3、中央空调安装工程，建筑面积为52810平方米，中央空调系统采用变频多联机空调系统，主要功能为写字楼、办公、会议室、公寓，其中1#塔楼42层，建筑高度：176.5米；2#塔楼46层，建筑高度193.3米。工程名称：工程地点：建设单位：监理单位：施工单位： 安装细节严格技术规范；施工图纸及国家法律法规。 协调难度由于工区交叉施工，交叉作业点多，技术含量高，各建筑区均需给排水、强弱电、结构、装饰等专业共同协作配合，在保证空调效果的前提下，还应满足各专业的设计要求。 施工策略总体控制，交叉施工，统一管理。根据以上特点，我方在组织施工过程中，认真仔细，以拼搏、求实、创新、进取的工作作风，充分做好施工准备

36、多的项目组织相关施工人员两班倒，以轮流连续施工方式确保规定工期内完成。设备、材料的按计划交付，将为本标段施工总进度的完成创造有利的外部条件。 我们将主动积极地配合建设单位做好这方面工作。万一由于施工作业面、设备供应发生延期或其他原因造成局部工程工期延误时，我方将积极采取措施把工期抓回来。必要时，我方可以调动全公司施工人员、管理人员和施工机械等资源来实现工程工期。劳动力的现场管理1、参加本工程的施工管理、作业人员具有省级建设行政主管部门核发的职业资格证书，并且按有关规定办理合法务工手续。2、加强劳务队伍与其劳动者签订劳动合同的监督，对未与劳务企业签订劳动合同的劳动者禁止在施工现场从事施工活动。3
37、、建立施工管理作业人员劳务档案，记录人员身份证号、职业资格证书号、劳动合同编号以及业绩和信用等情况。4、施工作业人员必须持有职业资格证书才能上岗作业。对不合格人员不得从事相应施工活动。5、为调动现场劳动力的积极性，我单位在进场进将与劳动队伍签定现场施工奖罚协议书，从工期、质量、安全、文明施工等各个方面制定相应的奖罚措施，作到现场管理“有法可依”。6、施工期间，现场及技术人员对关键工序进行旁站式监督，劳动队伍的管理人员保证施工期间不离现场。夜间施工期间，安排现场值班表，保证现场24小时有管理人员在现场。二、各分部分项工程的主要施工方法及技术措施（一）、各分部分项工程的主要施工方法本工程施工的总体

39、电气、给排水、暖通专业的设计图纸，搞好施工前的综合图纸会审及分项工程图纸会审。B根据设计及图纸会审要求，编制材料设备计划。以书面形式界定供应范围、供应价格，与业主一道搞好材料设备的市场调研、考察定货，根据工程形象进度要求，按计划分期分批供至施工现场。C结合工程施工内容，编制工程劳动力与施工机具计划，并按计划精心组织落实。D检查校核土建主体施工中的预埋件、预留孔洞及设备吊装预留孔洞是否满足安装条件，并提出解决办法。E确定金属结构现场制作加工、风管及部件预制区域，实行平行流水作业。F按排好场内外材料设备运输及仓储。根据施工现场情况，搭建临时设施，解决水源、电源、安排好生产生活基地。2）施工生产阶段
40、该阶段施工现场内各专业各工序劳动力、机具、材料高度密集，必然形成抢占工作面、立体交差作业的态势，其间配合千头万序，施工难度最大，故本阶段重点解决好以下几个方面： A施工中搞好与安装、土建、装饰等专业间的相互配合，相互协作，按时参加总包单位组织的协调会，出现问题及时解决。B强化工期意识，实施旬或周计划调度，安排调整好施工中各工序各专业的综合平行流水作业。材料设备供应预先控制，提前落实。作业内容随机局部调整，必要时采取抢工抢建措施，可安排三班制连续作业。C对施工作业组队细化分包作业工程经济指标。主要内容包括施工进度、工程质量、安全生产、文明施工等。建立验收奖惩制度，诚邀业主参加监督，实行业主一票否
41、决。D随工程进度，施工工程师及时与业主办理技术、经济资料。3）调试及验收阶段工程施工完毕后，及时邀请建设单位、监理单位、设计单位及执法单位对工程进行验收。验收前，投标单位先自行组织预验，依据设计图纸和现行施工规范、规程，检查工程质量是否达到合格标准。确保现场整洁有序，各种器具、设备、阀门挂标志牌，并擦拭干净。工程技术文件、技术资料要齐全、规整，要附有工程使用说明书。预验完之后，提请建设单位、执法单位全面验收。验收合格后施工单位与建设单位办理工程分部分项移交手续。系统调试按单机试调、空负荷试调、联动试运转三步进行。设备就位、调平、找正。室内、外机组等设备单机试运转。管道、风管及其支架组对焊接预制
42、，放线确定走向坡度。通风空调主管风道的安装，冷媒管安装。对土建预留洞、预埋件及设备基础进行检查验收，风道位置预测定。管材、型材清理、防腐、检查处理。施工现场临设布置、搭设，组织人力、机具进场，图纸会审、编制单项工程施工方案，材料设备进场验收。具体施工顺序如下框图： 工程交工验收。系统调试，联合试运转各种管道气压、强度试验，漏风试验。管道设备清洗、吹扫，安装安全装置。空调冷凝水管安装。2施工前准备我公司在中标以后，会迅速组织，提前做好施工的各项准备工作，并在土建施工时派人跟随，配合进行预埋预留，以便保证安装时预埋件的完善性及预留口的准确性，减少安装阶段的额外工程量，并随时按照业主和总承包方的要求
43、进驻工地，迅速地展开施工。（1）.技术准备工作（1.1）接到中标通知后，组织有关人员仔细审学图纸，理清思路，了解设计意图，并及时发现及解决图纸中存在的问题，以便进行图纸会审和设计交底。（1.2）组织骨干技术员到现场考察，熟悉现场，做到图纸实物的对应，提前形成一个总的施工印象。（1.3）组织编制更为详细的分项、分部工程的施工方案和技术、安全交底，并对参加人员进行讲解交底。（1.4）编制详细的物资材料需用计划和进厂计划。（1.5）编制详细的机械、机具、器具需用计划和进厂计划。（1.6）编制本工程的质量计划，以用于指导施工。（1.7） 学习业主、监理及总承包方的其他的各项施工要求。（2）人员准备工作
44、（2.1）中标后，组成强有力的项目经理部。（2.2）在项目经理部的领导组织下，组织精干的各专业工种的施工技术人员。（2.3）编写详细的人员进场计划。（2.4）编写切实可行的进度计划。（2.5）编制质量、安全检查计划。（3）物资材料、设备准备工作1）开工前完成各项施工用料的调查落实，对主要材料、设备经甲乙双方及监理考察合格后签订供货协议，分期分批组织进场。为使设备能够按期抵达现场而不影响安装进度，列出设备、材料的详细进场时间。依据此时间结合各设备的生产供货周期，提前确定各类设备的供货厂商及供货合同，保证设备按时进场。2）根据主要设备、材料需用量计划，及时组织材料进场，保证使用。3）设备材料送审程
45、序如下：我公司设备材料选型资料送审业主审批意见选择确定不同意，重新选型同意，抄送技术资料给各有关单位业主设计院业主、设计院订货存档及施工（4）.施工现场准备工作（4.1）接到中标通知后，即组织有关人员熟悉现场，规划好现场施工，准备实施。（4.2）临建设施根据施工平面图的布置和业主招标文件的要求，搭设好现场办公室、材料库、机具库、临时休息室、保卫室、加工区，并联系总包方的公用卫生设施的使用。（4.3）施工用电：由建设单位（或总承包方）提供本工程的施工现场临时用电，总电源配电箱输电线路敷设，待中标后与建设单位协商后作临时用电施工。（4.4）施工用水：生活用水由建设单位提供自来水管网，接口由我方接至
46、施工区和生活区，水管应埋入自然地坪下0.6米。施工准备工作流程：熟悉图纸图纸会审编制施工技术方案核定设备、材料成本编制设备、材料、加工件计划加工定货验收入库及保管施工机具准备管理人员技术交底施工人员a.根据工程特点认真做好图纸自审、会审，并作好记录，充分了解设计意图。b.施工前，安排专业工程技术人员对技术工人进行专项交底、工程内容交底、工艺流程交底，使所有施工人员在进入施工现场前，熟悉所安装设备的性能、特点及要求，做到胸中有数。c.通过认真审核施工图纸后，分部位、按系统及时绘制出风管加工大样图，并按排通风专业进行加工制作。d.根据图纸做好施工预算及各种设备、部件的型号、规格、数量、进场日期的统计，提交物资部门，经批准后进行物资的采购加工定货，确保各项物资按时到场。e.施工前应根据建筑孔洞图进行孔洞的复核，并做好记录工作2.2 一拖多空调施工方法1、一拖多施工内容、施工要求及施工程序（1）施工内容及施工要求1）管线安装：冷媒管及信号线排放施工内容 :冷媒管及信号线安装 材料 :紫铜管，直通，弯头等分歧管，橡塑保温管、吊钩、包扎带等。管线排放的施工要求：a.冷媒管安装前须将其内壁清理干净
