46、和装备都将被淘汰，新的、先进的轨检技术和装备必将取而代之。EGX数字化轻便式轨道几何状态检测仪是以江西日月明实业有限公司研发中心为主体，在南昌大学、铁道部科学技术研究院、中国铁道建筑总公司十一集团第三工程有限公司等有关单位的大力支持和帮助下，自主研发的高新技术项目。该项目的研制成功为打造我国新一代轨道静态测评信息系统的平台提供了手段和方法，解决了轨道静态检测数据源问题，进而可以向数据集成、传输平台建设发展。项目产品可以高精度、高速采样、双弦高效同步检测，超大容量存储与多样化输出，测试数据在线分析，特征信息提取，实现动检对应互补；替代目测、手量，做到实时快速、精确完成轨道检测工作，实现铁路检测数
47、字化管理。项目的研制进程如下：2001年初 开始进行设备的调研究工作，2001年10月 开始进行方案设计及研制工作。2001年12月 完成了方案和结构的初步设计。2002年4月 完成了所有图样的设计工作并投入试制。2002年6月 试制出两台样机并联机调试成功。2002年7月 送秦沈客运专线试用，获得良好效果。2003年3月 通过了由江西省科技厅主持、铁道部组织的新产品及成果鉴定。EGX数字化轻便式轨道几何状态检测仪试制成功并投入运营，标志着日月明公司已向轨检数字化领域迈出了坚实可喜的第一步。在此基础上，日月明公司进行了EGX数字化轻便式轨道几何状态检测仪A型、B型和C型三种系列产品的试生产。考
48、验了机样、形成了产品的生产工艺，完成了产品系列化生产准备，进行了产品的试销工作，一个面向全国的客户网络正在形成；公司制订了产品的相关标准，为该产品的后续规范发展奠定了基础；日月明公司组成了一支从研发、生产、检验到销售的完整的技术队伍；通过认证获中华人民共和国制造计量器具许可证（轨道状态检测设备）。通过上述工作进程，本项目产业化的技术基础已经具备。走向市场，实现产品批量化生产已是势在必行。二、项目概况1、拟建地点南昌市国家高新技术产业开发区2、建设规模与目标本项目新增建筑面积8010平方米，用于新建综合生产厂房1800m2（含新增仓库面积400 m2），数字化中心大楼4746m2，新建后勤服务中心楼建筑面积1404 m2，兴建厂门卫24 m2，配电室36m2。购置生产设备88台套，修建厂区道路围墙，完善供配电、给排水及消防设施。项目建设期为2年，自2004年6月至2006年5月。2006年6月竣工验收。项目建成 达产后年产销EGX1121B型和EGX1511型数字化轻便式轨道几何状态检测仪1000台。3、主要建设条件本项
