30、化路西段地下二层、连云港路南段地下三层、连云港路北段地下二层，局部设有夹层建筑概况本工程包含地下使用部分及地面疏散部分，地面部分为一座由两个下沉式广场和一座钢结构建筑组成的休闲广场，并规划有车行出入口7个、人行出入口27个。地下部分为商业、车库及商业、车库配套用房。建筑结构形式框架结构合理使用年限50年抗震设防烈度6度耐火等级一级防水等级地下车库、空调机房、水泵房防水等级为二级，其余为一级建筑标高正负零=39.4米 三、主要参建单位：主要参建单位建设单位青岛华筑置地有限公司监理单位青岛万通建设监理有限责任公司设计单位青岛腾远设计事务所有限公司人防设计青岛市人防建筑设计研究院勘察单位青岛市勘察测

32、团有限公司企业文化手册）来达到现场视觉形象统一、整洁、美观的整体效果。 2、现场规划：根据施工需要现场设四个大门（东南西北各设一个，其中西大门为主大门），大门上书写承建企业名称，左边印有企业标志，门侧设值班室。东南北三个大门采用钢大门。西侧大门采用电动门，并设有门禁系统。办公区与生产区均隔开，因场地小，生活区由项目部在市区统一租房安排。办公楼为一栋二层彩钢板活动房，生产区设四个钢筋加工场、四个木料加工场。具体详附图（现场平面布置图）。 七、文明施工管理要求 1、施工现场应划分为施工区、办公区和生活区。施工区细分为作业区、加工区、材料堆放区。 2、施工现场应连续设置封闭围墙或围挡，围挡高度要求：
33、市区主要路段周边不低于2.5m，其他区域不低于1.8m。 3、施工现场出入口处应设置大门、门卫室、洗车台、排水沟、集水井、沉淀池和车辆清污设施；大门出入口必须有企业名称、企业标识和项目名称。 4、场内必须按使用功能设置排水沟、集水井和沉淀池；厨房、餐厅的污水必须经隔油池处理；厕所的污水处理必须设置化粪池。 5、场内道路、作业区、加工区（含钢筋、模板、铁件制作加工）、材料堆放区等地面应进行硬化；办公区、生活区室外地面应进行硬化处理，其他裸露区域可进行硬化或绿化处理；主要路口设置功能划分导向牌；对不能完全断绝交通的施工现场，应指定行人、车辆进出现场的路口与路径，并悬挂醒目的安全告示或警示标志。 6
34、、施工区、办公区、生活区应设隔离围挡。 7、建筑材料、构件、设备、机具等应按施工现场总平面布置图的要求分门别类进行存放，材料堆放区应采取隔离措施，并设置统一的材料标识牌。 8、脚手架的支承结构、防护栏杆、防护棚、外架剪刀撑、连墙件等应刷红白相间的油漆。 9、施工现场入口处、临时用电设施、脚手架、出入通道口、楼梯口、电梯井口、孔洞口、基坑边沿、作业区、爆破物及有害危险气体和液体存放处等危险部位、地段、区域，应设置明显的符合国家标准要求的安全警示标志。 10、外脚手架必须张挂密目式安全网，应保持完好、干净、整洁。 11、设施、设备验收合格后挂设统一的标识牌。 12、现场成品应采取有效的保护措施。
35、13、施工现场应做到工完场清。 八、文明施工具体措施 （一）施工区域化管理施工现场实行安全文明施工责任区区域化管理、如：钢筋加工车间，木工加工车间等。安全文明施工责任区域主要由彩钢围挡或钢管栏杆（黄黑相间色标或红白相间色标，色标长度300mm，45倾角）围护、隔离、封闭，实行定置管理。（二）封闭管理 1、工地东南西北各设一个大门，上书企业名称和企业标志。西大门为主大门，在西大门南侧竖三根旗杆，正中悬挂国旗，两边悬挂建设单位徽旗和中煤建工司旗。 2、门内侧设有值班室；值班室有专职门卫人员及门卫管理制度，所有人员均从西大门出入，西大门侧设门禁系统。3、项目部人员进出一律统一穿着印有公司名称的工作服
36、并佩戴工作卡，正确戴好安全帽，然后方准进入施工现场；来访人员均在登记薄登记并戴好安全帽后方准进入施工现场。 （三）现场围挡 1、临主、次干道围档高度不得小于2.5m，其余部分不得小于1.8m。 2、围档沿工地四周连续设置，不得留有缺口。 3、围档材料选用砌体基础和彩钢板围挡，围墙外侧按中煤建工集团有限公司企业文化手册要求进行装修。（如下图所示） 围挡后立面图 围挡前立面图 （四）大门 1、门柱横梁角钢L40X3格构式，门柱采用镀锌方管制作，外包铁皮，喷蓝色油漆。大门上书写“中煤建工集团”，左边印有中煤建工标志。 2、门柱、横梁截面均为0.8m*0.8m，大门净尺寸：（A）西大门：8m（宽）*5

38、显处悬挂大幅安全宣传标语。 （七）材料堆放 1、施工现场工具、构件、材料的堆放必须按照总平面图规定的位置放置。 2、设备材料堆放设备现场材料堆放实行分区堆放，定置化管理。各种材料、构件堆放必须按品种、规格堆放，并设置有产品名称、型号规格、生产厂家、检验状态的标牌。 3、各种物资排放有序，标识清楚，设备材料码放整齐成型安全可靠。各种物资堆放必须整齐，砖成垛，砂、石成方，大型机具应一头见齐，钢筋、构件、钢模板应堆放整齐并用方木垫起。 4、作业区及建筑物楼层内应工完料尽场地清。 5、各楼层内清理的建筑垃圾应分类堆放，并及时清理，不得长期存放在楼内。6、 易燃易爆物品不能混放，应统一堆放、统一管理；集
39、中堆放的数量不超过临界值。7、 设备材料堆放场地坚实、平整并进行混凝土硬化地面无积水。8、具体要求： （1）材料标识牌 A、材料标识牌应采用硬质材料制作，专人负责填写，应保持洁净。 B、材料标识牌牌面文字至少应包含下列内容：材料名称；规格型号；数量；生产厂家；进货日期；检验状态。材料标识牌图例 （2）钢筋堆放场 钢筋堆放设置堆放平台，平台上设置型钢划分柱，划分柱间的钢筋按照规格型号钢筋堆放场示意图钢筋堆放场示例图（3）水泥堆放水泥应堆放在密闭的水泥专用库房内，水泥库房应有效防雨，地面采取铺塑料布或架空木板做防潮层，库房外侧四周地面应比周围地面高且排水通畅。水泥堆放应离墙200mm，高度一般不可
40、超过10袋。水泥堆放示例图（4）管材、型材存放 管材、型材存放必须搭设钢管脚手架，立杆间距不大于2m，纵杆长度为6m。需要防雨的管材，架体上部设彩钢板作为防雨盖板。钢管码放示例图 （5）扣件存放 现场扣件应入库集中存放，现场散放的扣件应按种类砌池分类存放，并标识清晰。扣件堆放池示例图 （6）木材、模板存放 木材、模板存放顶部必须进行覆盖，垛放高度不宜超过2.5m，应进行围档分隔存放，配备消防器材。木材码放示例图 （八）施工场地及道路 1、工地主要道路必须都是混凝土路面。道路的宽度和转弯半径应符合规程的要求，道路两侧应形成排水坡度，道路在工程正式开工前基本修筑完成。 2、使用电视监控系统对施工场
41、地进行全方位、全天候、全过程监控、施工场地应自始至终保持平整。基坑、沟道开挖出的土方，必须立即清理运走，并堆放到指定的弃土场。运输途中应采取防止土块抛酒的措施。施工现场应设置建筑垃圾堆场，施工中产生的垃圾应堆放到指定的垃圾堆场，并按照可回收和不可回收进行分类集中，应定期组织将垃圾清理运走。 3、排水沟： 道路两侧修筑砖砌体排水明沟，设置沉淀池，经沉淀后，排入市政管网，保持正常情况地面无积水。全场区排水系统必须保持畅通。 4、道路、排水沟维护 施工道路及两侧排水沟道日常清理维护工作由项目安排专人负责，应保证路面无泥土淤泥，排水畅通。主干道两边严禁堆放物资。 （九）易燃、易爆物管理 1、油漆、稀料
42、等易燃品必须单独设置库房存放，库房应干燥、通风良好，库房内地面必须采取防渗漏措施。 2、库房内必须安装防爆灯具，灯具的控制开关应设在库房外门口。配备充足的灭火器材（灭火器及消防沙箱），并悬挂明显的“严禁烟火”标识。 3、氧气、乙炔应分别制作钢筋笼存放，上面搭防雨棚。保持安全距离，分别标识。 4、现场使用的聚苯板、草帘被、保温材料等易燃材料必须单独设置存放区域，并进行围挡。远离火源，并配备足够的消防器材。 （十）仓库 1、仓库高度不小于2.5m，面积根据施工现场情况而定，地面硬化处理。 2、仓库内使用角钢焊制工具式储物架，分类保管器材并设标识牌。 3、仓库内设灭火器、灭火沙箱等消费器材。 4、仓
43、库管理制度必须齐全。 5、仓库按照规定设置警示标牌。仓库示意图 （十一）饮水、休息室休息、饮水室示例图 1、饮水室、休息室高度不低于2.5m，面积不小于2m2m,地面应进行硬化处理。 2、饮水、休息室应在醒目位置标示“休息室”、“饮水室”字样 3、饮水、休息室应设置休息长凳供工人休息，饮水桶应具有保温、防尘功能。 4、休息室应经常设专人进行打扫。（十二) 机具进入施工现场的机械设备、工器具、工具等必须经过整修、油漆，标识清楚，确保完好、美观；机械设备安全操作规程牌悬挂应美观、规范、醒目，中、小型机具应保持清洁、润滑和表面油漆完好并悬挂美观、规范的操作规程标牌；中、小型机具在现场露天使用的，应设
44、置牢固、美观、适用的防雨、防晒措施。 （十三）办公区 施工现场设置的办公区应独立设置，采用围挡、围墙或栏杆进行围挡，总体高度不低于1.8m。 1、办公用房（1）.会议室、活动室和工人业余学校等可结合成多功能室。（2）.办公用房应悬挂具有企业名称及标语牌。（3）.办公室应配备医疗保健药箱。（4）.办公室内应张挂岗位责任制牌等。（5）.办公室若采用双层活动板房，荷载较大的其他场所（如会议室）应设置在底层。（6）.建筑施工现场搭建的办公用房、宿舍等彩钢板临时建筑设施，耐火等级必须符合建筑设计防火规范要求，建筑材料和彩钢板芯材必须达到建设工程施工现场消防安全技术规范规定的燃烧性能等能A级；（7）.认真做好临时建筑设施的材料进场及使用前的验收工作。（8）.办公区路面采用砼地面，并做好排水。根据办公区域大小做地面时预留出花坛、绿化空地等办公区路面硬化，绿花2、旗帜（1）旗杆基座及旗杆项目部设置旗杆，上悬挂三面旗帜，国旗居中，集团公司完整色徽旗居左，反白徽旗居右。底座长3.5m，高0,7m，正面倾斜60，采
