16、中桥，斜交120，桥面宽度为12m（0.5m防撞护栏+11m桥面净宽+0.5m防撞护栏）。本桥平面位于直线段上，上部结构采用2*16m预应力混凝土简支空心板，空心板长度15.96m，宽度1.24m，高度0.80m，边板悬臂宽度0.38m，共计14块中板，4块边板。桥台设连接缝，桥墩设伸缩缝的桥面连续；下部结构为墩台水下钻孔灌注桩基础，柱式墩台，桥台桩接盖梁。桥梁全长44.04m，桥面纵坡-0.25%。 二、施工准备情况施工材料材料已经到位，经检验合格机械设备机械设备齐全，满足施工要求主要管理人员主要管理人员已到岗，技术力量达到招标要求施工组织设计施工组织设计已批复总进度计划施工总进度计划已批复

19、.2HRB335带肋钢筋10kg1807HRB335带肋钢筋25 kg六、搭板施工工艺及方案1、测量控制在各项准备工作做好以后，可以准备搭板的施工。在安装模板之前，由测量人员放样出中心点、放出轴线，反出搭板底的尺寸线并给出梁底各部位的标高，校核无误后，开始安装模板，在安装模板过程中要测量模板的标高，保证模板位置正确。搭板顶标高在支模后，用红油漆标注在侧模上。2、 模板的制作、安装（1）、制作模板的各项材料符合各项标准，模板应具有足够的强度及刚度以防止浇筑混凝土时有明显的挠曲和变形。（2）、安装时接缝严密、平整、不漏浆，为保证混凝土表面的平整度和光洁度，应保持模板表面平整光洁。（3）、为使混凝土
20、表面色泽均匀，模板支立前须将表面的铁锈打磨干净，并采用刷水泥浆和冲洗的方法反复除锈，安装模板前，模板涂刷均匀的好机油作为脱模剂，保证混凝土色泽一致。（4）、模板安装完成后，现场技术管理人员进行结构尺寸检查，并报监理工程师现场检查，合格后方可浇筑混凝土。（5）、在浇筑前清除模板中所有污物、碎屑物、木屑、水及其杂物，混凝土浇筑时，模板安装人员需坚守现场，对现场中可能出现的松动，变形进行加固。（6）、重复使用的模板应及时修复，不能修复的及时更换，使模板始终保持良好的形状、强度及表面平整。3、钢筋的制作与安装（1）、用于桥梁工程的钢筋及预应力筋的各项技术指标符合桥涵施工技术规范要求。有出厂厂商的名称、
21、生产日期、批号等齐全的合格证书，并附有试验室的抗折、抗拉强度试验报告，并经监理工程师批准，否则不能使用。（2）、钢筋严格按照设计图纸加工，全部进行彻底的除锈处理，冷弯加工，钢筋绑扎符合设计要求，接头交错排列进行焊接；焊接工作按有关规范进行，搭接焊采用双面焊接，其搭接长度和焊缝标准按桥涵施工施工规范操作，绑条焊和被焊钢筋应同型号、同直径，并使焊条轴线与被焊钢筋在同一平面内。（3）、钢筋安装按桥涵施工技术规范执行，做到几何尺寸准确、位置正确、安放稳定、牢靠，保证钢筋在混凝土浇筑过程中不移位、不变形。 （4）为保证钢筋的保护层厚度，均在钢筋与模板间设置与构件强度相同的混凝土垫块，垫块与钢筋绑扎，垫块
22、之间应相互错开。（5）、挡块及支座垫石的锚筋要提前绑好，不允许浇筑后破坏混凝土。钢筋保护层垫块采用混凝土垫块。（6）、在钢筋安装完毕后，应对已安装的钢筋及预埋件报监理工程师检查并请签证后，方可进行混凝土的浇筑。4、 混凝土的浇筑（1）、浇筑前对支架、模板、钢筋、预埋件及标高检查合格，经监理工程师同意方可浇注砼。砼运至现场要检查混凝土的和易性和坍落度，要严格控制好砼的坍落度，是砼均匀，不离析。（3）、C40混凝土由搅拌站集中供料，混凝土采用吊车进行浇筑，要求坍落度在913cm，做好控制下限值。（4）、砼浇筑时应从搭板两侧位置开始放料，然后在从两个方向向中间浇筑合拢。浇注时应分层浇注、分步振捣至盖
23、梁顶标高。每层砼厚度应在30cm以内。振捣棒采用50型，振捣时采用快插慢拔，垂直插入砼内，并要插至下层砼中10cm，以保证砼结合良好。当砼停止下沉、不冒气泡、表面平坦泛浆时即已表明砼已振捣密实。振捣棒移动间距不得超过其有效振动半径的1.5倍。（5）、砼浇筑过程中专人检查支架、模板、钢筋的稳固情况，当发现有松动、变形移位时及时处理。5、混凝土配合比的控制（1）、根据设计标号，认真做好各种材料试验，选择适宜的材料和施工配合比。（2）混凝土所用材料如水泥品种、粗骨料的最大粒径，细集料的级配一定要符合公路工程集料试验规程和桥涵施工技术规范表11.2.2-2、表11.2.2-4、表11.2.3-1、表1
24、1.2.3-2的技术要求，在配合比试验单中选择最优配合比方案，用于混凝土的施工。（3）、在施工现场拌合时严格按照监理工程师批准的配合比施工、称量机具应维持良好的状态，做到每周校核一次。6、混凝土养护与拆模（1）、混凝土浇筑完成拆模后及时用土工布覆盖，并用塑料布包裹，设专人负责洒水养护，并保持砼表面湿润，每天浇水次数根据实际情况确定，如温度高时还要增加。以防止出现收缩干裂。洒水养护期不得少于7天。（2）、侧模拆除时要求混凝土强度需达到2.5Mpa以上，拆模时注意避免碰伤盖梁砼及模板。底模拆除时要求混凝土强度需达到设计强度的75%以上，底模拆除时采用在盖梁上横担小工字钢，在工字钢上吊起重葫芦吊起模
25、板慢慢放下，不可让其自由下落，砸坏模板及系梁等发生危险事故，模板拆除后堆放在平整的地方，清除表面污垢并涂抹防锈剂，防止生锈，专人整修备用。暂时不用的模板应堆放整齐，避免模板翘曲。七、质量保证措施A、组织保证措施建立以项目经理为首的施工质量保证体系，设质量管理小组。技术负责人负责施工技术与质量管理，负责组织解决关键、疑难问题。 内部质检机构认真执行质量“三检制”。施工班组设兼职质检员，均由工作认真、业务能力强、具有实践经验的专业技术人员担任。 B、工程管理措施严把材料关，对进场原材料按规定频率检验，检验合格后方能使用，不合格材料坚决清除出场。开展质量教育工作，从质量意识教育、业务技术培训、质量责
26、任等方面，对各级质量管理人员和施工人员进行质量教育。C、技术保证措施技术准备：工程开工前，由技术负责人组织工程技术人员和质检人员共同参加，确定施工技术方案，报监理工程师审批，并对主要操作者做开工前的技术交底，特殊工程操作人员持证上岗。施工控制：成立质检小组，坚持三检制，做到三个及时，即及时自检，发现问题及时上报，及时解决。八、安全保证措施1、健全安全保证体系，进行安全教育与培训，增强人员安全生产意识，配备专人全面负责安全生产，教育施工人员严格执行操作规范，防止事故发生。2、各班组所有施工人员必须戴安全帽，系安全带，严禁赤脚、赤膊、穿拖鞋上岗作业，项目部安全员负责日常检查，班组长要起到督促协助作
27、用。3、各施工车辆要专人驾驶，施工期间司机严禁饮酒，禁止非专业司机驾车，不允许私自开车进行与施工生产无关的活动。4、盖梁浇筑砼时，在盖梁模板四周设操作平台及安全网围护护栏，设上下盖梁的梯子，确保施工人员上下模板安全。5、盖梁施工时要求项目安全员、兼职安全员和专职电工进行现场电气设备检查，确保电气设备的使用安全。6、夜间施工时必须确保现场照明充足。 7、用人工搬运、支立较大模板时，应有专人指挥，所用的绳索要有足够的强度，绑扎牢固。8、建立严格的安全的安全管理制度，真正做到“三不”施工，既：没有安全交底不施工，不明确设计意图不施工，没有安全保证不施工。九、环境保护措施1、遵照国家环境保护法，在本工
28、程中，严格组织管理，保护周围环境不受污染。2、生活垃圾随时清理，建筑垃圾及废弃物进行回收统一清除处理；施工现场布置合理，工程完工后，合理处置并恢复原来的地形面貌。3、施工完毕后，把施工场地所用的临时设施和废弃物品彻底清理干净，不允许随意丢弃，确保施工后环境美观，无污染。4、坚持经常性的天气预报收听，对不利天气及时采取相应措施，保证将自然灾害损失降到最低。5、对于洒落的混凝土要及时清理，防止造成环境污染。6、拌和场要设置棚罩，防止水泥及砂石粉尘飞扬，污染环境。、十、文明施工措施1、认真落实文明施工管理有关规定，做到现场整洁，布局合理。2、主要人员及特殊工种持证上岗。3、便道及时洒水，防止扬尘污染
29、。4、砂石料存放场地要硬化处理，钢筋加工场地要平整，成品钢筋下垫木板防止触地而锈蚀。5、施工场地设有各种标牌及配合比标牌，使之一目了然，并接受监理工程师和业主的检查。6、施工过程中要注意文明用语，营造和谐施工氛围，并搞好各方面的协调关系。7、加强教育培训工作，进行岗前培训和文明施工教育工作，提高全员文明施工素质。Obviously, face Chinas Socialist system, the Communist Party is not the party.
