1、鞍钢集团房产建设第五建筑工程公司 施工现场安全警示、警告标识、标志使用管理规定 为了规范安全标志的设置，确保生产过程中的安全，我公司特制定本规定。 安全警示标志的设置要求 一、安全警示标志的含义与概念 1、安全警示标志包括：安全色和安全标志。 2、安全色是指传递安全信息含义的颜色，包括红色、蓝色、黄色和绿色。 （1）红色：表示禁止、停止，危险等意思；（2）蓝色：表示指令，要求人们必须遵守的规定； （3）黄色：表示提醒人们的主意，凡是警告人们注意的器件、设备及环境应以黄色表示； （4）绿色：表示给人们提供允许、安全的信息。 3、对比色是使安全色更加醒目的反衬色，包括黑、白两种颜色。4、安全标志的
2、分类：禁止标志、警告标志、指令标志和提示标志四类。 （1）禁止标志的基本型式是带斜杠的圆边框；（2）警告标志的基本型式是正三角形边框；（3）指令标志的基本型式是圆形边框；（4）提示标志的基本型式是正方形边框。 二、设置场所 1、线路施工时在土方开挖的洞口四周设置警戒线，设置警时标识牌，晚间挂警示灯，施工点在道路上时，应根据交通法规在距离施工点一定距离的地方设置警示标志或派人进行交通疏导。 2、场地施工时在施工现场入口处、脚手架、出入通道口、楼梯口、孔洞口、桥梁口、隧道口、基坑边沿设置安全警示标志。 3、在高压线路，高压电线杆，高压设备，雷击高危区，爆破物及有害危险气体和液体存放处等危险部位，设
3、置明显的安全警示标志。4、其它设置安全标志的场所。 安全警示标志必须符合国家标准GB28491996安全标志和GB161791996安全标志使用导则、GB28932001安全色的要求。 三、设置原则 1、现场人员密集的公共场所的紧急出口、疏散通道处、层间异位的楼梯间，必须相应地设置“安全通道”标志。在远离安全通道的地方，应将“安全通道”标志的指示箭头必须指向通往紧急出口的方向。2、在道路或其它非施工人员经常路过的地方施工时，应当依照相关交通法规设置恰当的安全警示标识。 建筑中的临边洞口等高处作业安全技术规范要求设置。3、临时用电的标准设置应符合用电有关规范的标准。4、所有机械的标志设置应符合有
