With the advancement of live pigs superiority industry belt construction, animal disease .高边坡锚杆支护脚手架专项施工方案一、工程概况XX市XX大道道路工程施工范围北起XX大道(XX0+000),南至XX大道(XX2+800),全长

24、2800m,路幅宽度为30m。设计路堑挖方高度在12m(含12m)以内的,边坡采用1:0.75;当路堑挖方高度大于12m时,路堑边坡采用分级型式,每级边坡高度均为12m。二级及二级以上边坡采用1:1,每级边坡设2m宽的台阶。2、XX6+100XX6+200段为高边坡施工范围,左侧为二级边坡,其中边坡最大高度为23m。此段的高边坡防护处理面积为2200,设计处理的方案为:采取分区域加强处理,中央区采用25长12m钢筋进行锚固,其余采用25长9m钢筋进行锚固;边坡挂20mmL50镀锌铁丝网、锚固之后喷播客土植草。施工脚手架作为上述施工项目作业的载体,在高边坡支护设施中占有极高的地位,涉及施工安全、

25、进度及文明施工、工程质量,需要按要求进行设计、组织审批,并严格按要求进行施工。二、 依据、构造要求 (一)、脚手架施工图纸中所涉及的依据及规范 1、建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(2002)版(JGJ 1302001)、岩土锚杆(索)技术规程CECS222005;2、建筑结构荷载规范(GB500172003);3、建筑边坡工程技术规范(GB503302002);4、建筑桩基技术规范(JGJ9494); 5、边坡支护设计图、地勘资料及施工现场土质实际情况等;(二)、脚手架搭设1、根据施工现场实际情况边坡已开挖全部到位,在高边坡锚杆支护过程中需搭设脚手架。2、脚手架及施工荷载轴向力主承力区选

26、择在边坡底部的落碎台上;3、根据现场的实际情况采用扣件式钢管脚手架,立杆和大、小横杆(纵、横水平杆)、坡面扫地干均采用483.5钢管,连接扣件采用标准扣件;4、根据高边坡实际设计参数,采用错落坡型脚手架,脚手架随坡度而设,主受力立杆间距1.5m,其余辅助受力立杆随坡度而调整搭设间距1.41.5m,锚杆施工自下而上施工,因此脚手架施工顺序也由下而上搭设。5、脚手架连墙杆和卸载连壁锁脚锚杆采用25mm螺纹钢筋,按照1步2跨(1h2L)进行设置, 固定点拉杆深度不低于1.5m,角度与边坡锚杆角度相等,连墙杆和卸载连接点设定在每一级边坡平台、每级斜坡面以上。锚杆施工自下往上,脚手架连墙杆、卸载跟随设置

27、,连墙杆、卸载连接按要求操作、施工。6、扣件式钢管脚手架、构架和设置要求的一般规定立杆纵距应为1.41.6m,立杆横距应1.2m,平杆步距应为1.51.8m。作业层距地面高度2.0m时,脚手板的铺设宽度:外脚手架750mm、里脚手架50mm。铺设的脚手板边缘与坡面的间隙30mm,铺设的脚手板边缘与挡脚板的间隙100mm。当脚手板侧边不贴近立杆时,应予以固定。剪刀撑的斜杆与水平面的交角宜在4560之间,水平投影宽度不应小于两跨(4m)或不应大于四跨(8m)。斜杆应与脚手架基本构架杆件加以可靠连接,至少应与34根立杆相连接,且斜杆相邻连接点之间的长细比60。立杆底端100300mm高底处,一律设纵

28、向和横向扫地杆,并与立杆连接牢固,为防止滑动,每隔3缝打入锚管(483.5)深1.5m与纵横杆扣接。7、杆件连接构造的规定脚手架左右相邻立杆和上下相邻平杆的对接接头应相互错开设置在不同的构架框格内。相邻立杆接头宜布置在不同步距内,距相邻平杆的距离应1/3步距。上下相邻平杆接头宜布置在不同纵距内,距相邻立杆的距离应1/3步距。扣件式钢管脚手架杆件的搭接接头长度应0.8m。搭接部分的结扎不应少于2道,且结扎点间距0.6m。杆件端部伸出结扎点的长度0.1m。单立杆和双立杆连接:当采用单杆连接时,单立杆与双立杆之中的一根立杆直接对接,并在对立杆上加旋转扣二道。当采用双杆连接时,单立杆底支小于横杆上,上

29、部与横杆扣牢,并与双立杆不少于3道旋转扣连接。相邻步架的大横杆应相互错开布置在立杆的两侧,以改善立杆的偏心受压状况。平杆(大、小横杆)不得跳设或漏设。8、扣件式钢管脚手架杆配件的一般规定:钢管端部切口应平整,杆件无明显变形、裂纹和严重锈蚀形象。扣件应与杆件管径相匹配,其性能应符合国家相关的标准规定。严禁使用加工不合格、锈蚀和有裂纹的扣件。脚手架杆配件应能满足安全要求,并与脚手架主体结构架杆连接可靠。竹串片脚手板的竹片宽应60mm,拼接螺栓直径为810,螺栓间距600mm,拼接必须坚固可靠。铺设后用14#16#镀锌铁丝绑牢固定。 (三)、 脚手架设计参数(1)高边坡按照二级、五级坡比1:0.75

30、及1:1坡比进行脚手架设计。(2)脚手板为5cm厚木脚手板或者5cm*250cm竹片相串脚手板,其自重标准值为0.35XXN/m2;(3)钢管尺寸均为48mm3.5mm、48mm6.5mm,其质量符合现行国家标准碳素结构钢(GB/T700中)Q235-A级钢的规定(Q235钢抗拉、抗压、抗弯强度设计值 =205N/mm2,弹性模量E=2.06105N/mm2)。(4)施工荷载按照纵向160m、高程方向60m,脚手架范围铺设8层木脚手板或者竹片相串脚手板,同时作业2层,每层布置2台钻机,最多布置4台钻机进行考虑(连续5跨内布置1台钻机作业),单台YXZ100A钻机主机重1.0t,施工人员3人,重

31、约225XXg,计算荷载按照5跨内布置1台YXZ100A钻机,同时配置3名施工人员,施工面平台和施工面头顶脚手板采取满铺满搭;即,施工荷载,100+225/1.5*3.5=2.5 XXN/m2计算时,荷载按照3.0XXN/m2考虑。(5)脚手架连墙杆、卸载锁脚锚杆采用25mm螺纹钢筋,按照1步2跨(1h2L)进行设置;地面设横向、纵向扫地杆,贴坡面亦设扫地杆,扫地杆均离地面(坡面)30cm;并布置必要的斜撑、横向支撑与剪刀撑进行加固。同时在每级马道上沿脚手架纵向,每两跨设置水平内拉连墙杆、卸载件,防止脚手架整体向外倾翻和下滑。(6)锚杆施工脚手架尺寸锚杆施工脚手架采用钢管扣件式综合爬坡脚手架体

32、系,脚手架间排距结合坡面锚杆布置形式以及结构稳定性、其立杆横距 =1.50m,横杆间距 =1.50m,作业层0.45/0.50m,立杆纵距 =1.0m,横杆步距 =1.80m,最大搭建高度60m。锚杆间距纵横为1.5 m3 m,施工脚手架按间距1.5 m1.8m 设置,锚杆、插筋(插筋垂直坡面搭设),并通过拉条焊接与脚手架连接作为脚手架连墙杆、卸载加固杆件。(7)、(1、 脚手架马道基础锁脚锚杆采用25mm螺纹钢筋进行锚固。(2、 沿脚手架全高采用柔性拉锚系统分段向上斜拉,斜拉方向上倾45度,柔性钢绳拉锚系统按照5.4m5.6m间距进行布置。同时,每级平台设置一排地锚插筋与脚手架水平小横杆连接

33、牢固,地锚间距与脚手架纵向间距一致,按照2.8m间距进行设置。通过以上局部加固,以起到分段卸荷和防止脚手架在钻机冲击反力作用下向外倾翻,确保四、五级边坡脚手架整体安全稳定。由于脚手架为边坡深浅层支护的主要载体,安全问题尤为重要,为了安全起见,脚手架搭设过程中采用以下措施加强脚手架整体稳定性,具体如下:(1)沿纵向每4跨设置一道横向剪刀撑,剪刀撑沿高程方向连续设置;沿横向每2跨设置一道纵向剪刀撑,间距6m,斜角为45-60之间,剪刀撑沿高程方向连续设置,以确保脚手架整体稳定;(2)沿脚手架全高采用柔性拉锚系统分段向上斜拉,斜拉方向上倾45度,柔性钢绳拉锚系统按照5.4m5.6m间距进行布置。同时

34、,每级平台设置一排地锚插筋与脚手架水平小横杆刚性连接牢固,地锚间距与脚手架纵向间距一致,按照2.8m间距进行设置。通过以上局部加固,以起到分段卸荷和防止脚手架在钻机冲击反力作用下向外倾翻,确保四、五级边坡脚手架整体安全稳定。(3)脚手架立杆地基承载力计算:立杆基础在中分化和微分化岩石上,下垫长度不少于二跨的10050的木枋。按地勘报告此段承载力大于240XXPa。立杆传至木枋的轴向压力为N=6.342XXN,木枋面积A1/20.11.8=0.09m2其压强为p=N/A=6.342/0.09=70.46XXP0.4g=72XXPa 故脚手架立杆地基承载力满足要求。三、脚手架计算钢管脚手架的计算参

35、照建筑施工扣件式钢管脚手架安全技术规范(JGJ1302001)计算的脚手架为双排脚手架搭设高度为60m,立杆采用单立管。搭设尺寸为:立杆的纵距为1.5m,立杆的横距为1.5m,立杆的步距为1.5m。采用的钢管类型为483.50,施工均布荷载为2.0XXN/。1、小横杆的计算:小横杆按照简支梁进行强度和挠度计算,小横杆在大横杆的上面。按照小横杆上面的脚手板和活荷载作为均布荷载计算小横杆的最大弯矩和变形。均布荷载值计算小横杆的自重标准值:P1=0.038XXN/m;脚手板的荷载标准值:P2=0.3501.200/3=0.140XXN/m;活荷载标准值:Q=2.0001.200/3=0.800XXN

36、/m;荷载的计算值:q=1.20.038+1.20.140+1.40.800=1.334XXN/m;小横杆计算简图强度计算最大弯矩考虑为简支梁均布荷载作用下的弯矩,计算公式如下:Mqmax=ql2/8最大弯矩Mqmax=1.3341.2002/8=0.240 XXNm;=Mqmax/W=47.271N/mm2;小横杆的计算强度小于205.0 mm2;满足要求!挠度计算:最大挠度考虑为简支梁均布荷载作用下的挠度荷载标准值q=0.038+0.140+0.800=0.978 XXN/m;5ql4 V qmax= 384EI最大挠度V=5.00.9781200.04 /(3842.0601051219

37、00.0)=1.052mm;小横杆的最大挠底小于1200.0/150=8.000与10mm,满足要求!2、大横杆的计算:大横杆按照三跨连续梁进行强度和挠度计算,小横杆在大横杆的上面。荷载值计算小横杆的自重标准值:P1=0.0381.200=0.046XXN;脚手板的荷载标准值:P2=0.3501.2001.200/3=0.168XXN;活荷载标准值:Q=2.0001.2001.200/3=0.960XXN;荷载的计算值:q=(1.20.046+1.20.168+1.40.960)/2=0.800XXN;大横杆计算简图强度计算最大弯矩考虑为大横杆自重均布荷载与荷载的计算值最不利分配的弯矩和。计算

40、杆连接时,扣件的抗滑承载力按照下式计算(规范5.2.5):RRc其中Rc 扣件抗滑承载力设计值,取8.0 XXN; R 纵向或横向水平杆传给立杆的竖向作用设计值;横杆的自重标准值:P1=0.0381.200=0.046XXN;脚手板的荷载标准值:P2=0.3501.2001.200/2=0.252XXN;活荷载标准值:Q=2.0001.2001.200/2=1.440XXN;荷载的计算值:R=1.2(0.046+0.252)+1.41.440=2.374XXN;R8 XXN,单扣件抗滑承载力的设计计算满足要求!按规范表5.1.7,直角、旋转单扣件承载力取值为8.00 XXN,按照建筑施工扣件式
