31、边坡技术规范（GB50330-2002）；建筑桩基技术规范(JGJ94-2008)；岩土锚杆（索）技术规程（CECS22：2005）；预应力混凝土用钢绞线GB5224-85。三、施工准备1、施工组织机构1.1技术准备：组织全体人员学习相关设计图纸、规范及施工技术指南，进行岗位技术培训，建立健全的管理组织网络和质量保证体系，为边坡防治施工做好充分的准备。1.2机械准备：对所有施工机械进行全面的清洁、保养、调试、检查和维修。并配齐了生产施工过程中部分机械的易损备件，保证各类机械运转处于良好状态。1.3材料准备：提前准备好相关原材料，混凝土采用商品混凝土，材料的采用需经项目部自检及监理组抽检合格后方

40、5天进行调查一次，看表层土体有无裂缝发生，有裂缝及时记录裂缝产生的时间、深度、连通性、通水状况等发展变化情况；边坡开挖过程中对开挖断面的地质剖面，观测坡面岩层产状，节理发育状况及地下水出露情况进行记录。若有结构面组合不利于边坡稳定，地下水涌出等情况应及时现场讨论研究边坡稳定性及应急措施。3.1.2对挖方边坡高度大于30m的边坡设桩点用光电测距仪和水平仪进行动态观测，派人作专项记录。3.2搭接工作平台用脚手架按坡面锚孔横排位置，搭接两米宽锚索、格构梁框架施工的工作平台。要求爬杆不得和竖梁锚孔交错，平台应低于横排锚孔0.5m。平台铺上厚度25mm木板，平台外边设栏杆，平台用垂直水平面地锚桩锚牢，保
41、证钻机施工时的稳定及施工的安全性。3.3设备安装就位平台搭好后在坡底将钻机分解，用人工将潜孔钻机搬运至坡面工作平台组装，将钻机的钻头、冲击器、钻杆安装好后，将钻机底盘螺丝松开，调整钻机底盘将钻头对准孔位，然后用测斜仪量测钻机的底盘或钻杆，将钻机的倾角调好，定位组装架设，并用脚手架、扣件和连接器将钻机固定在平台的钢管上。必要时需在钻孔位置对平台增加地锚桩加固平台。3.4钻孔3.4.1钻孔倾角钻孔的倾角为25，开孔时要用钻头来回多次对孔口进行钻进，导正开孔的倾角和孔位，并在开孔钻进前一米时，用测斜仪多次量测钻机的底盘或钻杆，随时调整钻机，保证在开孔时由地层软硬或坡面不平整引起钻机对孔位偏移的误差，
42、在钻进中毎钻进3-5m用测斜仪量测一次钻孔孔斜，及时调整钻孔孔斜误差。锚孔倾角、水平角允许误差点在内20，成孔后，孔斜不得超过3%。3.4.2钻机参数的调整控制在钻进中应根据岩层的岩性软硬来调整钻机的参数。当岩性较硬时应低压低转速钻进，当岩性较软时应高压高转速钻进。当钻孔越深时应用较高的风压，当钻孔越浅时可适当降低钻机的风压。钻机钻进参数控制用钻机的操作阀来调节。3.4.3钻孔中钻进过程中应对每个孔的地层变化、钻进状态、地下水及一些特殊性情况作好现场记录，如遇地层松软、破碎时则应跟管钻进以使钻孔完整不塌。若遇塌孔，应立即停钻进行固壁灌浆处理，等水泥砂浆初凝后重新扫孔钻进。当钻进深度超过6m时要
43、求每钻进一米清除孔内岩粉一次。孔位误差水平不得超过5cm垂直不得超过10cm。要求干钻，禁止水钻，以确保锚索施工不至于恶化边坡岩土的工程地质条件和保证孔壁的粘结性。锚索全孔直径为150mm。为确保锚孔深度，实际钻孔深度应要求大于设计深0.4m。3.4.4清孔毎个钻孔终孔后，下锚索前应将孔内的残渣岩粉或地下水清除干净，宜采取高压空气风（风压0.20.4MP），以免降低水泥砂浆和孔壁岩土体的粘结强度。钻孔成孔后在浇砼前应用棉纱或水泥包装编织袋堵孔临时防护。3.4.5锚孔钻进时应做好记录，若地质条件与设计不符，应及时通报设计单位，以便变更设计。3.4.6锚孔完成后，须经监理和质检部门检查后，方可进入
44、下道程序。3.5锚索制作3.5.1锚索的制作堆放应在工棚内，钢筋、钢绞线堆放时应在底部用20cm木头垫好，并在上面盖上彩条布防止钢筋、钢绞线銹蚀损坏；锚索要确保每根钢绞线顺直，不扭不叉，排列均匀，对死弯，机械损伤处应剔除。无粘结钢绞线外套管不得有破损。预力锚体内的绑扎材料用黑铁丝，不得用有色金属材料。3.5.2锚索制作前应对钻孔实际长度进行测量，并按孔号截取锚索体长度；锚体材料应用机械切割，不得用电弧切割；锚杆按设计长度用切割机进行切割。锚索的长度按设计孔深长度外加1.2m的预留张拉长度制作，锚具采用OVM15-4型。对组装好的锚索按照对应的锚索孔进行编号，并妥善放置备用。锚体制作完成后须经监理工程师认可后再进入下一道工
