30、楼均为2826，6、7#楼各为600,8#楼为4112(其中地下为1025)。4、5#楼建筑高度总高为19.5米；6、7#楼为12.6米;8#楼为21.45米。该工程由安徽安博建筑设计有限公司设计，化工部马鞍山地质工程勘察院勘察。工程设计按六度抗震设计，丙类设防。框架抗震等级为四级。建筑物场地类别为类，建筑耐火等级按二级设计，建筑安全等级为二级。该项目0.000m相当于黄海高程(4#楼为9.05m；5#楼为8.95m;6#楼为8.75M;7#楼为8.65m;8#楼为8.55m).本工程建筑、结构设计特点具体如下表所示。结 构 特 征名 称内 容基 础基础为钢筋混凝土独立承台。承台底标高为-1.

33、。消防管材为热镀锌钢管。明露室外管道要做50mm厚离心玻璃棉管壳，外包铝皮。本工程电气系统包括照明系统、防雷及接地系统、宽带网及电视电话弱电系统等部分。配电采用三相四线制，进线电缆埋地敷设，照明部分为UPVC可增塑阻燃管案敷设。防雷接地采用联合接地方式，按三级防雷建筑物设防，接地电阻小于1欧；防雷引下线利用结构柱内靠外侧2根16（或更大）主筋将其通长焊连引下。区域火灾报警控制系统采用箱式挂墙安装，手动报警按钮暗装，线路穿钢套管暗敷在结构墙体内。第三章 工程项目管理体系第一节 项目组织机构一、本工程的施工组织机构设置本工程施工中，我公司项目部严格按照公司根据ISO9001:2000国际标准建立的
