1、施 工 技 术 交 底 书工程名称百东河2#双线特大桥交底部位承台及垫块施工交底日期交底人审核人接受单位中铁十九局集团公司云桂铁路四标项目部三工区桥 队接受人交底内容：1、适用范围适用于陆上、放坡开挖的承台及垫块施工。2、施工方法及技术要求2.1、基坑开挖桩身砼达到一定的强度后（7天）进行基坑开挖。基坑排水采取在基坑四周设排水沟及集水坑，并由专人负责排除基坑积水，严禁积水浸泡基坑。采用挖掘机放坡开挖，坑底预留30cm人工清底。并根据地质情况，设置木桩、钢管桩、编织袋等临时支护措施，防止边坡坍塌。2.2、凿除桩头、桩基检测破桩头前，应在桩体侧面用红油漆标注高程线，以防桩头被多凿，造成桩顶伸入承台
2、内高度不够。破除桩头时应用采用空压机结合人工凿除，上部采用空压机凿除，下部留有1020cm由人工进行凿除。凿除过程中保证不扰动设计桩顶以下的桩身砼。严禁用挖掘机或铲车将桩头强行拉断，以免破坏主筋。将伸入承台的桩身钢筋清理整修成设计形状，复测桩顶高程，进行桩基检测。桩头凿完后应报与监理验收，并经小应变（瞬态激振法）检测合格后方可浇进行下步施工。2.3浇筑混凝土垫层墩位在膨胀土区域内的，桩基检测完成后，要先施工一层C20混凝土垫层，将基底封闭，然后再进行下一道工序施工。2.4、钢筋绑扎2.4.1、钢筋绑扎（附图）承台基坑开挖至设计基底高程经检验合格后。经测量放线后，画出钢筋的外围轮廓线，并用油漆标
3、出每根钢筋的平面位置。承台钢筋集中加工，现场进行绑扎，底层承台钢筋网片采用20（6度震区）或22（7度震区）或25（8度震区）钢筋，间距为10cm；拉筋采用12钢筋，间距为60cm成梅花形布置；顶层承台钢筋网片采用16钢筋，间距15cm；承台四周设置12的护面钢筋。焊接直径12的垫块拉筋，延伸至承台底锚固，间距为60cm成梅花形布置；垫块顶层钢筋网片采用16钢筋，间距15cm，绑扎完毕预埋深入垫块内的钢筋墩身钢筋，深入长度为1m。当承台上没有垫块的施工的时候，则墩身钢筋直接预埋在承台中，预埋深度为2m。2.4.2综合接地（附图）综合接地预埋筋按铁路综合接地系统通（2009）9301-08、40
4、施工。每根桩中有一根通常接地筋，桩中接地筋在承台中环接；接地钢筋优先利用结构物中的非预应力结构钢筋；所有接地钢筋的联接均保证焊接质量：接地钢筋采用16的L形钢筋进行焊接，双面焊时，焊缝长度不小于55mm；单面焊时焊缝长度不得小于100mm；焊缝厚度均不得小于4mm。2.5、模板安装承台及垫块模板宜采用大块钢模，吊机配合安装。也可采用组合钢模板，胶合板支立。模板立设在钢筋骨架绑扎完毕后进行。采用绷线法调直，吊垂球法控制其垂直度。加固通过型钢、方木、拉杆与基坑四周坑壁挤密、撑实，确保模板稳定牢固、尺寸准确。墩身预埋钢筋的绑扎在模型立设完毕后进行，根据模型上口尺寸控制其准确性，采用与承台钢筋焊接，形
5、成一个整体骨架以防移位。2.6、灌注砼混凝土采用集中拌合，自动计量，罐车运输混凝土施工，插入式振捣器振捣。混凝土的浇筑环境温度昼夜平均不应低于5或最低温度不低于-3，局部温度也不高于+40，否则采用经监理工程师批准的相应防寒或降温措施。在下层混凝土初凝或能重塑前浇筑完上层混凝土，混凝土下落高差大于2.0米时，设串筒或溜槽。混凝土分层浇筑，分层厚度控制在30cm左右。振捣采用插入式振动器，振捣时严禁碰撞钢筋和模型。振动器的振动深度一般不超过棒长度2/33/4倍，振动时要快插慢拔，不断上下移动振动棒，以便捣实均匀，减少混凝土表面气泡。振动棒插入下层混凝土中510cm，移动间距不超过40cm，与侧模
6、保持510cm距离，对每一个振动部位，振动到该部位混凝土密实为止，即混凝土不再冒出气泡，表面出现平坦泛浆。2.7、养生在混凝土浇筑完成并且初凝后，予以洒水养护保证混凝土表面经常处于湿润状态为准，养生期应符合规范要求。在混凝土表面盖上保持湿润的塑料薄膜等能延续保持湿润的材料，养护用水及材料不能使混凝土产生不良外观质量影响。2.8、基坑回填砼达到设计强度后进行基坑回填。基坑回填材料：桥台基坑回填采用C15砼回填；墩承台基坑回填采用普通土回填。基坑四周同步平行方法进行；C15砼回填采用分层浇筑；回填土采用应分层回填，每层厚度30cm，用3TA55冲击夯夯实。3、质量要求及验收标准3.1、质量要求承台
7、及垫块施工前在基础顶面放出墩、台中线和墩台内、外轮廓线的准确位置。大体积混凝土参照下述方法控制混凝土水化热温度：3.1.1、用改善骨料级配、降低水灰比、掺入混合料、外加剂等方法减少水泥的用量。3.1.2、采用低水化热水泥，如矿碴水泥、粉煤灰水泥。3.1.3、降低浇筑层厚度，加快混凝土散热速度。3.1.4、混凝土用料避免日光曝晒，以降低用料的初始温度。3.1.5、混凝土拌合必须严格按试验给定的配合比操作，若需调整必须经试验人员签字同意方可。3.1.6、混凝土运输采用罐车，以保证混凝土不离析，不分层，且和易性好。3.1.7、天气炎热时，由于整体钢模一次立模较高，模板温度及模内温度都很高，混凝土水分
8、易散失，宜在下午16时以后浇筑。3.2、验收标准承台模板允许偏差和检验方法见下表承台模板施工允许误差序号项 目允许误差（mm）检验方法1尺寸30尺量长、宽、高各2点2顶面高程20测量5点3轴线偏位15测量纵横各2点4前后、左右边缘距设计中心线尺寸50尺量各边2处4、施工安全要求4.1、深化安全教育，强化安全意识。施工人员上岗前必须进行安全教育和技术培训，牢记“安全第一”的宗旨，安全员必须持证上岗。4.2、对所有参施人员配发安全帽、安全带，进入施工现场一律带安全帽，安全帽按管理层和作业层颜色分开；高空作业一律配带安全带；杜绝上下交叉作业。4.3、让操作人员熟悉安全作业规章制度，在施工中做到各项工
9、作有章可循。4.4、吊装作业时均设专人值班且吊具均通过承载检验、有防护手段；定期更换各种吊装设备的承重绳。4.5、现场配电正规化，各配电箱均加设触电保护器，对线路加强检查维护，破旧电线一律废弃不用，手持用电动工具一律安装漏电保护器，所有用电机械进行接地或接零。4.6、现场显著位置设各种安全标语、警句及提示牌。4.7、承台开挖时距离便道较近，施工时应采取防护措施保证交通及施工安全，防止重车靠近，必要时应设专人24小时值班。4.8、认真实施标准化作业，严格按安全操作规程进行施工，严肃劳动纪律，杜绝违章指挥与违章操作，保证防护设施的投入，使安全生产建立在管理科学、技术先进、防护可靠的基础上。4.7、
10、其它安全方面未尽事宜按照安全质量部下发的安全交底办理。5、文明施工现场布局合理，环境整洁，物流有序，标识醒目，达到“一通、二无、三整齐、四清洁、五不漏”。具体内容如下：一通：交通平整畅通，交通标志明显。二无：无头（无木材头、无钢筋头、无焊接头、无钢材头），无底（无砂底、无碎石底、无砂浆底、无垃圾废土底）。三整齐：钢材、水泥、砂石料等材料按规格、型号、品种堆放整齐；构件、模板、方木、脚手架堆码整齐；机械设备、车辆摆置整齐。四清洁：施工现场清洁，环境道路清洁，机具设备清洁，现场办公室，休息室、库房内外清洁。五不漏：不漏油、不漏水、不漏风、不漏气、不漏电。6、施工环保、水保要求6.1、坚持做到“少破
11、环、多保护，少扰动、多防护，少污染、多防治”，使环境保护和水土保持监控项目与监控结果达到设计文件及有关规定，做到教育培训率100%、贯彻执行率和覆盖率达100%。6.2、针对现场实际情况，施工时不对原地层造成较大的破坏；废水排放前要经过处理，确保当地居民的生活用水不被污染。6.3、对现场临时设施的搭设、施工便道的设置等，以“减少植被破坏，少占耕地”为原则合理规划临时用地，最大限度地减少施工用地。6.4、保护生态，做好水土保持工作，实行“三同时”制度，加强对施工人员水土保持的教育管理。6.5、坚持“预防为主，综合防治，全面规划”原则，有针对性地采取措施，确保水源、植被不被污染和破坏。6.6、工程
12、竣工后，对生产生活用地及施工便道等，按照当地水土保持主管部门的要求进行复耕或绿化，同时修建好排水系统，防止水土流失。6.7、在设备选型时选择低污染设备。6.8、施工场地和运输道路经常洒水降尘。6.9、施工营地和施工现场的生活垃圾，集中堆放，统一管理。施工和生活中的废弃物运至指定地点处理，工地专人清理打扫。6.10、报废材料或施工中返工的挖除材料立即运出现场并进行掩埋等处理。对于施工中废弃的零碎配件、边角料、水泥袋、包装箱等及时收集清理并搞好现场卫生，以保护自然环境与景观不受破坏。对工程机械和运输车辆加强维修保养，降低噪音。合理安排施工作业时间，夜间施工不安排噪音很大的机械。适当控制机械布置密度
