4、.七、 预埋件及铁艺栏杆安装.八、 技术质量保证措施.九、 安全文明施工要求.十、 成品保护措施.十一、 材料计划十二、 栏杆图纸一、 编制依据：1、根据建设单位提供图纸及施工现场实际情况；2、工程建设标准强制性条文-房建建筑部分3、建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准GB50300-2001二、工程概况： 该工程为二类高层建筑，建筑等级为一级,人防等级为六级甲类，使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度7度；地下一层为停车车库，地上一层为商业用房，二层以上为住宅楼，共六栋层商品住宅楼组成，建筑总面积为109703.平方米；我单位负责制作安装1、2、3#楼的飘窗、阳台、楼梯栏杆。三、施工条件：1、按照建设单位认
5、可的样品进行制作。2、按照建设单位发出的指令进行安装；四、施工配合的内容：1、甲方负责协调我方与总包方施工范围内的有关事宜，现场电接入点。2、具备安装条件，我方进场安装，需总包方现场协调有关事宜，我单位积极配合总包单位做好现场安全文明施工。五、技术要求： 1、施工工艺：放线制作安装打磨刷灰色防锈底漆一遍，面漆一遍验收2、放线：由于采用后加埋件施工，有可能产生误差，因此，在后加埋件施工前，必须拉线，以确定埋件位置与焊接立杆的准确性，如有偏差，及时修正。应保证方管立柱与预埋件连接牢固，并且四周能够焊接。3、安装预埋件（后加埋件）楼梯、阳台栏杆预埋件的安装只能采用后加埋件做法，其做法是采用膨胀螺栓（
6、120*12）与方管立柱、钢板立柱来连接。先在土建基层上放线，确定立柱固定点的位置，然后在楼梯地面上用冲击钻钻孔，再安装膨胀螺栓，螺栓保持足够的长度，在螺栓定位以后，将螺栓拧紧同时将螺母与螺杆间焊死，防止螺母与钢板松动。4、安装立柱：焊接立柱时，需双人配合，一个扶住钢管使其保持垂直，在焊接时不能晃动，另一人施焊，要四周施焊，并应符合焊接规范。5、扶手与立柱连接：立柱在安装前，通过拉长线放线，根据楼梯的倾斜角度及所用扶手的圆度，在其上端加工出线条。然后把扶手直接与立柱连接施焊，从一端向另一端顺次点焊安装，相邻扶手安装对接准确，接缝严密。相邻管件对接好后，将接缝用焊条进行焊接。焊接前，必须将沿焊缝
7、每边3050mm范围内的油污、毛刺、锈斑等清除干净。6、打磨抛光：全部焊接好后，用手提砂轮打磨机将焊缝打平砂光，直到不显焊缝为止。7、刷漆： 刷漆前必须将栏杆表面油污、铁锈等垃圾清理干净。刷漆要均匀，无流淌、不聚堆。8、其它注意事项：楼梯扶手与扶手之间必须采用斜角拼接连接；在踏步上打孔时，注意避免损坏踏步，做好成品保护工作。六、施工安排：1、材料准备 根据施工图纸和设计要求，采购工程所需各种原材料。栏杆材料确定符合图纸设计要求无误后，才能进行加工制作，确保不合格材料不使用。2.制作工艺a、栏杆按照图纸设计要求并根据图纸所示图样和现场实际规格尺寸制作。b、楼梯栏杆需现场制作安装，材料进入现场制作
8、安装之前做防锈漆两遍，制作过程中，定位尺寸要准确，该切斜角，该磨口的地方磨口。保证角度拼装准确精细。进行拼装时，焊接部位要焊平，对接部位要严密，保证平整度横平竖直。焊接部位的焊口必须满焊，做到焊口无断缝，无沙眼，焊口要打磨光滑，平整度达标。3.人员安排：项目负责人1人，技术负责人、焊工、普工等按实际情况定。4.主要机器安排：电焊机3台，角磨机6把，电锤2把。七、预埋件及铁艺栏杆安装1.水平安装工艺室内楼梯、阳台栏杆按照所提供的标准线为栏杆安装水平标准。2、安装工艺a、产品到达施工现场后按图纸上所规定的位置及尺寸准确安装就位，确定好标高及垂直平整度。按照甲方要求与图纸设计要求进行定位，确保达到设
9、计要求及验收规范。b、预埋件安装根据图纸设计要求和施工现场的实际情况准确无误的定位，避免造成不在一条平行线上。c、室内栏杆内所提供的标准线抄水平定位安装，预埋间距根据楼梯踏步数量及图纸设计要求，安装定位。d、安装偏差必须符合国家规定和设计要求，达到验收标准。e、预埋件、铁艺栏杆安装必须牢固，安装偏差根据国家规定和设计要求：扶手直线度3mm ，垂直度5mm，对角线误差5mm，水平误差3mm。f、预埋件安装定位准确无误经验收后刷两道防锈漆，再进行铁艺栏杆安装。g、楼梯栏杆安装完成后，焊接部位打磨光滑，刷两道防锈漆，经验收后再做表面一致处理。八、技术质量保证措施a、材料要求：所有材料及成品进场，必须
10、有材质单，合格证。b、施工人员上岗前，根据其不同工作岗位，进行专业技术与安全文明施工的教育。c、在施工过程中由技术人员进行检查，及时纠正施工现场违章操作等问题。提出质量更改单及质量问题更改措施，保证工程质量达到设计要求及验收规范。d、严格执行工程质量标准，材料的品种、规格、型号、厚度必须符合工程和设计要求，焊口满焊，打磨光滑平整。喷塑做到无流挂，光亮度强，表面清洁干净，做到上表美观，制作尺寸准确，产品做到横平竖直，符合设计要求及验收标准。九、安全文明施工要求：1、施工前，必须对工人进行安全教育与培训工作，监督工人严格按照建筑施工安全操作规程的要求施工，杜绝人身伤亡事故的发生。2、施工人员进入现
11、场必须佩戴安全帽。3、临边作业，必须系好安全带。4、严禁酒后作业。5、严禁在工作面上打闹、嬉戏。6、科学施工，合理下料，禁止浪费。7、爱护一切安全设施和用具，做到正确使用不随便拆改。8、进入施工现场戴好个人防护用品并正确使用，严格遵守操作规程和一切安全规章制度。9、施工现场材料应堆放整齐，对每天施工剩下的边角料进行整理、清扫，做到工完料净场地清。10、对施工区域、危险区域设立醒目的警示标志，并采取保护措施。11、焊接时要设有专人看护，备好消防器材，焊接结束即刻查看现场，确定无隐患后，方可撤离现场。12、施工现场严禁随地大小便，严禁垃圾乱堆乱倒。13、采取各种有效措施，降低施工过程中产生的噪音，
