5、计规范（JTG C30-2002）；10、混凝土结构耐久性设计规范（GB/T 50476-2008）；11、河北省高速公路施工标准化管理指南（河北省交通运输厅）12、水泥混凝土桥梁耐久性铺装技术应用指南（河北省高速公路管理局）；二、编制原则1、遵照招投标文件、施工图纸、技术规范、现场实际情况、我单位 实际情况和业主要求。2、做到统筹安排，科学合理的安排施工进度计划，组织均衡生产和 工序衔接，做到紧张有序，确保工程质量，尽量缩短工期。3、采用先进的施工技术和设备，提高机械化、标准化施工作业水平。4、采用项目法施工，推行全面质量管理，达到安全、文明、高效。坚持技术创新，推广和应用新技术成果。三、工
6、程概况圆管涵中心里程为K139+756.5，此圆管涵与路线交角为115，涵洞为1-2.0m，涵洞全长134m。地基承载力不小于620KPa，否则进行换填碎石强夯处理，到满足承载力为止。其主要工程量为：涵身砂砾垫层569m3,M7.5浆砌片石67.4m3，挖基坑土石方325.4m3，金属钢波纹管134m。四、施工准备1、技术准备（1）施工人员熟悉图纸、规范，并对施工现场、工地地质条件进行详细调查研究。（2）测量人员进行施工放样。（3）对现场人员进行技术交底工作。（4）试验人员进行原材料试验和配合比试验。2、生产准备（1）供水：主要利用项目部自打井作为全标段桥涵施工水源。（2）供电：我标段全线安装
7、了3台变压器，能满足桥涵施工。（3）路通：由搅拌站至各个涵洞均有施工便道，能够保证施工车辆行车安全。3、物资准备（1）施工所需设备如模板、脚手架、小型机具、振动棒等已进场，均能满足施工要求。（2）施工所需材料须进行了试验及监理工程师的抽检，均能满足施工要求并分类堆放，安排专人保管，防止污染。4、人员设备到场情况桥涵前期施工人员已到位，能满足涵洞施工要求，具体到场人员表见附表“桥涵主要管理人员表”。 机械设备到场情况见附表“桥涵主要机械设备表” 。 五、施工计划 根据我合同段实际情况，涵洞计划于2013年5月08日开工，计划于2013年5月27日结束。六、施工方案1、施工工艺流程：测量放线基坑开
8、挖地基承载力检测砂砾垫层施工金属波纹管组装金属波纹管涂刷防水沥青洞口铺砌台背填筑 2、场地清理 机械平整施工场地，并满足测量定位、放线与涵洞施工要求。现场清理过程中，须将原地面树木、石头、废物和草皮清理干净，进行平整，以满足施工过程中的各种材料的运输。3、 测量放样 根据施工图设计放出涵洞轴线位置，以及涵洞与主线相交角度，很据原地面具体情况和图纸所给数据放出开口线并用石灰撒线。4、 基坑开挖基坑开挖时，人工配合挖掘机进行，按设计标高、施工底宽开挖坡度为1:1的基坑。挖掘机开挖至距坑底30cm时，人工挖除剩余土方，并对基底整平夯实。5、 垫层基底开挖完成后进行地基承载力检测，自检合格厚报实验监理
9、工程师检验，经检验合格后，根据设计对涵洞进行砂砾垫层施工。涵基砂砾垫层为厚100cm梯形形状。6、金属波纹管涵材料验收 （1）、检查钢板厚度：金属波纹管壁厚6cm。 （2）、波距及波深：直径2.0m的金属波纹管波距为200mm，波深为55mm； （3）、孔径：根据图纸设计，该钢波纹金属圆管涵直径为2.0m。 （4）、检查镀锌量：热镀锌平均厚度不宜小于84um。 （5）、整体管连接法兰采用角钢、钢板制作，波纹板焊接采用对焊接头。整体管与分片拼装管的紧固件采用国标中的标准紧固件，其强度和规格应满足力学要求，且不低于管材强度要求。垫片与紧固件相配。螺栓与螺母均采用热浸镀锌处理。7、金属波纹管安装 （
10、1）、跟据涵洞实际情况，排放涵管，安装时先安装中间管节，中间管节全部安装完毕，校正就为后再安装两侧进出水口管节。当两根管节相邻法兰间距3-5cm的缝隙时，用小撬棍对准法兰上的螺栓孔，使其纵向平移，使两法兰的螺栓孔对正，两法兰间距在2cm左右，然后全部穿上螺栓，校紧螺栓。此后依此方法逐节依次连接。 （2）、镶嵌密封：每段管节相邻法兰之间需设置密封垫，用绑丝把石棉垫固定在螺栓上，然后人工对称锁紧螺栓，直至相邻法兰之间只有2-3mm的缝隙即可。 （3）、金属波纹管中心线校准：金属波纹管安装完毕后千斤点校正整道涵管，使其中心在所规定的中心线上。 8、金属波纹管涂刷防水沥青 管壁内外涂刷沥青：乳化沥青或
11、热沥青两道，沥青涂层的厚度控制在0.2mm-0.5mm。 9、洞口铺砌 洞口铺砌采用M7.5砂浆砌MU30片石。砂浆拌合及要求：砂浆拌合均匀，采用的水泥强度等级不宜小于42.5级。 （1）、砌筑施工：浆砌片石所选用的石料强度不得低于30Mpa （2）、勾缝施工：砌石工程须统一勾缝，勾缝宽度一致并采用凹缝，锋宽为：竖缝1.5m、横缝2cm、用直径为16mm圆钢压缝、深8mm。 （3）、混凝土浇筑要求：配合比符合设计要求，振捣采用插入式，振捣时注意观察到混凝土不再下沉，表面泛浆，水平有光泽时即可缓慢抽出振捣棒，抽出速度过快可导致混凝土内部产生空洞。 10、 台背回填 钢波纹圆管涵管周回填材料应符合
12、下表中给出的级配要求。回填料应倾倒在结构两侧1倍直径以外,结构近处用机械夯实，管底下方楔形部粗砂用“水密法”震荡器振实。回填材料的级配要求筛网孔径（mm）筛过的质量百分比759.52.360.60.07510050-10030-10015-500-25 （1）、金属波纹管涵的台背回填，要求底部处理长度不小于2m，采用透水性能良好的片碎石填筑。原地面压实合格后进行标高测量，计算填筑高度，安装要求计算出总填筑层数，经监理工程师认可后，用油漆在台背上进行分层标注，每层松浦厚度控制在1520cm。碾压过程中采用振动压路机碾压，对于压路机压不到的地方均采用小型振动夯夯实或者用木棒在管身外侧向内侧进行人工
13、夯实。 (2)、涵洞顶回填土超过80cm以上方可采用重型机械，采用振动压路机碾压，80cm以内必须采用小型机械夯实。 (3)、填筑时应分层填筑，分层压实，压实度达到设计要求后方可进行下一层填筑，填筑时必须在涵管两侧同步进行，两侧的回填土高差不得大于15cm。 (4)、涵管顶部及两侧20m范围内不允许使用机械进行强夯。(5) 、从回填开始到涵顶填土结束时，最终截面尺寸与组装时的尺寸差异最大不得超过2%，如果截面变形量超过容许范围，应立即终止施工，查明原因，采取相应的措施将变形量控制在标准要求范围内。 七、安全环保措施 1、 机械设备的操作人员要进行安全技术操作规程培训，要求持有效证件上岗。 2、
14、机械操作手要定期进行健康状况检查，禁止有病人员上机操作。 3、施工临时用电必须坚持一机一闸一漏用电和下班断电加锁的原则。 4、施工现场的水源、电源、火源都要有专人负责。配电房不准闲人进入。设备不得乱动。 5、基坑开挖过程中注意观察边坡的稳定性，如遇不正常现象采取必要的措施防护。 6、模板安装过程中安全员应全过程进行监管，安装完毕后会同质检人员自检，确保其加固措施合理、加固牢靠。 7、模板拆除过程中严格按照先支后拆、后支先拆的顺序进行，拆除过程中安全员统一指挥，防止坠落伤人。 8、混凝土运输过程中，运输车辆应遵守交通规则，在施工便道交叉口等处设置交通指示牌等，必要时设专人指挥。 9、起重工必须熟
