1、地下室顶板变形缝施工方案一、施工概况二期6、7、8、9、10#、11#楼各标段施工的地下室顶板与一期五标地下室顶板混凝土结构连接图纸设计均设有沉降变形缝，根据建设单位安排，所有变形缝均由我单位进行施工。变形缝施工范围包括：1、56楼之间园弧形顶板处及6楼山墙段变形缝；2、67楼间及7楼山墙与8#楼地下室车道进口段地下室顶板变形缝；3、89#楼背立面地下室顶板与中心广场连接段变形缝，全长约150.0米；4、11楼山墙段及1011楼之间地下室顶板与中心广场连接段变形缝；以上变形缝根据所处的部位和标高不同，按变形缝图纸设计施工构造及防水做法大样图要求分段进行施工，为消除渗漏水质量通病，确保施工质量，
2、特编制此施工方案，指导现场施工。二、主要施工方法及技术措施（一）、变形缝构造做法分类：1、6、11楼山墙段一侧为房屋主体结构，一侧为地下室顶板结构变形缝，如大样图一所示。2、8、9楼背立面地下室顶板变形缝，两侧均为地下室顶板结构，但标高不同，存在高低差，如大样图二所示。3、6#7#楼之间、1011楼间地下室顶板与中心广场连接段变形缝，悬挑顶板宽度800，如大样图三所示。4、7楼山墙与8#楼地下室车道进口段地下室顶板变形缝，两侧高度一致，如大样图四所示。（二）、施工方法及质量控制措施：1、根据现场变形缝平面布置位置和不同分类构造，将变形缝分为若干个施工段进行施工，对6、11楼山墙段变形缝，长度各
3、约20.0m,如设计构造大样图一所示，按2009年3月18日由设计院签认的技术核定单要求进行施工,首先将紧临变形缝地面回填土挖除，挖出1.0m宽施工工作面,将多余浮土清除冲洗干净,按照技术核定单进行植筋,然后制模,浇筑混凝土。对8、9背立面与中心广场2-E轴交2-102-29轴段变形缝，1011楼之间地下室顶板与中心广场连接段变形缝，7楼与8楼之间山墙段变形缝、按图纸设计变形缝构造大样图二、大样图三、大样图四做法进行施工。对8、9背立面与中心广场2-E轴交2-102-29轴段变形缝，由于长度较长，全长约150米，地下室顶板结构上下高差1.201.50m，此段变形缝在200厚直形墙混凝土施工时，
4、沿变形缝长度每间隔30.0m增加设置一道接头施工缝,墙中两侧预埋300宽橡胶止水条,作接头处理措施,以消除混凝土在浇筑后因水化热造成混凝土膨胀变形而出现裂缝。2、植筋：首先对变形缝处少数原预留的钢筋进行除锈、调直，未预留的部位按图纸设计进行植筋，植筋前在原混凝土中探筋，避开原结构钢筋，用冲击电钻进行打眼，钻孔后应清孔干净，采用高强结构胶进行植筋，植入砼中锚固长度150mm，植筋48小时后方可浇筑混凝土，并且不能碰撞已固定的钢筋。植筋结束后，对植入的钢筋应随机抽样进行拉拔试验强度检测，14钢筋拉拔强度检测值为53.0KN，16钢筋拉拔强度检测值为69.3KN。3、钢筋绑扎：钢筋绑扎按图纸设计直形
5、墙竖向主筋14200水平分布筋10200绑扎均匀，双层双向布置，悬挑板上部水平主筋16200，下部主筋14200，横向分布筋8200，钢筋逐扣绑扎，间距均匀，钢筋绑扎结束，经监理单位现场验收合格后方准封模。4、模板制安：模板采用竹胶板，50100木方配制定型模板，先安装直形墙模板，后安装悬挑板模板，直形墙采用带止水环对拉螺杆进行加固，间距500500，水平设置两道对拉螺杆，加固紧密，垂直度、几何尺寸符合设计要求。考虑模板拆除困难因素，8、9楼背立面变形缝，直形墙模板安装好后，预埋好橡胶止水带，验收合格先浇筑直形墙混凝土，拆模后再安装顶面悬挑板模板。按照图纸设计变形缝构造大样做法，悬挑板底模封闭
6、在混凝土内，不能拆除，为一次性摊销材料，结算时据实计算。5、混凝土浇筑：混凝土采用商品混凝土，强度等级C30，抗渗等级S6。浇筑前首先对8、9楼背立面中心广场地下室原结构顶板面2-E轴交2-102-29轴檐口200300高通长止水翻边混凝土，1011楼之间地下室顶板与中心广场连接段变形缝处混凝土栏板，人工采用风镐全部凿除,略低于原结构顶板面标高,清理干净混凝土废渣，冲洗干净，表面刷素水泥浆一道，1：2水泥砂浆修补表面压光。变形缝混凝土浇筑前，接缝处先浇筑一道35cm厚同砼混凝土标号的水泥砂浆，然后浇筑混凝土，控制好坍落度120160mm，依次振捣密实，直形墙顶面预埋好的橡胶止水条应固定牢固，位
7、置准确，发现位移偏差及时派人调整修正。6、防水施工：模板拆除后，基层表面清扫干净，原地下室结构顶板2-E轴交2-102-29轴檐口混凝土止水带凿除部位凹突不平表面，采用20厚1：2水泥砂浆修补平整，混凝土墙根部阴角处采用C20细石混凝土做成园弧形配角，园弧半径大于150。表面干燥后，首先对变形缝悬挑板与直形墙之间连接预埋橡胶止水条间隙填塞聚氨酯弹性密封油膏，外侧表面干铺一层500宽SBS卷材附加层，然后沿混凝土墙外侧立面单面热熔垂直铺贴二层3mm厚SBS防水卷材，内外二层与相邻两幅卷材的接头要相互错开，悬挑板与地下室顶面新旧混凝土连接缝卷材覆盖超出宽度大于350mm,混凝土墙阴角处铺贴超出宽度
