖框松动，须将方垫片与连接件点焊；5、 钢件与铝件相接触部分采用隔离垫片作隔离防腐处理。6、 所使用的各种材料、构件、组件的产品合格证书、进场验收记录、性能检测报告和材料的复检报告质量符合设计要求及国家现行产品标准和工程技术规范的规定；7、 幕墙的造型和立面分隔符合设计要求；8、 幕墙与主体结构连接的各种预埋件、连接件、紧固件必须安装牢固，其数量、规格、位置、连接方法和防腐处理应符
35、合要求；9、 各种连接件、紧固件的螺栓应有松动措施，焊接连接应符合设计要求和焊接规范的规定；10、 幕墙四周、内表面u影主体结构的连接节点、各种变形缝、墙角的连接节点应符合设计要求和技术标准的规定；11、 幕墙结构胶和密封胶的打注应饱满、密实、连接、均匀、无气泡，宽度和厚度应符合设计要求和技术标准的规定；12、 幕墙开启窗的配件应齐全，安装赢牢固，安装位置和开启方向、角度应正确；开启应灵活，关闭严密；13、 防雷装置必须与主体构件的防雷装置可靠连接。15难点及重点说明1、本工程横明竖隐玻璃幕墙及全隐框玻璃幕墙为主，框式玻璃幕墙须做好防渗及打胶措施，横明竖隐玻璃幕墙横向玻璃幕墙装饰线较大，要确保
36、装饰线的平整度及安装精度也具有一定的难度。2、框式玻璃幕墙涉及到多种型号的铝立柱，施工前熟悉铝立柱用料分区图，做好各种材料的入场分类及合理堆放，尽量减少材料的二次搬运，合理安排各项施工工序交接，确保工期及质量。3、裙楼大玻璃幕墙玻璃板块较大，吊装时要避免玻璃在平面内、外产生过大的安装应力，防止玻璃开裂。4、裙楼石材幕墙须做好测量放线，标准好基准线，结合土建的结构偏差，将偏差分解；并应防止误差积累，虑好与其他装饰面的接口等，减少对石材的多次搬运调整。4、施工中要加强对施工人员和车辆的管理，严格遵守通行制度,本工程施工进场后，需做好对建筑结构的成品保护、垃圾的及时清运、保持现场的清洁、降低噪音等，

39、务合同的洽谈，并签订劳动合同洽谈纪要单。劳务承包方进场后，应指派专兼职的人员对其进行治安、保卫、消防、安全、法制、文明施工等教育；审核其“四证”手续是否齐全，并发给临时出入证，填写职工入场三级安全教育登记表，并在1O15天的试用期间进行试用考核。组织项目有关人员，对劳务分承包方的施工生产、技术质量、行政生活、安全保卫、工资结算、计划生育等日常检查工作，对新增人员要实行登记、办证、报送花名册等手续。 参与对劳务分承包队伍的年度考核，并提出建议，考核检查情况应有记录。 组织项目部人员监督、管理分承包队伍的质量、进度、安全生产以及定期培训等工作。指派专人负责对项目施工过程标识监督、检查工作。 工程开
