5、备 5.1.1 设备有效性检查：试验前先检查电子天平、洛杉矶磨耗机、沥青砼集料筛是否在 使用有效期范围内。如果在使用有效期范围内，可继续进行试验；如果不在范围内， 通知设备管理员进行设备检定。 5.1.2 仪器设备准备 5.1.2.1 调平天平：将天平平放在操作台上，看水准气泡是否居中，如果不居中，调节 天平下方的角螺旋，直至水准气泡居中为止； 5.1.2.2 校核天平：取一个砝码放置在已经清零的天平上，看天平显示的读数是否与砝 码的质量一致，如果一致即可进入下一步试验，如果不一致要对天平进行校核。校核 方法为：接通天平电源，按下校核按钮，将一套总质量为 5000g 的砝码迅速的全部放 上天平

13、意事项安全注意事项 6.1 试验过程中须穿着工作服，佩戴手套； 6.2 接触高温物品时必须戴好干燥的隔热手套； 6.3 洛杉矶磨耗试验机盖板上的螺丝必须要拧紧； 6.4 试验过程中，人员在仪器未关闭的情况下，禁止离开； 6.5 试验完毕后，应关闭仪器电源，下班后应切断总电源。 7. 数据处理数据处理 7.1 试验结果计算试验结果计算 7.1.1 按计算公式计算粗集料洛杉矶磨耗损失，准确至 0.1。 式中: 洛杉矶磨耗损失，()Q 装入圆筒中试样质量，(g) 1 m 试验后在 1.7mm（方孔筛）筛上的洗净烘干的试样质量，(g) 2 m 7.1.2 两次平行试验间的误差不大于 2%。 7.2 出

15、最末尾为止的所有数字。 7.3.2 近似数运算 7.3.2.1 加、减运算 参加加减运算时以各数中（末）最大的数为准，其余的数均比它多保留一位，多 余位数舍去。计算结果的（末）应与参与运算的数中（末）最大的那个数相同。若计 算尚需参与下一步运算，则可多保留一位。 例如：18.3+1.4546+0.876 =18.3+1.45+0.88 =20.6320.6 如是最后计算结果，取 20.6；若尚需参与下一步运算，取 20.63。 7.3.2.2 乘、除运算 参与数的乘除运算时，以有效数字最少的数为准，其余的数均较之多保留一位。 运算结果（积或商）的有效数字位数，应与参与运算的数中有效数字位数最少
