32、建36*15米单层门式钢架厂房一间,新建砖砌电磁站一间。2、原有钢平台改造, 制作安装2处下料仓 。2、 安装双桨螺旋2台,皮带给料秤2台,管链机3台 、6台泵及附属管道,安装一台2吨单梁电动葫芦。第二节、编制依据一、编制原则:本施工组织设计作为主导施工的依据,编制时对目标工期、工程质量、项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑,突出科学性及可行性。二、本施工组织设计主要编制依据: 1、工程招标文件。2、招标公司提供的施工图。3、现行国家有关规范、标准和规程:工业

35、质量目标:工程竣工交验合格率100%,确保达到工程标准。工期目标:保证按总工期要求。安全目标:安全事故为零。二、管理原则在项目部的统一领导下,严格按照合同精神,对本工程推行项目法管理。由项目部实行“统一组织、统一协调、统一结算”的三统一原则。本工程将在ISO14001、ISO9001标准所规范的质量/环境/健康安全保证体系下,推行全面计划管理,全面质量管理,材料管理及施工技术事件控制等现代化的管理方法,确保管理目标的实现。1、实行项目法管理项目经理是公司的全权代表,设置项目的组织机构,对项目实行质量、进度、成本控制,负责履行合同。项目经理参与组织编制施工组织设计,根据国家法规和有关标准、规范以

41、理。资料员收发施工图纸和往来文件;技术资料的及时收集和整理设计变更及时反馈到图纸上。试验员配合监理原材料见证取样;砼、砂浆试块制造养护;试件、试块送试验室。第四节、施工部署一、施工准备工作1、设计阶级:(1)根据建设单位意图,了解其总体设想,并根据设计院的施工图进行施工。(2)积极参与图纸会审,及时提出问题请求答复,并积极向建设单位及设计单位推荐优秀建筑节点图集。(3)设计过程中,根据建设单位的意图,积极协助建设单位对各种材料进行选型、定货。2、原材料供应阶段:(1)根据经建设单位审核的施工图纸要求积极采购原材料,所有原材料的供应必须符合ISO9001质量标准要求。(2)原材料采购过程中,如某

42、些材料市场未能采购到,应积极同业主联系,在业主签字认可的情况下遵循等强度代换原则方可使用。(3)所有采购材料必须索取材料分析单,检验书等合格证明文件。高强螺栓做拉拔试验。 3、施工阶段:(1)材料到达工地现场前联系好各种运输及装卸设备,为工程开工作好充分的机具准备。(2)开工前公司精心挑选各种必需工种人员等,并进行施工前安装技术及安全交底工作,并作好记录,同时贯彻落实工程质量与安全目标。(3)工程开工前,应办理好工程开工必办的各种手续,并作好施工安装过程策划。(4)安装过程中,各工序相互交接时应有验收记录,并且对存在的不合格品及时进行返工返修.4、竣工验收:(1)由项目部作好建设单位及使用单位

43、等有关单位的协调,确定竣工验收的时间、地点、方式。(2)竣工验收前现场管理部门做好现场卫生清理工作,安装工程的资料汇总及整理工作并出具竣工报告、工程综合评定表及其它资料。(3)竣工验收后,应将竣工资料送交建设单位及质监单位签字确定工程等级,并送至相关部门存档。二、施工协调管理1、与设计的工作协调(1)我们将在施工过程中积极与设计配合,解决施工中的疑难问题。(2)积极参与施工图会审,充分考虑到施工过程中可能出现的各种结构问题,完善图纸设计。(3)对施工中出现的情况,除按甲方、监理的要求及处理外,还应积极修正可能出现的问题,并会同发包方、监理按照进度与整体效果要求进行隐蔽部位验收,中间质量验收、竣

44、工验收等。(4)根据图纸的要求,组织设计单位、业主参加主要材料的选型,选材和订货。2、与建设单位的协调(1)按照与建设单位签订的施工合同,精心施工,确保工程中各项技术指标达到建设单位的要求。(2)会同建设单位的工程技术人员做好施工过程中技术变更工作。主动接受建设单位施工过程中的监督,定期向建设单位汇报工程进度状况;对于施工中需要建设单位协调工作,应立即向有关负责人汇报并请求解决。第五节、主要施工措施一、 施工顺序:钢构制作框架安装围护结构安装基础开挖 砼垫层、测量放线 新做设备基础设备安装管道安装新建电磁站电气安装设备管道防腐保温厂房地面敷设不锈钢地面设备试车 系统调试工程扫尾二、主要施工措施

45、:钢结构厂房:本工程为单层门式钢架钢结构厂房,跨度12米,纵向长度36米,柱距6米,屋面、墙体采用岩棉保温板,材料均为Q235钢材。(一)施工工艺流程施工准备原材料采、验进场下料制作检验校正预拼装除锈刷漆成品检验编号构件运输预埋件复验钢柱、梁吊装支撑系统安装补刷面漆主体初验维护系统施工 (二)构件制作:本公司厂房内进行制作,制作好后,运至现场。1、钢材、钢铸件的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。焊接材料的品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。并按照国家相关法律法规中的强制性标准执行材料进场程序,有甲方代表或监理单位人员在场,现场取样送检化验,对于试验不合格的材料

46、要及时更换,坚决杜绝把不合格的材料应用于工程中。2、钢结构连接用高强度大六角头螺栓连接副、扭剪型高强度螺栓连接副,其品种、规格、性能等应符合现行国家产品标准和设计要求。3、焊工必须经考试合格并取得合格证书。持证焊工必须在其考试合格项目及其认可范围内施焊。4、钢柱、钢梁腹板下料时应放样制作,并注意截面尺寸的变化,应在两端留有加工余量。制孔时,所有连接板、节点板必须配对钻孔,制孔精度应符合规范的要求。 5、防腐涂装:除锈标准达到ST2级。构件表面不应误涂(特别是摩擦连接面)、漏涂、涂层不应脱皮和返锈等。涂层应均匀、无明显皱皮、流坠、针孔和气泡等。7、构件出厂前要进行预拼装检验:预拼装的目的是发现制

47、作过程中的错误、过大的误差、变形以及可能影响到安装的缺陷。构件拼装连接找正后应检查构件外形几何尺寸和 连接部位是否满足施工规范允许公差的要求。螺栓连接的接口必须保证过孔率100%,若有个别孔错位应 进行扩孔,扩孔的不圆度不应超出允许公差要求,否则应堵孔重钻,堵孔数量不应超过20%。同时出厂前要进行编号并绘制排 版图,使现场安装时各零部件可以对号就位,编号时一般要标注轴线列号,超重超长构件有时还要标注重量和起吊重心位置。对于在检验过程中发现的问题及时处理,以免运至现场无法修复造成不必要的人力物资浪费。8、加工过程中把构件定量,落实责任人,加强相关施工人员的责任意识。(三)运输和堆放1、运输:(1)事先勘查道路, 装卸时对容易变形的构件,要采取一定的措施。在装卸、运输过程应尽量保护构件,避免构件在运输过程中受到损坏。(2)、对一些次要构
