31、钢筋砼筏板基础，地下室筏板厚度为1.1m，筏板底标高为-5.35m，局部为-7.65m，砼强度等级为C30，地下室防水等级为二级，地下室高度为4.25m、剪力墙，暗柱砼为C35，梁板砼为C30。2、上部结构上部结构类型为现浇钢筋砼框架异形柱结构，抗震等级为二级，构件的耐火等级为二级，属于二类高层民用建筑。上部结构竖向承重构件墙、柱砼至一层顶为C35，水平承重构件梁、板砼为C30；二至七层顶墙柱砼为C30,梁板为C25；八层至顶层墙、柱砼为C25，梁板为C20；其楼梯、构造柱的砼等级同该层砼级别相同。所有外墙、分户墙均为非承重粘土空心砖，墙厚200mm，内隔墙均为非承重粘土空心砖隔墙，墙厚120
32、mm，砌块强度等级不小于MU5，用M5混合砂浆砌筑。楼层结构高度为3m，建筑总高度为75.158米。第二节 施工现场概况*家园3#楼现场总用地面积约为4100m，拟建建筑物占地面积为800 m。该工程位于繁华大道与松林路交叉口，材料运输极为方便。目前“三通一平”及前期工作已完成，具备了施工条件。第三章 施 工 部 署第三章 施 工 部 署第一节 工程管理体系及人员配备为了保证*家园3#楼高标准、高质量、高速度、高效益地顺利实施。在本工程中我公司将按“项目法”施工，按ISO9001质量体系进行质量管理，科学地划分施工段，抢赶结构施工工期，合理地穿插设备安装及装饰，全面落实质量、安全、进度、文明的
33、施工目标。人员组织主要分成两大类，即施工管理层和施工劳务层。 1、施工管理层我公司将在全公司范围内调集精兵强将，项目经理由公司推荐，同时选配施工经验丰富、服务态度良好、勤奋实干的工程技术人员和管理人员，组建一个合理、高效的项目部班子。以确保工程从合同签订施工准备施工过程竣工验收整个过程中组织、指挥、管理、协调和控制。为该工程确保“琥珀杯”奠定基础。本工程施工管理体系，详见第十五章施工组织机构图 2、施工劳务层根据工程量和工期的要求，合理编排劳动力需用量计划，组织经过岗前教育、培训的工人有序进场。为该工程合理配备施工劳务层，是完成施工任务的关键，首先配备专业化强的技术工人，其中包括塔吊操作工、机械工、维修电工、电焊工等，这些人员在我公司曾参与过类似工程，具有丰富的实践经验，持有相应的上岗证。再配备普通技术工种，其中包括混凝土工、瓦工、架子工、油漆工、防水工等，并以施工过类似工程的施工人员为主进行组建。另外还配备一定数量的普工，这些人员主要来源为我集团所属的劳务公司的施工队伍，进场的队伍具有一定的素质，以保证本工程“高速、优质、低耗、安全”地完成。第二节 施工总体安排1、施工原则：先深，后浅；先地下，后地上；先室内，后室外；先土建，后装饰、安装；在地下室回填时，完成地下管线的予埋，避免重复开挖。2、场外加工：本工程铝合金门窗、防火门、铸铁栏杆等，可在
