5、便，拟建场地处于嘉陵江北岸的丘陵地段，为浅丘剥蚀地貌，地形总体倾向南西侧，地面高程在213260m，相对高差为47m，在形坡角多在825度，局部存在陡坎，地形坡角大于60度。建筑规模：13#、14#楼建筑面积50162.19m2，吊7/33/-3层，建筑高度99m；17#楼及1#地下车库局部工程3570.26m2，3/-3层，建筑高度9m.总面积53732.45m2。，结构体系为剪力墙结构。抗震设防烈度6.0度。结构抗震等级为三级，设计使用年限50年。为确保施工安全，对挡墙高差较大部分进行分段施工，并对后施工段边坡采用插筋挂网喷浆方式进行保护，防止边坡出现塌方。本工程0.000相当于绝对标高2
6、47.500米。 计划工期：15天，从2014年6月15日至2014年6月30日。第二章 边坡支护方案设计一、设计依据1、本工程岩土工程勘察报告及设计图纸2、建筑边坡工程技术规范(GB/T50330-2013)3、建筑地基与基础设计规范（GBJ7-89）二、边坡支护方案的设计本工程采用边坡插筋挂网喷浆支护施工。1、根据本工程的特点挡墙与相邻部分高差在-8.3m左右，为保障施工安全，土石方开挖按轴线边线进行，及从13-c至14-c轴线进行开挖,平场开挖底标高至绝对标高：224.2，然后进行放坡处理，放坡坡度按1：1进行。坡面采用素砼喷射，其喷射压力为0.30.5mPa（砼标号为C20，细石砼），
7、厚为50-80mm，细石不大于10mm。（1）坡顶钉C162000，长度1m。钢钉采用锤击式击入坡顶土中，C16钢钉一端加工呈锥状，便于击入土中。以便增加钢板网的稳定性。（2）钢板网铺设钢板网采用人工顺坡面铺制，顶面用一根C16钢筋加固联接,将钢板网片固定，钢板网设置宽度2米，固定钢板网与受喷面的间隙，间隙为3cm，在喷射砼时钢板网不可晃动。后附图：1、边坡喷锚护壁侧面图2、边坡喷锚护壁立面图3、挡墙布置平面图三、边坡支护方案A、 施工工艺场内平场边坡开挖放坡后修坡挂钢板网片喷细石砼（养护）B、 施工要求及技术措施1、 在机械开挖后应辅以人工修整坡面使坡面平整，清除坡面上的尘、悬石。2、 施工
8、需插筋时，应尽量垂直于坡面锤击插筋。3、 挂钢板网时要确保有保护层。4、 施工中若发现有地下水溢出，应及时采取堵水口或引流等措施。5、 喷浆砼面层 混凝土喷射机一台。 为防止土体崩解，边坡完成后必须立即挂网喷射砼。 在喷射砼前应作好标志，确保其喷射厚度。 喷射砼最大骨料不大于10mm。 砼喷射机喷射口离坡面60100cm，应不断调角度以确保喷射砼面层与土体密实。 喷射砼终凝2h后，应浇水养护。第三章 土石方开挖技术要求1、喷射砼支护工程施工的特点是边开挖边支护，分段开挖，分段支护，开挖完成既支护完成，开挖过程和喷射砼支护施工形成流水作业。2、施工顺序和要求定位放线边坡开挖边坡修整设置钢板网喷射
9、砼养护 放线定位，边坡分段开挖，修整坡壁； 钢钉制作，定位、打入； 铺设钢板网； 施工喷射砼； 进入下一段土方开挖；第四章 特殊情况的中注意的问题及应急处理施工过程中可能会遇到各种意外情况，为作到有备无患，针对本工程特点，制定以下应急措施：1、应注意的问题（1）土方开挖、支护施工应分段进行，土方开挖后应尽量减少边坡暴露时间，遇雨天应大面积覆盖，同时在坡脚堆载以防止滑坡；（2）护坡坡脚的处理：喷射混凝土面层伸入边坡底标高下至少0.2m，以形成护脚；（3）边坡支护完毕，施工单位应及时进行后续施工同时做好有序排水，防止水浸渗坡脚底下。2、应急措施（1）边坡支护施工完成前，如遇暴雨等特殊天气，必须将上
10、部施工人员设备撤离，支护坡面上如有局部破损需覆盖雨布，同时应加强坡底排水，以免水较长时间浸泡造成塌方，同时增加检测次数，并作好相应的措施（如临时回填或在坡脚垒土）防止滑坡。（2）如遇重物垂落造成坡面破损，应及时重新喷射砼或抹水泥砂浆，防止雨水灌入，造成不必要的损失。（3）边坡开挖至坡底后应立即进行基础施工，以免边坡暴露时间过长，本边坡的使用时间不宜超过三个月。3、边坡的安全使用（1）坡顶施工荷载不得超过10KPa，坡顶1.0m范围内设置围挡防护栏杆，高度应不小于1.2m，严禁在坡顶堆放施工材料。（2）边坡使用期间严禁坡脚长期被水浸泡，坡顶范围内也不得有大量的积水。（3）边坡在使用期间不得人为破
11、坏，严禁破坏坡脚，若因施工或其他特殊需要破坏支护结构时，须及时反馈设计单位，同时应有应急处理措施。4、较差土质的局部剥落处理：迅速采用毛竹挂网固定，施喷快凝砼。5、边坡局部涌水的处理：迅速用特殊止水材料缩小涌水范围，埋管引流，注浆封堵。6、位移、沉降过大的处理：在位移、沉降过大的区域根据产生的原因，可加固措施，例如土钉墙护坡。第五章 施工监测1、为确保边坡使用安全，不影响周围建筑物及其它设施，要求随时掌握开挖及支护施工整个过程中边坡的动态变化，因此必须在支护施工过程中实施信息法施工。2、施工监测包括对环境的保护监测和对工程本体的监测，及时预报施工中出现的问题，并把获得的信息通过修改设计反馈到施
