12、表1） 水平+1056m工程名称21603运输顺槽地面标高+1500.6m+1504m井下标高+1056m+1057m地面的相对位置位于井田西部大石头寨邻近采掘情况对掘进巷道的影响21603运输巷布置在二盘区皮带下山以西，起于二盘区皮带下山,东邻二盘区皮带下山,其北边为21602进风巷，西边为21603切眼(待掘)。上部为为已采的15#煤层11502采空区,南边为未采动的采区边界,对施工中的巷道没有大的影响,巷道从二盘区皮带下山与二联交叉中心点往皮带下山方向25.20米处开门, 沿16#煤层顶板按照2281443方向施工。2、巷道用途21603运输巷主要为21603采面回采时作进风及运输巷道之
13、用。3、巷道类型该巷道为采面准备巷道。4、巷道设计(1)巷道从二盘区皮带下山与二联交叉中心点往皮带下山方向25.20米处开门, 沿16#煤层顶板按照2281443方向施工。(2)设计长度：21603运输巷设计总工程量为381m。(3)21603运输巷设计为矩形断面，巷道净宽4000mm，净高2000mm。断面积S =8m2。(4)支护形式：巷道顶板采用金属螺纹锚杆支护,两帮支护采用锚杆加配合木板当网支护。二、水文地质情况21603运输巷水文地质条件较简单，地面地表无大型水体，掘进区域内无岩溶、老窑积水及断层导水带等，主要以砂岩裂隙水为主，涌水量较小，从已采的1601工作面实际揭露情况，总体可视
14、为弱富水含水层。因此，在掘进过程中不受外界因素影响是不会构成灾害性水源的。但在裂隙发育处将有淋水现象，预计工作面最大涌水量2.6m3/h，正常涌水量0.6m3/h。三、探放水钻孔设计1、施工工具：ZY-750型钻机,钻孔孔径75mm;2、钻孔施工深度100103米，控制边帮：左、右边帮20米，顶、底边帮20米；允许掘进70米，留30米超前保护距。3、钻孔使用4分铁水管做为钻孔验收管，1#孔内插入2分塑料做标志；4、使用喷漆标志钻孔起始点，当四帮钻孔孔口进入边帮后，做好标志。钻孔施工参数钻孔编号方位角（度）倾角（度）孔深（米）孔径（mm）水平距离（m）控制边帮(m)1#2260100751002
15、#214010365100203#238010365100204#226-1210265100205#226+121026510020四、探放水钻孔施工安全技术措施1、施工准备(1)在组织施工前，要求施工单位将打钻所需的材料及工具，设备准备到位，不能因为准备工作的原因而影响施工。施工人员应认真学习探放水安全技术措施并熟悉钻机的使用及维护知识。(2)在运输钻机等大件设备的过程中，运输人员应轻拿轻放，避免设备因受力碰撞而受损。(3)钻机及其附属设施及各部件间连接要牢固可靠，并在每次使用前检查，确保施工的安全。(4)每次开钻前，检查钻杆接头的牢固情况，严防脱钻事故的发生；钻杆要达到不堵塞、不弯曲、丝
16、口不磨损。(5)在组织施工前，要求施工人员对钻机附近10米范围内的巷道支护进行检查，发现巷道支护受损的及时处理并加强支护，并打好点柱。(6)保持施钻地点有足够的空间，便于施工。(7)由施工单位负责清理好水沟，确保排水畅通无阻。(8)在打钻地点附近安设专用电话及报警装置，并保证随时与调度室联系。(9)技术人员和探放水人员必须亲临现场，依据设计，确定主要探水钻孔位置、方位，深度以及钻孔数目。2、安全技术组织措施及责任落实措施(1) 防突队长主要负责措施的落实及钻孔的施工、验收；(2) 技术员主要负责钻孔位置的确定以及钻探过程中的流水量进行分析；(3)每班安排专职瓦检员进行施工地点附近的瓦斯监测；(
17、4)掘进队负责对21603运输顺槽挖泵窝和修筑排水沟；(5)防突队每班施工必须由跟班队长现场盯防；3、安全技术措施(1)打钻期间，打钻人员必须衣着整齐利索，以免被机械绞伤，开、停按钮由班长控制，统一听从班长指挥。(2)在打钻处固定好钻机，要求底座平稳，并打好戗柱，严防钻机振动导致顶柱倾倒伤人。(3)打钻期间，施工人员必须观察顶柱、各种仪表的变化情况及顶板和两帮，防止掉碴和片帮伤人，或损坏机器。(4)钻机运转时，人员必须与旋转的钻杆保持一定的距离，不能站在钻机的正前方或正后方，防止被绞伤，或因瓦斯压力大而喷孔伤人或操作钻机时钻杆后退伤人。(5)为了保证探放水地点巷道顶板稳固、支架完好，避免水压大
18、时发生冒顶和片帮事故，必须加强钻场附近的巷道支护，并在施工地点煤帮处打好坚固的立柱和拦板。(6)钻孔接卸钻杆时，操作人员的手不得握钻杆两头，需用管钳卡住后，稳住钻杆，再接卸钻杆，防止因钻杆滑动或操作上的失误造成人员受伤。钻机操作人员开停钻机前必须密切注意钻机前后的情况，防止进行误操作。(7)严格按操作规程操作，按钻孔设计施工，确保打钻准确到位。(8)打钻期间，如发现喷孔、夹钻、顶钻及排碴不畅或油压上升时，必须使钻杆在小范围内反复钻进或退出，防止钻杆被夹死（或卡钻），只有当上述征兆消失后，方可恢复正常进钻。(9)每次接卸一根钻杆，都必须先停钻机，再停水后才能接钻杆，开钻时先送水待钻机内水流畅通后
19、再开钻机。(10)电器设施的使用与管理要符合机电防爆要求，杜绝失爆。(11)钻孔施工前相关单位必须配合施工，生产技术部必须安排技术人员进行布孔及观察钻孔出水情况。(12)施工钻孔时采用ZY-750型钻机，施钻前必须仔细检查钻机各部件是否完好，由机电队长进行设备性能检查，一切完好后方可施工。(13)加强对钻工业务培训，要求严格按打钻操作规程进行施工，减少卡钻、丢钻杆现象发生。(14)每班瓦斯检查员现场不定时检查工作地点及巷道内的有害气体浓度，发现气体超限，立即撤出全部人员至安全地点（每班至少检查三次）,并向调度室汇报。巷道中的瓦斯浓度达到0.8时，必须停止工作，撤出人员；机电设备或其他开关安设地
20、点附近20m以内风流中的瓦斯浓度达到0.8时，必须停止作业，切断电源，撤出人员，进行处理。安检部、通防部应对现场钻孔验收进行监督，布孔参数严格按照生产技术部给出措施中的要求施工。(15)放水期间掘进队应经常清挖水沟内的岩（煤）粉，认真检查排水泵及管路，以保证排水畅通。(16)每班进班要对钻杆进行清点检查，不合格钻杆不能用，钻杆码放要整齐，每班施钻结束后，必须认真处理钻场10m范围内的文明卫生。(17)放水时，必须设专人监测钻孔出水情况，定期测定水量和水压，并作好记录。若水量突然变化，必须立即报告矿调度室，并采取措施及时处理。(18)加大供风量，保持局部通风机连续不断地运转，以便冲淡和带走超限的
21、瓦斯和有害气体。(19)如探放水期间，出水量突然增大，应立即停止钻进，且将闸阀关小。观察水情并立即报告矿调度室。(20)如果突出的水突然增大得不到控制，人员应立即抓牢身边牢固物体，防止被水冲倒，并沿避灾路线及时撤离。(21)除了加固片帮支护外，每班打钻过程中打钻人员要及时注意煤帮变化，出现煤壁外移、渗水、潮湿等发现可疑情况，立即停止钻进，得到妥善处理后方可继续施工。(22)距打钻处回风侧3米范围内必须悬挂便携式报警仪，（由施工单位负责携带并悬挂）如果瓦斯浓度超过0.8%，立即停止钻进，降到0.8%以下后方可继续施工。(23)如施钻中水压较大，出水量大、应立即停止钻进，待出水量减小后方可进行施钻
22、。(24)探放老空水钻孔接近老空，预计有瓦斯或其他有害气体时，必须有瓦斯检查员或救护队员在现场值班，随时检查空气成分变化情况。如果瓦斯浓度超过0.8%时，必须停止钻进，停电闭锁，撤出人员，并报告矿调度室。(25)在打钻地点或附近安装专用电话。(26)探放老空水钻孔透老空后，经瓦斯检查员检查有害气体涌出时，必立即停止钻进，用木塞、黄泥和棉线封闭钻孔。（必须事先从地面运下少量黄泥和棉线和已经准备好的120mm600mm的木塞，木塞要求一头削尖，并且数量不少于10根）(27)钻孔施工完毕后，1#孔内插入标志管。(27)避水路线：施工地点21603运输顺槽二盘区皮带下山二盘区二联络巷二盘区轨道下山副井
