20、用氮气或露天存放24小时空气吹干,并包扎管口。所用阀门全部脱脂处理,将阀门拆开,浸没于溶剂之中2小时,用白色滤纸擦拭表面无油脂为合格,再露天干燥24小时。所有管道组成件,特别是氧气阀要求做解体检查脱脂。3、对J41H25Q DG40、J41H25Q DG20,QJT3018O2,QJT3038O2阀门解体检查后进行强度试验和气密试验,强度试验为1.25倍设计压力,气密试验为设计压力。4、管材切割可采用无齿锯或氧乙炔火焰切割,必须对切口进行平整和坡口打磨,要求无毛刺、熔渣、铁屑、氧化物、重皮、凹凸不平等缺陷,符合焊接规定。5、支管283,予制U型弯管60个,用于与主管道碰接处,尺寸大小根据现场实

21、际情况予制。6、用16和12圆钢做管道吊架,每一行架之间加设一吊架。四、管道安装焊接要求及相关检查1、管道焊缝位置应符合下述规定(1)直管段上两对接焊缝中心面间的距离,当公称直径小于150mm时,不应小于管子外径。(2)管子对接焊缝与支、吊架边缘之间的距离不应小于150mm。(3)焊缝距离弯管起弯点的距离不应小于100mm。2、焊工必须具备按锅炉压力容器考试规则规定考试合格取得焊工合格证。3、焊接坡口如图所示:4、焊接坡口可以采用氧乙炔火焰切割,但坡口表面的熔渣和氧化皮必须去除干净打磨平整。管子组对前,坡口及其内外侧表面不小于100mm范围内的油、锈、漆等应除净,且不许有裂纹夹层等缺陷缺在。5

22、、焊接材料:采用焊条J422,3.2焊前1001h烘干均应具备出厂证明书,并按有关规定验收合格。6、焊接规范参见表焊接方法焊接材料焊接规范焊接电流电弧电压焊接速度手工电弧焊填满焊条J4223.29012023258137、管子组装定位焊采用手工电弧焊,4点对称均布,要求焊缝无缺陷。对焊工、焊材和焊接规范的要求与正式焊道相同。8、禁止在母材表面上引弧,要注意保证起弧和灭弧和质量。层间接要错开。应及时清除熔渣。一条焊缝应尽量一次连接焊完。9、管道系统安装结束后,需要对其进行5的射线探伤。五、管道安装要求(一)氧气管道604主管道安装起点,小四跨东北角A轴线14号柱。终点,小四跨东南角N轴线14号柱

23、。沿四跨东墙壁标高6.7米,予埋横担上,以U型抱箍装卡固定。安装程序如下:利用原有管支架,首先要进行全部检查,修补,加强完善工作。管内存有杂物安装时及时清除,定位安装一段便即时装卡,紧固一段。高空作业要确保安全可靠,焊缝质量要保证一次合格。3、A轴线483.5支管安装起点于A线14号柱,6.7米标高处型管分支法兰。终点至A线3号柱。于支管法兰上安装控制阀QJT30-38O2,再沿柱面垂直拔高敷设至标高16.05米钢梁底面,转90成水平沿钢梁底部横担敷设24米,至12号柱,根据钢梁现场条件进行敷管焊接及装卡。支管转90自标高16.05米,沿柱面垂直下行至标高8.5米处 ,再转向水平沿各轴线柱西行

24、,直至终点2号柱为止。4、其它轴线支管如A轴线。5、A轴线立管安装于主管道连接采用U型口予制焊接,分别在12、10、8、6、4、2号柱处,同时气包控制阀上头装气包管对焊变径丝头与下垂的284管组对焊接。安装气包控制阀QJT30-18,及下丝头法兰。 分气包垂直敷设于轴线柱面予装的两道65上,以U型卡箍固定,使上下法兰面对正,再加石棉橡胶垫片,用螺栓紧固。2、丙烯主管道安装起点A轴线1号柱,6.7米标高处的型管分支法兰。终点到N轴线1号柱。沿四跨西墙壁标高6.7米,予埋横担上,以U型抱箍装卡固定。安装程序如下:3、A轴线483.5支管安装起点于A线1号柱,6.7米标高处型管分支法兰。终点至A线1

25、2号柱。于支管法兰上安装控制阀J41H-25Q DG40,向东转90沿A轴线钢柱,标高在8.5米处平行敷设,柱间为两道吊架,至12号柱处拔高16.05米钢梁底面平行敷设。 4、其它轴线支管如A轴线。5、A轴线立管安装于主管道连接采用T型口予制焊接,分别在2、4、6、8、10、12号柱处,同时气包控制阀上头装气包管对焊变径丝头与下垂的284管组对焊接。安装气包控制阀J41H-25Q,及下丝头法兰。 丙烯管道的分气包与氧气管道的分气包相对应。六、管道系统强度与气密试验(请建设单位,及有关单位人员参加)一、氧气管道1全系统水压试验,使压力升至1.25Mpa,保持10分钟,不泄漏,为强度试验合格。2、

26、将瓶装氮气连接于605主管道起点立管处接头。关主阀并关闭支管控制阀及所有立管控制阀。充满主管道,使压力达到0.4Mpa,检查各阀门法兰及焊口处有否泄漏,并处理之,保持20-30分钟内压力不降。再继续充气,使压力升到0.8Mpa,24小时内无压力降为气密试验合格。自排污放汽阀放气4、再分别对A、D、G、K、N轴线支管及立管作气密试验达到合格。(二)丙烯管道1、全系统水压试验,先将压力升至1.1MPa(50压力),检查系统无泄漏,经检查一切正常,再将压力升至1.32MPa(10加压),稳压3分钟后,经检查一切正常,再将压力升至2.2MPa,保持10分钟后无压力降即为强度试验合格。2、将瓶装氮气连接

27、于605主管道起点立管处接头。关主阀并关闭支管控制阀及所有立管控制阀。充满主管道,使压力达到0.1Mpa,检查各阀门法兰及焊口处有否泄漏,并处理之,保持20-30分钟内压力不降。4、再分别对A、D、G、K、N轴线支管及立管作气密试验达到合格。七、吹洗最后系统内充氮气,压力保持0.6Mpa,首先打开主管放气阀,气流速度不小于20m/s,进行杂质吹除,再相继一个一个打开支管气包控制阀。逐条管道进行系统吹除,直至无杂质流出为止。八、善后工作及工程交工验收1、压力试验合格后,要对全部焊缝、支架、分气包等部位,进行涂漆防护工作。2、对工程施工全过程有关施工、检查、试验等记录表格,更改文件,材料代用单据等
