39、 防腐层。三层结 构聚乙烯防腐层(3PE)综合了熔结环氧粉末涂层和挤压聚乙烯两种防腐层的优良 性质，将熔结环氧粉末涂层的界面特性和耐化学特性，与挤压聚乙烯防腐层的机 械保护特性等优点结合起来，因其优异的物理机械性能、良好的耐化学腐蚀性能、 极低的水和氧渗透性和低环境污染性、防腐年限长、绝缘性能高等特性在业界获 得很高的评价。目前，在国际上被认为是最先进的管道外防腐技术。在我国，三层 PE 已率先在石油天然气系统得到应用，已成为今后管道外防腐层的发展方向。随着我国经济建设高速发展，近年来在建筑、交通运输、石化、水电等众多领域都出现了跨越式的增长，这极大带动了对相关配套产业的发展，这其中包括 防腐
