2、墙内120mm,次梁伸入墙内240mm,主梁伸入墙内370mm;柱的截面尺寸bh=350 mm350mm (或 400 mm400 mm或自定)。2.设计内容和要求(1)板和次梁按考虑塑性内力重分布方法计算内力;主梁按弹性理论计算内力,并绘出弯矩包络图。 (2)绘制楼盖结构施工图1楼面结构平面布置图(标注墙、柱定位轴线编号和梁、柱定位尺寸及构件编号)(比例1:1001:200);2板模板图及配筋平面图(标注板厚、板中钢筋的直径、间距、编号及其定位尺寸)(比例1:1001:200);3次梁模板及配筋图(标注次梁截面尺寸及几何尺寸、钢筋的直径、根数、编号及其定位尺寸)(比例1:50,剖面图比例1:

7、筋,板内及梁内的其它钢筋可以采用HPB300。计算书正文一、 平面结构布置:1、确定主梁的跨度为5.7m,次梁的跨度为5.7m,主梁每跨内布置两根次梁,板的跨度为1.9m。楼盖结构布置图如下:2、按高跨比条件,当时,满足刚度要求,可不验算挠度。对于工业建筑的楼盖板,要求h80mm,取板厚h80mm3、次梁的截面高度应满足 h()L(317475)mm,考虑到楼面活荷载比较大,取h400mm。则b()h(133200)mm,取b200mm。4、主梁的截面高度应该满足h()L(407713)mm,取h600mm。则b()h(200300)mm,取b250mm。二、 板的设计(按塑性内力重分布计算)

21、题,复习有关课程内容并查找混凝土书籍为熟练地进行设计做好准备。12月31号 修改计算书实例,确定梁格布置、板计算及绘制板的配筋草图;12月1号 开始次梁的设计 ,布置配筋 ,并开始做其平面布置图及配筋图1月2号 接着主梁的设计,画包络图,并配置合适的钢筋,完成计算书的电子稿1月3号 根据课本例题和电子稿完成CAD图,根据收获作此小结。课程设计已经结束了,从30号到3号,连续五天的奋斗,终于算是在规定的时间内紧张而又快乐的完成了任务,其中的酸甜苦辣,想必只有我一个人可以体会,通过这次课程设计,我学会了许多课堂上所不能理解的知识,感受颇深。 早有听闻一句话“人跟人的差距不是懂不懂,而是能不能,或者

22、是做不做!”原来也对其有所了解,但这次的课程设计进行下来却又对其有更深的感悟。这个课程设计进行了近一个星期,一个学期的课程下来,加上之前在布置课题的时候老师又总体上把流程讲解了一次,我们本应该很简单的就能做出来,但是最初大家仍然发现有点无从下手的感觉。当然这个除了可能是我们对于知识掌握的不牢靠,很大部分却是第一次接触这种运用上的恐惧。似乎总是不相信自己能做好,要不停的翻书,不停的观摩其他人,不停论证,最后才畏首畏尾的下手。不过这却也可以从另外一个方面看出来大家对这次的重视,未尝不是一件好事。“纸上得来终觉浅,知是此事要躬行”有些东西确是需要熟能生巧的,不亲自动手永远不会有进步,也避免了大家眼高

23、手低的现象,千万不要总是觉得自己看着表面知道便懒得动手,其实你只要一动手会发现,很多细节东西自己都是模棱两可,要完完整整的做出一个设计不是一件容易的事情。我们要学的不仅仅是做一件事的能力,更多的是静下心来做出一件成果,不达目的不罢休的职业态度。这也是此次课程设计我最大的体会。设计时,我们是有模板例题的,依葫芦画瓢自然被用了上来,可一碰到有出入的地方却又是要研究一番。板、次梁、主梁的计算也相继遇到各种各样的问题,不过在查找资料,询问老师,集体讨论中一一迎刃而解。说起CAD真是惭愧,原本在大二暑假也下了点功夫学,以为自己是学的不错了,可是这次一下手才发现怎么都达不到自己的目的,而真正的CAD本身是
