13、管超前支护施工质量控制中铁十局集团三建公司玉蒙项目部QC小组二OO七年二月 隧道小导管超前支护施工质量控制一、工程概况汉邑村隧道位于新建昆河线玉溪至蒙自段站前工程第一合同段,为单线铁路隧道,全长6670m,位于川滇菱形断块的东南端,区域地质构造复杂,新构造运动强烈,是一个褶皱与断裂均比较发育的区域。隧道地表地下水发育,地表水主要为水库水、塘水及沟槽内流水;地下水主要为孔隙水、基岩裂隙水、断裂带水、岩溶水等。隧道设计级围岩1360米,级围岩2650米,级围岩2660米,级围岩除进口洞口段20m采用管棚超前支护外,其余段均采用42小导管注浆超前支护,注浆材料选用水泥浆,水灰比0.50.8:1,注浆

14、压力0.51.0Mpa。汉邑村隧道质量目标是:工程一次验收合格率100,自检率100,争创省优、部优工程及鲁班奖。二、小组概况 玉蒙项目部汉邑村隧道小导管超前支护QC小组成立于2006年6月1日,并确定攻关课题,目的是在保证施工安全的前提下加快施工进度,提高经济效益,确保汉邑村隧道质量目标的实现。1、小组名称:三建公司玉蒙项目部QC小组。2、攻关课题:汉邑村隧道小导管超前支护施工质量控制。 3、活动时间:2006年6月1日2006年12月31日。4、小组活动次数:6次5、TQC教育程度:小组成员均接受了48小时TQC教育。6、小组成员情况:小组成员情况表序 号姓名性别年龄文化程度职称/职务组内

16、理由二:地下水丰富。汉邑村隧道最大涌水量设计为5.5万方/天,沿线断裂构造极其发育,地下水主要沿断裂带分布,水文地质条件比较复杂,且各段不一。四、制定目标 通过QC小组活动,提高超前小导管施工质量,达到加固周边围岩的目的,封堵水源,有效控制隧道超欠挖,确保隧道施工安全。五、活动过程(PDCA)1、计划阶段(P)1)现象分析隧道软弱围岩段施工,超前支护的质量是隧道控制超欠挖及施工安全的关键。为此,我们QC小组对汉邑村隧道小导管超前支护的质量缺陷进行了调查统计,影响其质量的主要因素有:注浆压力、浆液配合比、孔位布置、注浆量及注浆管封堵等。缺陷统计列表如下:小导管超前支护质量缺陷统计表序号缺陷项目频

17、数频率%累计频率%1注浆压力4549.4549.452浆液配合比2123.0872.533孔位布置1314.2886.814注浆管封堵66.5993.405注浆量44.4097.806其它22.20100总计91100根据缺陷统计表绘制排列图如下:2)根据统计表找出主要缺陷从统计表及排列图中可得出结论,影响小导管超前支护质量的主要因素是:注浆压力、浆液配合比和孔位布置,这三项因素占总数的86.81%。3)原因分析针对上述各种因素产生的问题,QC小组经过全面分析,并结合以往的施工经验,就小导管超前支护质量缺陷作出因果分析图,如下: 从因果分析图中,我们找到影响小导管注浆施工质量的末端因素,并进行

19、改善非要因根据小导管注浆质量缺陷因果分析图,经过小组成员认真讨论、现场分析,确认小导管注浆质量缺陷的主要原因是:a、操作不熟练;b、浆液水灰比难控制;c、注浆终压难控制;d、注浆孔布置及钻眼不规范4)制定对策针对影响小导管注浆质量的四大主因,我们研究制定了对策,并分工负责,见下表:对策实施表序号主因目标对策完成 时间负责人1操作不熟练提高职工的业务技能,逐步积累施工经验。加强对职工的业务培训,开办施工经验交流课。06.6.18赵宇2浆液水灰比难控制及时调整水灰比,确保裂隙充满浆液。每次注浆前对围岩裂隙进行观察,及时调整水灰比。06.7.8周洪彬汤文爽3注浆终压难控制确保每个注浆孔的注浆压力满足

20、设计要求。根据岩性、施工条件及水压等因素现场确定。06.7.8李丹阳赵春杰4注浆孔布置及钻眼不规范确保注浆孔位置、孔深满足设计要求。每排注浆孔由技术人员测量布眼,成孔后逐一进行检查。06.6.25李栋政王安铭2、实施阶段(D)实施一:针对小导管施工工艺,项目部技术人员对现场作业人员、值班员进行业务培训,并定期组织现场作业人员召开经验交流课,让作业人员熟悉小导管的施工工艺。现场施工过程中,项目部技术人员全程值班,及时发现问题并进行指导,逐步积累施工经验。实施二:对现场陈旧的、不满足施工工艺要求的机械设备进行更换,确保现场的机械设备满足施工工艺要求。实施三:严把原材料关,现场使用的原材料严格按照规

21、范要求进行检验,经检验合格后方可使用,杜绝不合格材料进入施工现场。实施四:每排注浆孔均由测量人员放线布眼,在钻孔过程中严格控制小导管外插角及孔深。钻眼完成后必须经质检人员检查确认钻孔外插角、孔深、孔距满足设计及规范要求后方可送入小导管注浆,若不合格必须进行返工。实施五:注浆过程中,合理的选择与控制注浆压力,选用合宜的浆液,适时的变换浆液配合比,并使它们质检很好的配合,是保证注浆质量的重要因素。每次注浆前由技术人员对掌子面围岩情况进行观察,根据掌子面围岩裂隙、水量大小等情况来确定注浆压力的大小。注浆过程采用一次升压法,在一开始就在短时间内将压力升到确定的注浆压力,并一直保持到注浆结束。在此压力下

22、,浆液由稀到浓,首先将较细的裂隙充填压好,而后将中等或较大的裂隙压注密实。浆液浓度的变换是在同一浓度下注浆持续一段时间后,吸浆量无显著改变时,即加浓一级,若加浓后吸浆量突减时,说明浓度变换不当,立即换回原来浓度。3、检查阶段(C)效果一:通过认真执行对策后,我们再一次对超前小导管施工质量进行检查,其检查结果如下:序号质量因素检测次数不合格次数合格次数单项合格率%备注1注浆压力60357952浆液配合比60654903孔位布置110810292.7累计2301721392.6平均效果二:提高了小导管注浆的施工质量后,确保了超前支护的施工质量,有效控制了隧道的超挖情况,并确保了施工安全。目前汉邑村

23、隧道进、出口洞口浅埋、破碎段均已顺利穿越。4、总结阶段(A)通过开展QC攻关活动,将理论与实践有机的结合起来,得出以下结论:1)超前支护是隧道施工的关键,超前支护的质量得到保证可以有效的控制隧道超挖,并确保施工安全。2)小导管注浆是一个完整的施工工艺,每道工序环环相扣,相辅相成。3) 通过开展本次QC攻关活动,施工队伍的素质、施工技术水平、管理水平均得到了明显的提高。六、下一步打算在今后小导管超前支护施工过程中,继续积累经验,不断总结,严格控制超前小导管的施工质量,确保汉邑村隧道软弱围岩段、断层破碎带、浅埋段顺利穿越。Electricity lines, equipment inspectio
