3、工验收标准交工验收标准 .27 7.3 质量监控质量监控 .28 八、 实施效果.30 1 绥化高速沥青路面预防性养护试验路段工作总结 一、 前言 黑龙江收费公路管理局哈伊高速公路管理处管养路段为哈尔滨至庆安 界高速公路（简称哈伊高速公路） 、公路编号为 G1111。 全线于 2000 年 9 月 28 日建成通车。全线为全封闭、全立交平原微丘 区四车道高速公路；路基宽 28m，计算行车速度：120km/h，行车道宽度： 43.75m，设计荷载：汽车-超 20 级，挂车-120。自通车以来，交通量逐 年增加，重载车辆日渐增多，部分路段出现了少量的表面性功能病害，根 据沥青路面预防性养护对路面技
4、术状况的要求，急需进行养护维修。因此， 及时对绥化高速沥青路面实施预防性养护，对延缓沥青路面使用性能恶化 速率、延长使用寿命、节约寿命周期费用、提高行车安全性和舒适性具有 重要的意义。 为此，绥化高速公路管理处于 2013 年通过市场调研，结合“先试验、 后推广，先局部、后铺开”的实施原则，于 2013 年有针对性地选择病害 路段实施预防性养护。本项目同步薄层沥青混凝土位于 K382+986.7- K388+930 （方向哈尔滨-绥化）全车道。 参与并实施本次绥化高速沥青路面预防性养护试验段的主要单位包括： 1) 管理单位：绥化高速公路管理处； 2) 设计单位：黑龙江省隆兴公路勘测设计公司；
5、3) 施工单位：黑龙江龙建路桥第二工程有限公司； 4) 监理单位：山东格瑞特监理咨询有限公司。 2 二、 设计方案选择 设计单通过对适合同步薄层罩面预防性养护的路段进行现场调查，综 合考虑路面典型病害类型与交通量因素，有针对性地选择了试验路段，并 进行了施工图设计。 2.1 设计依据与设计标准 设计依据的主要技术标准、规范和文件如下： 1) 公路技术状况评定标准(JTG H20-2007)； 2) 公路沥青路面养护技术规范(JTJ 073.2-2001)； 3) 公路工程技术标准(JTG B01-2003)； 4) 公路沥青路面设计规范(JTG D50-2006)； 5) 公路排水设计规范(J
6、TJ 018-97)； 6) 公路养护安全作业规程(JTJ/H30-2004)； 7) 公路沥青路面施工技术规范(JTG F40-2004)； 8)公路路面基层施工技术规范(JTJ 034-2000)； 9)公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程(JTJ 052-2000)； 10) 公路工程岩石试验规程(JTG E41-2005)； 11) 公路工程集料试验规程(JTG E42-2005)； 12) 公路路基路面现场测试规程(JTG E60-2008)； 13) 公路工程质量检验评定标准(JTG F80/1-2004)； 14) 工程建设标准强制性条文 （公路工程部分） ； 15) 道路工程制图标
7、准(GBJ 50162-92)； 16) 道路交通标志和标线(GB 5768-2009)； 17) 公路安全保障工程实施技术指南 ； 18) 公路项目安全性评价指南(JTG/T B05-2004)； 设计标准如下： 1) 道路等级：采用高速公路标准； 2) 设计速度：120km/h； 3 3) 标准轴载：BZZ-100； 4) 路面结构：沥青路面。 2.2 设计要点与设计方案 2.2.1 平纵横设计平纵横设计 由于面层预防性养护施工是针对现有沥青路面进行的养护措施，因此 不需对试验路段道路的平面线形进行设计。 结合原路面标高，在原路面加铺等厚度沥青磨耗层，原则上预防性养 护试验路段纵断面线形无
8、需进行调整，路面纵坡维持现状不变。考虑到绥 化高速已运营多年时间，局部路段存在轻微变形及纵横向裂缝，如在施工 前试验路段有沉陷情况，则需采取调平措施，恢复原路面标高后再实施预 防性养护措施。 由于本工程为等厚度加铺沥青磨耗层，原则上维持原路现状横坡不变， 但实施前要充分考虑现状横坡的实际情况，对局部路表积水和不均匀沉降 的路段要进行调平处理。 2.2.2 方案设计方案设计 根据 2013 设计文件中的养护方案及现场实际勘查，确定试验路段的 位置及处治方案如表 2.1 所示。 从表 2.1 可以看出，绥化高速沥青路面实施预防性养护试验路段设计 方案总长 5.944km（单幅） ，位于绥化高速绥化

10、段的原材料质量。 2.2.4 施工工艺及质量控制施工工艺及质量控制 施工质量控制的好坏严重影响着加铺后罩面层的使用性能和耐久性， 因此设计详细地给出了同步薄层罩面的施工工艺及如何进行施工质量控制； 同时提出了同步薄层罩面的施工过程检验要求及交工验收检验要求。指导 施工单位施工时要详尽安排好施工工序，严格控制施工细节，提高工程质 量。 为了确保预防性养护试验段的施工质量，在施工完工后，对薄层罩面 验收标准进行了如下变更：厚度验收标准中允许变差5mm 变更为-5mm， 并按此标准进行薄层罩面施工验收，具体验收标准如表 2.2 所示。 表表 2.2 薄层罩面交工检查与验收质量标准薄层罩面交工检查与验
