1、stimulation test of sidetracking horizontal well with turning on super-short radius in NB field 北布扎奇油田短半径侧钻水平井增产试验纲要,水平井是上世纪80年代以后世界上快速发展的一项新型开发技术.特别是老井开窗侧钻水平井技术的发展和短半径水平井钻井技术的成熟不但使水平井钻井成本大大降低,并且更有利于浅井的机械采油作业,可满足浅层井的抽油泵的泵挂深度,因此,旧井开窗短半径水平井技术目前已做为成熟技术在世界油气田的开发中广泛应用于老油田的增产中。 In 1980s, HW technologies a

21、大的优势。通过精心优化水平井段的地质设计,精心控制水平井段的轨迹,选择适用于油藏特点的完井方式,水平井技术必将能大大提高北布扎奇油田的开发效果。因此,在总结以往水平井试验经验的基础上,利用老井侧钻技术再次进行水平井试验是非常必要的。 Conclusion: Though the development effect of NB3 and NB4 was not the best one, as to NB field development, it shows that horizontal well has advantage over vertical well. With optimiz

22、ing geological design of horizontal interval, controlling well track of horizontal interval and selecting completion method suitable for reservoir characteristic, HW technology could improve development effect of NB field greatly. So on the basis of previous HW experience, it is necessary for us to

24、或低产无效益的井进行水平井技术试验,一方面大大节省试验费用,一方面使停产或低产无效益井发挥效益。 Make full use of slotted side track HW technology in old well shut in or low production rate, save test cost and re-active dog wells and well shut in. 根据油藏特点和应用水平井技术最终要实现的开发目的,采用先易用后难的原则进行侧钻水平井增产试验:先在侏罗系油藏有边底水的部位试验边、底水油藏水平井的开发效果,取得成功经验后再开展薄油层水平井增产试验。

36、ry purification device and circulation system. 固控系统要求配备振动筛、除砂器和除泥器等三级净化装置及循环系统,配备3个30m3钻井液循环罐和1个沉砂罐,以便控制和维护钻井液性能,并做好环境保护。 Shale shaker, desander, desilter, 3 slurry circulating tank and 1 tank for sand settlement. 钻机的额定载荷要大于500KN。因此,要求采用钻深能力为10001500m的轻型钻机设备。可选用XJ450车载钻井(修井)两用钻机或根据当地实际情况,选用俄罗斯生产的A-6
