19、进行符合该项目技术要求的施工放样，同时填写施工放样报验单、工程施工定位放线测量记录、施工测量（复检）放线报验单及高程测量记录等表格，要求图文并茂，在自检无误的基础上报送监理部。2.2.2.2工程施工中的测量监理在工程施工中，为了保证工程质量，测量监理工程师应加强对承包人在施工过程中的测量监理工作，把好设计尺寸、位置的质量。对控制工程的平面位置、高程、尺寸及其线形的准确性进行监督、检查,在满足规范和设计要求时，即可签字认可。（1） 检查、批复承包人在工程施工中的测量、放样自检报告；按规范和施工监理程序要求，复核承包人在工程施工中的测量结果；（2） 检查、批复承包人在工程施工中的验收测量报告，按要
20、求组织进行复核测量工作；（3） 对重要的工程部位，要对承包人的测量、放样自检报告进行抽检复核测量工作；（4） 在规定的施工时间间隔（如半年）中，要督促承包人对施工控制点进行复核测量工作，并审核其测量成果。并要求承包人对所使用的测量仪器定期进行鉴定、检验和校正； 2.3 竣工阶段的测量监理工作内容和方法2.3.1检查承包人对已经竣工的各分项工程的竣工验收测量工作和资料，审批竣工验收测量报告，视具体情况组织部分工程的复核测量工作；2.3.2核算因变更设计引起的工程数量变动所进行的测量工作。2.4 测量监理的方式2.4.1测量监理工程师负责全线施工测量监理工作，其监理的方式如下：2.4.1.1检查承
21、包人测量方面人员、仪器到位情况，检查测量仪器的精度级别、使用状态，必要时可指令承包人进行复核仪器精度的测量；2.4.1.2对承包人测量人员的测量记录、测量计算和工作日志进行抽检；2.4.1.3可以要求承包人测量人员对某些测量内容、计算结果进行解释，或要求重新计算和重新测量，直到拒绝该测量报告，要求重新组织测量工作；2.4.1.4可以在监理复核测量工作完成以后，对某一测量报告的拒绝，也可以直接拒绝；2.4.1.5对工作量比较大的复核测量指令，应由测量监理工程师书面下达。2.4.2测量监理员的监理方式为检查跟踪和旁站监理测量、放样工作，复核测量记录和平差计算结果，报送测量监理工程师审查并签署意见。
22、2.5测量监理质量控制要点2.5.1 在要求承包人精确施测基准桩线建筑物平面控制轴线、高程及结构垂直度、平整度的同时，还要求承包人必须建立健全完善的工程测量、放线的检系统。以便在每次测量、放线后资料能及时复核检查。以及在每一工序进行全面的几何尺寸及高程检查。在承包人自检合格的基础上，监理工程师抽测复核，在抽测合格经签认后才能进行下一工序施工。如不合格，可指令承包人进行部分或全部返工，直至承包人达到符合施工测量规范要求时为止。2.5.2基础及砼土建施工，必须对承包人作符合下列精度的达标要求：建筑物定位轴线L/1000且不大于20.0mm；建筑物梁、板、柱顶面标高不大于3.0mm；单柱的垂直度h/
