34、基础型式为:机械冲(钻)孔钢筋混凝土灌注桩基础。建筑物基础桩(225根/住2栋+80根/商1栋),桩径为8001200,总延米约为12000米,桩身混凝土强度等级为C30,桩端持力层部分地段为中密碎石土、部分地段为密实碎石土(具体依据施工勘察资料进行确定),具体设计情况详见设计图纸。住2栋靠折多河侧AB段边坡高度6.50M长度约74.00M,BC段边坡高度6.00M长度约55.00M,抗滑移桩设计数量为60根。桩基础工程施工:总控制工期要求的最后完成时间为2012年7月20日,工程施工质量达到合格。第二节 工程相关情况1.2工程相关情况受业主委托,我公司根据招投标文件资料及双方所签署的施工合同

35、的相关内容及条款等,需完成施工测量放点、机械成孔清孔、钢筋笼的制作与安装(包括原材料的采购与检验)、水下混凝土浇筑、泥浆外运等工作。混凝土原材料的采购与检验、混凝土的拌合与运输、场地内控制点资料的提供与指定、泥浆外泄场地的提供及相关费用等均由业主负责。为了保证本工程桩基施工的顺利实施,确保工程施工质量及施工过程中机具设备及施工人员的安全,特编制此专项施工方案指导工程施工。第二章 工程施工条件第一节 工程地形地貌条件2.1地形地貌条件场地位于四川盆地西缘山地和青藏高原的过渡地带。地势由西北向东南倾斜,由东部高山峡谷区、西北丘状高原区和西部高原深谷区组成总体地势东高西低,东侧红线紧邻康磨公路,西侧

36、红线紧邻一市政规划道路,规划道路外有一河流(折多河)。目前拟建场地各建筑分区已平整至设计标高。第二节 工程地质构造2.2地层岩性岩土组成主要为:第四系全新统人工堆积层(Q4ml)、第四系全新统坡洪积层(Q4dl+pl)、第四系全新统残积层(Q4el)和二叠系下统(P1)岩层组成,具体详见施工勘察资料。第三节 工程水文条件2.3水文地质条件2.3.1地表水:场地内无地表水流经。2.3.2地下水类型:场地地下水主要为上层滞水,下部少量基岩岩溶水。上层滞水主要赋存于场地地势较低地段、近地表填土层中,水量一般较小,在地势较低、较平地段具相对统一自由水位,其余地段零星分布,受大气降水、地表水补给,排泄方

37、式以地面蒸发为主。基岩岩溶水主要赋存于基岩层裂隙、溶蚀孔洞中,水量受裂隙、溶蚀连通性及水源补给条件影响,基本无统一地下水位。根据厂区一线基础施工情况,基岩岩溶水一般在破碎、岩溶发育地段岩石中水量较大,受大气降水、地表水补给,排泄方式以地下渗流、蒸发为主。场地地下水无稳定水位。第三章 工程施工依据第一节 工程图纸文件3.1工程图纸成都市建筑设计研究院设计,由甘孜州康定锅庄城旅游置业投资有限责任公司提供给我公司的东方阿尔卑斯情歌风情小镇住2栋基础平面图(结施2/30)、商1栋基础平面图及基础说明(结施2/27)、东方阿尔卑斯情歌风情小镇总平面图。第二节 地质勘察文件3.2地勘文件中国建筑西南勘察设
