He waved desperately to his companion, who had been water-skiing for the last fifteen minutes. Both men had hardly had t

As it is, they have been drilling for sixteen hours and they still have a long way to go. Meanwhile, a microphone, which was
13、lowered into the mine two hours ago, has enabled the men to keep in touch with the closest relatives. Though they are running out of food and drink, the men are cheerful and confident that they will get out soon. They have been told that rescue operations are progressing smoothly. If they knew how d
14、ifficult it was to drill through the hard rock, they would lose heart. Lesson89 A slip of the tongue 口误People will do anything to see a free show-even if it is a bad one. When the news got round that a variety show would be presented at our local cinema by the P. and U. Bird Seed Company, we all rus

21、esson91 Three men in a basket 三人同篮A pilot noticed a balloon which seemed to be making for a Royal Air Force Station nearby. He informed the station at once, but no one there was able to explain the mystery. The officer in the control tower was very angry when he heard the news, because balloons can
22、be a great danger to aircraft. He said that someone might by spying on the station and the pilot was ordered to keep track of the strange object. The pilot managed to circle the balloon for some time. He could make out three men in a basket under it and one of them was holding field-glasses. When th
23、e balloon was over the station, the pilot saw one of the men taking photographs. Soon afterwards, the balloon began to descend and it landed near an airfield. The police were called in, but they could not arrest anyone, for the basket contained two Members of Parliament and the Commanding Officer of
24、 the station! As the Commanding Officer explained later, one half of the station did not know what the other half was doing ! Lesson92 Asking for trouble 自找麻烦It must have been about two in the morning when I returned home. I tried to wake up my wife by ringing the door-bell, but she was fast asleep,

36、设地点: 内蒙古*县*乡镇规模: 项目总投资2302.3万元，其中建设投资330.4万元，流动资金1971.9万元。主要建设内容: 建筑工程包括，选别车间250m2、储存库1000m2，包材库80m2，成品库300m2，合计为1630m2。主要设备购置包括比重式精选机2台，色选机1台，豆类抛光机3台，豆类去皮机2台，电脑计量包装机1台，皮带输送机2台，水份测定仪1台，变压器1台，货车1辆，自制选别台40个。1.1.3 项目建设方案本项目预计前期工作为3个月，建设期5个月，根据项目总工期的要求，对各阶段工作量和所需时间，对时序作出大体安排，并使各阶段工作相互衔接，实施进度基本按各项任务的逻辑顺序

38、，如达到年出量1.5万吨的目标，需建一定规模的仓储库房，同时还需要建设一定规模的手选绿豆工作间，这就加大了建设投资额，秋季收购季节，流动资金需要量也是很大的，需要做好专业银行的工作，在收购资金上给予支持。1.3 综合评价积极促进农产品龙头企业的建设，开发和生产带动能力强，具有市场竞争优势的绿色食品，形成出口创汇潜力大的特色产业。该项目建成后它不仅可以延长农业产业链，提高初级农产品的附加值，出口创汇，增加农民收入，而且有利于农业专业化、社会化、商品化的发展，提高农业的整体效益。第二章 项目建设的必要性2.1 项目建设背景2.1.1 产业背景*县以农村经济为主，主导产业和特色经济尚未形成，根据国家

40、符合兴安盟农产品的分布政策。因此，利用*乡镇及周边地区盛产优质绿豆的优势，对绿豆进行深加工，加工生产优质绿豆米出口创汇，所以，该生产项目的提出是合理的，也是必要的。2.1.2 企业背景*县*公司成立于2004年，公司地址在*县*乡镇，该公司占地面积6158m2，拥有固定资产200万元，建筑面积1700m2，其中库房面积900m2。机构和运输设备9台套，主要设备有15吨/小时筛选机2台，5吨/小时比重机1台，检石机1台，输送机1台，提升机1台，小客车1辆，5吨货车1辆轿车1辆，员工10人，其中专业技术人员3人。该公司于2004年11月已取得了对外贸易经营者备案登记等一切相关手续和证照。2.1.3

43、气候，年平均气温5.4，最高无霜期135天，7月最大降雨量272.2毫米，年日照时数2762小时，平均海拔高度600米，土壤分布为黑钙土、暗棕壤及棕壤等七个类型。*县为全国商品粮基地县，水浇地面积70万余亩，有发达地区不可比拟的土地资源优势。*县土地肥沃，光照充足，气候适宜，昼夜温差大，水源较丰富，为北纬45左右的浅丘陵和平川的最佳绿豆等杂粮丰产区。*县砂土地面积占40%左右，特别适合绿豆的生长，*绿豆域内外已有很大的知名度，因内（东北地区）产量有限的绿豆产品，其它地区绝对不会造成*绿豆销售市场的危胁。适宜的气候，适宜的土壤，绿豆就是*名牌。*是东北少有的绿豆产区，销售市场是显而易见的。*乡镇
44、在县城东20公里，面积约610平方公里，耕地面积270万亩，13个村，人口2.4万，平川地占总耕地面积的80%左右，平均海拔185米，土壤以黑土居多，有机质大于4%，主要农作物有绿豆、豇豆、红小豆、玉米、高粱、蓖麻及葵花等。3.2 项目建设条件优劣势分析*县基础设施完备，以北京至加格达奇的111线国道、突洮油路为主要框架的公路交通四通八达，连接呼和浩特至海拉尔、北京至齐齐哈尔、加格达奇至沈阳、乌兰浩特至哈尔滨、乌兰浩特至北京和霍林河至通辽铁路。通过*县境内的省际大通道、白乌铁路将相继修通，突洮油路经过*乡镇，省际大通道距*乡镇10公里，交通便利、畅捷。邮电通讯能力不断增强，国际国内直拨电话、移

47、来，每年的绿豆产量呈上升趋势，2001年产量为1.5万吨，2002年1.8万吨，2003年、2004年产量在2万吨以上，很多外地客商在*乡镇设点大量收购，产品呈供不应求的局面。收购的绿豆除供应国内需求外，等级好的绿豆精选后出口国外。正常年景下，*县及周边绿豆产量为10万吨以上。由于绿豆具有防暑、降温、清热、解毒等特殊用途，这些产量仍不能满足国内外市场的需求，绿豆的市场销售前景非常好。4.1.2 市场前景分析1、国际市场需求东北绿豆，国际需求量很大，尤其是以无公害的绿色食品为首选。目前，我国东北绿豆已成为世界绿豆生产和出口的主要国家之一。自90年代以来，我国绿豆的出口量每年都以较大速度增长。优质
48、绿豆米主要销往日本、韩国、美国及西欧国家。未经精选的绿豆，主要销往印尼、巴基斯坦等东南亚国家。其中：日本年需求量在30万吨以上，欧美国家年需求量在50万吨以上。2、国内市场需求绿豆产品在国内也有巨大市场潜力。据调查，十几年来，*绿豆仅在南方（如广东、浙江、湖南及四川等几个省市）有很大的销售市场。随着经济的发展，人民生活水平的不断提高，国内市场的空间也越来越大。上述说明了经济建设豆这一特殊农产品的市场容量、市场潜力是相当大的，可以说经久不衰的绿豆市场发展走势强劲。4.1.3 项目产品的市场竞争优势分析1、价格预测据调查，2004年底至2005年9月，国内绿豆市场价格保持在43005000元/吨左右（以等级论价）。目前，大连、天津口岸的绿豆米价格在800美元/吨左右。随着国际市场和国内市场需求量的逐年增大，农产品和国际接轨，在较长时期内，价格不会有明显的波动。国际绿豆市场的变化肯定牵动国内市场的变化，但可以肯定的说，东北地区做为国内、国外绿豆的主产区，销售市场永远是永恒的、不变的。农民在农作物的种植上，绝不可能因绿豆价格下调而影响其积极性，历年的
