1、槽钢悬挑脚手架施工方案一、 施工概况本工程房屋总高度为13.2米。根据工程特点、平面结构情况及施工需要，安排如下槽钢悬挑脚手架施工方案。考虑到施工现场特点，本工程上游左侧桥头堡阁楼西侧为迎水面，根据工程需要西侧采用槽钢悬挑架。槽钢悬挑架采用16#槽钢、483MM钢管搭设，从0.000出挑，共一挑，高度为13.2米。本次外架搭设按施工安全必备条件及文明施工双标化操作规范进行。二：脚手架的一般要求1、 编制依据建筑施工安全检查标准JGJ59-99；建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范JGJ130-2001，省建设厅建筑施工安全检查标准实施意见根据本工程图纸及创建文明标化工地的有关规定。2、 脚手架
2、材料的选用本工程的钢材采用483MM，其材料应符合GB/T碳素结构钢中Q235级钢的规定扣件采用可锻铸铁制作的扣件，材料符合GB15831的规定。毛竹脚手片的规格1.0M1.5M，阻燃密目安全网（认证产品）全封闭维护。3、 架体结构脚手架搭设总高度14.4M，立杆纵距为1.5M，横距为1.0M，步高1.8M转角处立杆间距为1.0M，顶排外立杆超出屋面1.2M，纵向大横杆中间设二根大横杆搁置脚手片。4、 架体搭设（1） 立杆搭设1.5M，横距1.0M，步高1.8M，内立杆距墙净距离为30CM，大于30CM需设站人片，底部立杆设立杆纵横向扫地把杆，立杆的接头不应设置在同步内，同步内隔一根立杆的两个
3、相邻接头在高度方向错开的距离不宜小于50CM。 （2） 横杆（小横杆、大横杆、扫地杆） 小横杆长度统一，严格按立杆与大横杆交点处设置，采用直角扣件固定，且严禁拆除小横杆的端头里挑10CM，外挑不小于15CM。 大横杆应在立杆竖好并搭设小横杆后，再连接大横杆应在立杆内侧，小横杆上面的大横杆宜采用对接扣件连接，接头应交错布置。 脚手架必须设纵横间扫地杆，纵向扫地杆距挑梁上皮不宜大于20CM，横向扫地杆设置在紧靠纵向扫地杆的下面。 四、脚片与防护措施1、 脚片层层满铺，脚手片应横向铺设，四角用直径14#的镀锌钢丝固定在纵向水平杆上。2、 脚手架的外侧设密目式安全网，用18#铁丝双股每孔挂设，上下平整
4、，挂放严密。3、脚手架的外侧，自第二步起分别设高0.3M和1.2M高的踢脚杆和防护杆。五、剪刀撑与架体拉结点1、 脚手架剪刀撑在外侧立面，高度方向由下而上连续设置，每5跨设置一道，斜杆与地面夹角为45O-60O并用旋转扣件与立杆或小横杆的伸出端固定，杆件搭接长度不小于1M，用不少于2只旋转扣件固定连接。2、 脚手架与主体拉结，采用二步三跨设置连墙件，垂直方面设置在每层框架梁上，水平方向4根立杆设一组，并在转角处及顶部加密设置。六、架体内封闭 在脚手架内侧第一步起每隔9M及操作层设内封闭，采用特制20CM宽狭长脚手片或密目安全网封闭。七、避雷 脚手架四角立杆设置12MM镀锌钢筋避雷针，高度不小于
5、1M，接地线采用8钢筋与建筑物避雷接地装置焊接贯通。八、检查验收 脚手架搭设后，应有专人检查，分段验收，合格后有关负责人签字后方可使用，在施工过程中应有专人管理，负责检查，保修工作。九、架体搭拆顺序 架体搭设顺序：立杆小横杆大横杆剪刀撑防护栏杆及踢脚杆脚手片围护密目网。（按规范四周水平搭设）。 架体拆除顺序：严格按搭设的逆顺序进行拆除，不允许上下二步同时拆除，认真做到一步一清，一杆一清，拆下的杆件及扣件严禁抛掷，杆件至地面时，堆放整齐。十、安全要求1、 搭拆脚手架必须由经安全技术教育的架子工承担，并经常进行身体检查，凡患有高血压、心脏病等不适合高空作业者，不得上脚手架操作。2、 搭拆脚手架时，
6、工人必须戴好安全帽，佩好安全带，工具及零配件要放在工具袋内，穿防滑鞋工作，袖口、裤口要扎紧。3、 脚手架起步时，应设临时剪刀撑及临时抛撑，搭设中要随时按规定做好脚手架与主体结构的拉撑工作和铺好脚手片，同时应设一道随脚手架搭设高度提升的安全网。4、 吊运脚手片及脚手架钢管等必须用专用的保险吊钩，钢管严禁单点起吊，要堆放平稳，并严格控制脚手架上的施工荷载。5、 在搭拆脚手架时，如果脚手片、杆件等尚未扣绑扎牢或已拆开绑扣，均不得中途停止。6、 遇有恶劣气候（如风力在六级以上）影响施工安全时，不得进行高空脚手架搭拆工作。7、 严禁在脚手架上堆放模板、木料及施工多余的物料等，以确保脚手架畅通和防止超载。
7、 十一、槽钢悬挑架计算书 悬挑槽钢布置在每根立杆下，间距11.5米，挑梁采用16#槽钢；部分悬挑长度较长的，采用钢拉索斜拉固定。上部脚手架立杆纵距约为1.5米，立杆横距为1米，立杆步距1.8米，每一挑脚手架搭设高度为10步，计18.0米，里立杆离墙0.3米，每6米设角度为45度左右上下各一道剪刀撑。脚手与墙的连接要求均同其他钢管脚手架一样。（一）、荷载计算：每个悬挑架上受力为 1、立杆：18M38.4N/M=537.6N2、大横杆：1.5M11根4排38.4N/M=2534.4N3、小横杆：1.3M10根38.4N/M=499.2N4、护栏、踢脚杆：1.5M20根38.4N/M=1152N5、
