5、 工程形象进度完成情况1、 计划： 7#楼屋面梁板计划在4月5日左右进行混凝土浇筑；结顶之后计划浇筑地下室后浇带；屋面构架计划在4月14日左右浇筑混凝土。砌体工程计划在施工升降机搭设完成后跟上进度； 8#楼：十层梁板计划4月10日左右进行混凝土浇筑；十一层梁板计划在4月18日左右安排浇筑混凝土；十二层梁板混凝土计划在4月26日左右浇筑混凝土；砌体工程按现在的砌体进度跟上。 2、 实际： 7#楼已结顶，目前正在砌筑二、三层砌体。 8#楼已完成十三层梁板混凝土浇筑，墙体已砌至六层。 地下室底板后浇带已全部完成浇筑。 3、 进度完成情况、原因分析及采取的措施和效果（应对照本月计划、总进度计划及合同工
