GB50404-2007硬泡聚氨酯保温防水工程技术规范;4. 硬泡聚氨酯外墙保温工程技术指导;5. 根据工程设计图纸和建设单位设计变更通知单编制。二. 工程概况1. 工程名称:中国水产大连公司大连湾浏阳屯旧区改造项目(宇圣明珠工程)2. 保温工程施工面积:(约)7.5万平方米3. 保温工程施工内容:现场喷发硬泡聚氨酯外墙保温层,抹膨胀玻化微珠防火找平层4. 工程地点:大连市甘井子区大连湾刘阳屯5. 工期: 天6. 工程各部位施工内容及做法:(1).涂料墙面:外墙现喷硬泡聚氨酯保温层40mm厚,抹15 mm厚膨胀玻化微珠防火找平层;抹两遍聚合

32、物抗裂抹面砂浆3-5 mm厚,铺贴1层耐碱玻璃纤维网格布;(2).干挂大理石墙面做法:现喷硬泡聚氨酯保温层40mm厚,喷涂聚合物防火砂浆一道2-3mm。(3).门窗口侧面按设计尺寸粘贴20 mm厚挤塑板,宽度至内墙角,外墙门窗口上悬做鹰嘴滴水檐;(如下图)(4)按垂线安装装饰构件,满打灰平拍在已成活的外保温墙面上,在构件两侧凹槽部位安装尼龙锚固件,间距500mm,尼龙锚固件镶入剪力墙内不少于40mm为宜,抹三遍聚合物抗裂抹面砂浆4-6 mm厚,铺贴2层耐碱玻璃纤维网格布;(5)大模板螺栓孔满发(填充)硬泡聚氨酯发泡。三.施工准备1. 施工机械:1).本工程选用美国制造的mx-11和北京制造的京

33、华派克聚氨酯喷涂设备各二台及配套的专用工具四套。2). 喷聚氨酯硬泡专用空压机,型号w-1.0/7,排气量1.0m3/min,额定排气压力0.7mpa,配用电动机7.5kw四台。2.常用工具1)铁抹子,2)砂抹子,3)托灰板,4)铝合金靠尺2-2.5m和1.5m的,5)木靠尺2-2.5m和1.5m的,6)方锹,7)手推车,8)常用小工具如:水平尺,方尺,吊线尺,线坠,钢卷尺,探针等。3.专用材料1)成品保护遮挡专用材料2)接收落地灰料具等4.工程施工材料准备1).聚氨酯未聚醚多元醇和异氰酸脂混合反应形式的具有防水和保温隔热等功能的抛沫材料,发泡剂采用cFc物质。 聚氨酯材料执行标准序 号项 目

35、构工程质量验收规范和砌筑工程质量验收规范要求,外墙聚氨酯硬泡保温施工前应按建筑施工程序对其主体结构由相关主管部门组织检查验收进行工序转接,并履行转序手续,还要做好如下工作:1. 平均气温零上5co以上,风速不大于3级,相对湿度应小于85%;2. 干挂钢构件及阳台栏杆落水管支架等安装完毕;3. 突出墙面的外挂消防梯子避雷接地等预埋件安装完毕,并保证保温施工尺寸要求。4. 脚手架距墙作业面距离不少于150mm,5. 墙面无污物,无起层剥皮等现象。五.外墙聚氨酯硬泡保温施工要点(一).确定施工流向:每八层一个作业面,从上往下施工作业。(二). 外墙聚氨酯硬泡保温施工工艺流程:基层处理-喷刷聚氨酯防潮

36、底漆-分层喷涂聚氨酯硬泡-修整聚氨酯硬泡面层平整度-喷涂界面砂浆-分层抹膨胀玻化微珠防火找平层-抹聚合物抗裂底层砂浆-铺耐碱玻璃纤维网格布一层-抹聚合物抗裂面层砂浆。(三). 外墙聚氨酯硬泡保温施工方法1. 喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温基本要求1)喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温施工时设备计量要准确,AB料须要等量输出,混合均匀,热反应充分,输出管路不得渗漏。2)喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温施工前AB料须要打循环观察提料泵的流量和风压等情况,确认一切正常方可进行喷涂作业。3)喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温施工按控制线进行喷涂作业,掌握好喷枪与墙面的距离,移动速度要均匀,风天作业由下风口向上移动喷发,施工人员要面向下风口倒退进行喷涂作业。4

37、)喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温施工作业可分层进行,一是为了能够控制喷涂厚度,减少收缩的影响,二是可以增加结皮层提高防水效果,每遍喷涂厚度应小于15mm,喷涂打底厚度不超5 mm,喷枪距墙面800 mm -1200 mm左右,需当日完成施工厚度。5)喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温施工接茬要良好,施工24小时后方可打磨修整或进行下道工序施工。2.抹膨胀玻化微珠保温浆料找平层和抹抗裂砂浆铺挂耐碱玻璃纤维网格布做法:1)喷涂聚氨酯硬泡保温层要喷刷一层界面砂浆方可进行抹膨胀玻化微珠保温浆料找平层;2)用2米靠尺检查墙面平整度,用2米托线板检查墙面垂直度,水平方向距顶部约100mm左右,垂直方距墙阴阳角约100mm左右处。按外

38、墙保温厚度控制线做标准灰饼(50mm*50 mm),间隔1.5m左右,根据灰饼再进行充筋。3)在进行玻化微珠浆料找平时用靠尺控制墙面平整度,每层施工厚度10-15mm为宜,分层找平用塑料或木抹子搓平并用铁抹子压实压光,增加玻化微珠找平层的密度也能提高玻化微珠找平层的强度,靠尺刮掉的落地灰不得加水再用,要运回搅拌设备中重新配比方可使用,玻化微珠找平层在常温情况下必须满足48小时方可进行下道工序施工作业。4)抹聚合物抗裂砂浆时要满打底灰方可贴挂网格布,要铺挂平整.不准有皱褶.翘边.相邻搭接长度不小于80 mm -100mm,瓷砖砂岩面层相邻搭接长度不小于200mm,杜绝干挂网!5)门窗口侧面要在没

39、喷发聚氨酯硬泡保温前按控制线粘贴20mm厚挤塑板,必须保证门窗洞口尺寸,上悬要有鹰嘴滴水檐(6mm -8mm)六.施工质量检查1. 聚氨酯硬泡外墙保温工程应按国家建筑工程质量验收统一标准GB50300规定进行施工质量验收。2.进场材料质量要符合设计要求。检验方法:查看材料出厂合格证,检验报告,材料复试报告。3. 外墙墙面平整度阴阳角垂直度及门窗洞口尺寸,现场检测,墙面平整度允许偏差4mm以内,阴阳角垂直度允许偏差4mm以内,门窗洞口尺寸允许偏差5mm,对角线偏差2mm以内。4. 聚氨酯硬泡外墙保温层厚度是符合设计要求,检验方法:用钢针探测,允许偏差6mm以内,墙面每500-1000平方米划为一

40、个检验批,不足500平方米也划为一个检验批,每个检验批100平方米抽查一处,每处不得少于10平方米。5.现场喷涂复试样板块尺寸为:290 mm *260 mm *45 mm,其检验项目如下:密度.导热系数.尺寸稳定性.断裂延伸率。七.成品保护措施1.施工中各个专业队及各工种要搞好团结紧密配合,合理安排施工工序和衔接,杜绝颠倒工序施工作业,确包施工工期。2. 对已完成的成品不得随意开洞凿眼,如确实需要应经项目部批准后方可进行。3各工种施工作业和搬运物品时要注意门窗玻璃.墙面墙角。避免损坏和污染造成浪费。八.施工安全防范措施1.施工作业人员进入工地要进行安全教育和安全培训,考试不及格者不准上岗作业

41、。2. 按时参加项目部主持的安全例会,及时传达会议精神,提高职工安全意识,确保施工安全。3.进入施工现场必须佩带安全帽并要系紧帽带,高空作业必须佩带安全代,悬挂作业必须佩戴付保险绳。4.进入外墙保温作业区不准吸烟,杜绝明火作业,确需明火作业须有足够的灭火器材和可行的防火措施,必须有专人现场监督全过程。保温材料存放要达到防火要求,保证消防通道畅通无阻。5.杜绝酒后上岗作业,不准在施工现场喜戏打闹,不准高空抛物避免伤人。6.施工现场设备及电动工具出现故障须有专业人员处理,使用电动工具必须佩带绝缘手套和绝缘靴子,保证作业人员的人身安全。7.脚手架上作业前要认真检查脚手板是否固定.有无探头.卡扣是否有
