44、分的卫生间采用负压自然进风方式，风管全部采用热镀锌钢板制作燃气系统住宅二十八层接室外低压燃气管网室内和室外架空管道全部采用无缝钢管，室外埋地管道采用PE(SDR11)2.5建筑电气设计概况： 2.5.1变配电系统：2.5.1.1本工程采用10KV市电供电，对一、二级负荷采用柴油发电机作为备用电源，柴油发电机自动启动，两电源电气连锁，严禁并列运行。2.5.1.2本工程高压电源进线采用2（YJV-370-SC100）由室外埋地引入至高压配电柜，由高压配电柜配出三路干线到三台1000KVA干式变压器为低压配电系统提供电源。2.5.1.3由变压器配出的线路采用高强封闭母线配线，电源电压为220/380
45、V交流三相五线制配电。2.5.1.4向各楼层供电点供电的干线，采用分区树干式配电，较大容量动力负荷及重要负荷采用放射式供电。消防负荷等一级负荷均采用双电源供电，末端切换。2.5.1.5变配电所和柴油发电机房均位于地下二层，设两台500KVA柴油发电机。2.5.1.6在低压柜设置自动无功补偿装置，功率因数由0.82补偿到0.94，电容器中串联电抗器以抑制谐波。2.5.2导线选择：2.5.2.1住宅、商铺、办公干线采用低烟无卤交联聚乙烯阻燃电缆。支线采用聚乙烯绝缘低烟无卤阻燃电线。2.5.2.2消防设备供电采用低烟无卤交联聚乙烯耐火电缆。2.5.3照明系统：2.5.3.1办公、商铺、车库等场所设置荧光灯作为一般照明，办公、商铺照度值300LX，照明功率密度小于11W/平米，车库照度值75LX，照明功率密度小于3W/平米，商场和超市仅设应急照明，一般照明由装设公司
