29、、选择工艺成熟可靠,并要结合厂方的实际情况。(4) 、在保证处理效果的基础上,设计上尽可能采用符合厂方的实际情况的新工艺、新技术,以保证设计工艺的先进性,并为以后发展留有余地。(5) 、处理系统要操作方便,运行安全可靠,经常性运行费用尽可能要低。2、 处理工艺的选择项目废水主要为工艺废水、生活污水、地面冲洗水、初期雨水。废水的特点为含盐量和有机物高,NaCl含量为17.9%,针对项目废水特点,我所对其废水采取分质处理,废水治理方案共分为二部分:一是高浓度含盐废水的前处理;二是综合废水处理。(1)高浓度含盐废水前处理 废水水质5-溴-6-甲基脲嘧啶工艺废水中萃取工序废水盐份高,其废水水质情况如下

30、:工艺废水水质情况表污染物CODCR mg/l苯mg/l盐%二甲苯mg/l甲醇mg/l含 量13554221017.93.1711049处理能力项目对工艺废水拟采用蒸发浓缩的处理方式,间歇操作运行,每天运行一次,处理量为2.0米m3/日,安装350千克/小时流量计,每天操作(含调节等预处理)10小时。处理工艺流程 工艺废水2.0m3/日中和调节池蒸发浓缩冷 却后续处理工序 冷凝水 废盐晶、有机残渣高浓度含盐废水处理工艺流程图工艺说明a. 中和调节池 由于工艺废水排放不稳定,先将废水引入调节池再用废水泵转至储液缸暂存,趁热用计量泵,经过换热器预热后送入蒸发器蒸发浓缩。b. 蒸发浓缩由于项目工艺废

31、水中主要污染物为盐类和有机物,蒸发浓缩的基本原理是利用废水加热沸腾后,水和非挥发性的溶解物(盐类,大分子有机物)相分离,甲醇可汽提回收利用。通过蒸发浓缩除盐而使废水得到净化,并提高其可生化性。工艺废水从旋流式薄膜蒸发器顶部的进口沿切线方向流进 ,由于速度很高,离心力很大,因而形成均匀的螺旋形薄膜,紧贴器壁流下,在内壁外层蒸汽夹套的加热下,液膜迅速沸腾汽化。析出的废盐晶和蒸发残渣由椎底排出,蒸发器的二、三次蒸汽通过换热器加热废水,从而节约蒸汽的消耗;液体进入调节池进行后续处理。从夹套中出来的蒸汽再经冷凝器冷却后进入中和调节池进行后续处理。c. 废晶盐、蒸馏残液处理项目工艺废水蒸馏产生的废晶盐和有

32、机残液(主要含高沸点、难降解的大分子)有机物,均属危险废物,收集后密闭保管,送盐城宇新固体废物处置有限公司处置。(2)综合废水处理 设计处理能力经预处理的工艺废水、生活污水、地面冲洗水及初期雨水合并后进行综合处理,其设计处理能力为48立米/日(不考虑蒸发析盐前后废水量的变化)。 综合废水处理工艺流程 见下工艺废水2.0m3/日 其它废水46m3/日调节(PH)池2冷 却蒸发浓缩调节池1 冷凝水 上清液 厌氧微电解塔 废盐晶、有机残渣 药剂二沉生物炭床絮凝反应器接触氧化塔斜板沉淀器 边 出水污泥干化场污泥浓缩池 污泥外运 工艺流程图四、 水处理构筑物设计说明及规格1.格栅车间排放的污水经过格栅、

33、格网,可以截留大块污物,颗粒状物体等,以防止其后管道和设备堵塞。进水渠断面为400mm400mm,粗格栅的栅条间距为10mm,细格网网格间距为3mm,均采用人工清渣。2.调节池2 该池主要将不同种类、不同浓度的废水集中到一个相应的水池中,通过机械搅拌使之充分混合从而使废水均质、衡量,减小对后续处理的冲击负荷,以达到稳定运行的目的,同时也可以使大颗粒的沉砂得到沉降并调节PH=3-5。 调节池有效容积约为240m3,停留时间为120小时。地下钢筋混凝土结构,环氧防腐。3. 厌氧微电解塔厌氧氧化通常分为水解、酸化、乙酸化和甲烷化四个步骤。芳香烃类等其它化合物对一般厌氧菌有一定的毒害作用,使生化菌的作

34、用受到抑制,难以降解。但在微电解反应条件下,芳香烃类等其它化合物将被迅速分解为无毒性或毒性较小的小分子有机物,提高了废水的可生化性,同时去除了部分的CODcr。水力停留时间为5 h,钢结构,环氧防腐。4絮凝反应器絮凝反应采用涡流反应工艺,具有停留时间充分、反应效果好;水力停留时间为1h,钢结构,环氧防腐。5. 斜板沉淀器斜板沉淀器的优点是停留时间短,沉淀效率高,占地省。设计流量为1m3/h。沉淀段表面负荷为1.0m3/m2h,沉淀时间为2.0h,超高200mm,上清液高度为700mm,沉淀区有效水深为900mm,缓冲层高度为700mm,污泥斗高度为1100mm,沉淀区加装PVC斜板,A3钢结构

35、,环氧防腐。6. 接触氧化塔(PACT)接触氧化池采用鼓风机提供氧气,使微生物能利用污水中的有机污染物作为底料,进行正常的新陈代谢,从而降低污水中有机污染物的浓度。在溶解氧和营养物都充足的情况下,微生物繁殖迅速,生物膜逐渐增厚,溶解氧和污水中的有机物凭借扩散作用,为微生物所利用,从而达到去除污染物的目的。接触氧化池表面呈长方形(内装填料含悬挂填料及生物炭填料),废水从池首端进入,在曝气和水力条件的推动下,混合液均衡地向前流动,并从池尾端流出。接触氧化池任何两个断面都存在有机基质的浓度梯度,因此存在着基质降解动力,BOD降解菌为优占菌,可避免污泥膨胀问题。曝气池采用钢结构,设计流量为24m3/T

36、,有效容积为10m3,水力停留时间10h。保护层高为400mm,有效水深为3600mm,气水比为15:1,需风量为30m3/h。采用盘状曝系统曝气, A3钢结构,环氧防腐。为保证处理效果接触氧化池分两格。7生物炭床反应器(二沉池合建) 为确保处理效果,对排放水进行生物炭床反应器处理,使废水经处理后能稳定达标排放。生物活性炭工艺是一种生化和物化相结合的污水处理工艺,其主要作用是去除水中溶解性的有机污染物,在无溶解氧的条件下,活性炭与污染物质之间属于单纯的吸附作用;在有溶解氧的条件下,微生物利用水中溶解氧得以在炭表面上生长繁殖,降解水中的有机物。由于生物炭工艺结合了生化再生过程,因此活性炭使用周期
