29、计算205.7主梁吊筋计算205.8抵抗弯矩图21 19单向肋板梁楼盖设计某多层仓库，楼盖平面图如图（一）所示，楼层高4.5m。采用钢筋混泥土整浇楼盖，试设计。图（一）一、 设计资料1.1 楼面做法楼面做法如图（二） 图（二）1.2 楼面活荷载：楼面均布荷载标准值：9.3KN/M2，其值大于4KN/M2，故活载分项系数按1.3来计算。1.3 材料：混凝土强度等级为C25（fc=11.9N/mm2，ft=1.27 N/mm2），梁中纵向受力钢筋采用HRB335级（fy=fy=300 N/mm2），其他钢筋采用HPB235级（fy=fy=210N/mm2）。.二、 楼面梁格布置及截面尺寸2.1 楼
30、面梁格布置楼面梁格布置如图（三）所示，主梁、次梁的跨度分别为6m和6m，板的跨度为2m，主梁沿横向布置，每跨主梁均承受两个次梁传来的集中力，梁的弯矩图较平缓，对梁工作有利。图（三）2.2 截面尺寸因结构的自重和计算跨度都和板得厚度，梁的截面尺寸有关，故应先确认板、梁的截面尺寸。板：按刚度要求，连续板的厚度取hl40=200040=50mm，对一般工业厂房的楼盖h80mm，故取80mm。次梁：截面高度h=118112l=1181126000=333mm500mm。暂取h=400mm。截面宽b=1312h=1312400=133mm200mm，故暂取b=200mm。主梁：截面高h=11418l=1

32、载效应控制组合g +q = 1.2 x 2.9 + 1.3 x 9.3 =15.57 KN/m3.2.2 永久荷载效应控制组合 g + q =1.3 x 2.9 + 0.7 x 1.3 x9.3 = 12.233 KN/m可见，对板而言，由可变荷载效应控制组合所得荷载设计值大，所以进行板内力计算时取g +q = 15.57 KN/m。3.3 计算简图计算跨度因次梁截面为200 mm400 mm ，故边跨 l01=ln+h2=（2000-250-2002）+802=1690 mm中跨 l02=ln=2000-200=1800 mm故边跨取1690 mm，中跨取1800 mm。边跨与中跨的跨差（1800-1690）/1800100%=6.1%3 =ln3=18003=600 mm，上部钢筋应用直钩下弯顶住模板以保持其有效高度。3.5.3 构造配筋分布钢筋用A8200，附加钢筋用A8200。板的配筋详见配筋图
