38、on format notes: bidding agent .一、工程概况：炼油分部润滑油一车间含油污水提升池捣制及电仪安装工程，根据茂名分公司炼油厂区清污分流一期改造6LZJ-655/17设计蓝图及6LZZ-118设计图表要求：1、捣制含油污水提升池BA-35一座、泵P-135A/B及新增泵P-111F基础捣制3个；2、电仪设备安装调试及控制电缆敷设试验1套；3、电缆套管安装及电缆桥架槽盒拆装配合施工一项；4、搭设综合钢脚手架配合施工一项。本工程主要是地下施工，含油污水提升池及机泵的基坑槽开挖，地下是否有在用管线及电缆设施等，开挖时要先通知生产车间及电气车间的安全员和施工员到现场确认，同意

43、间及电气车间的施工员和安全员到现场确认，同意后才能开挖。开挖时小心开挖，如地下出现异常情况，要立即停止施工，并向上级报告进行处理，同意后方可开挖。基坑开挖土质为四类土，采取边开挖边装车外运15公里。基坑开挖的土方泥如含有污油的要办手续装运到金塘废渣场堆放。在开挖过程中如基坑墙出现流沙或基坑墙泥土松软崩塌时，必须立即采取支护措施，在基坑四周打1598钢管桩及20020015角钢桩，桩长8.1米。纵、横向水平面分别用160658.5槽钢和打1086钢管做梁加固桩体，防止倾倒。钢管桩侧四周安装焊接6毫米厚钢板挡土护坡，确保人身安。全详见（BA-35含油污水提升池基坑开挖支护措施施工图）。，确保人身安
44、全。同时使用防爆潜水泵配合抽基坑地下水。根据开挖深度及土层适当放坡。坑底平整，清干净松土，素土夯实。基坑规格及承载力符合设计要求。5、基坑开挖好后，在基坑四周安装钢管硬隔离护栏并围绕警戒线，夜间设红色警示灯。临时占道吊装施工时，要在道路两端入口处立牌（前面施工请绕道通行）指引车辆绕道通行。6、搭设综合钢脚手架配合施工（基坑4米深）。7、池底垫层：用商品混凝土C20砼捣制、泵送，垫层抹平，用电动震动机震实。8、BA-35池体捣制（底板/壁板/面板/埋件）：、钢筋下料制安：、钢筋规格及间隙要符合设计要求。钢筋加工下料表与设计图要复核，检查下料表是否有误和遗漏，对每种钢筋要按下料表检查是否达到要求，经过这两道检查后，再按下料表放出实样，试制合格后方可
