30、 汇城变电站工程。110kV 汇城变电站工程主要为新建 1 座 110kV 全户内变电站(本次评价内容不 含输电线路),本期主变容量 263MVA。根据中华人民共和国环境影响评价法、建设项目环境保护管理条例及电 磁辐射环境保护管理办法等有关法律法规的要求,该工程应进行环境影响评价。 根据建设项目环境影响评价分类管理名录,本工程应编制环境影响报告表。武汉网绿环境技术咨询有限公司(以下称我公司)受广州汇城房地产开发有限 公司委托,承担本工程的环境影响评价工作。接受委托后,我公司项目组成员对工 程区域进行了踏勘,收集了当地自然、社会环境状况资料,并进行了相关环境监测。 根据国家的有关法律法规、环境评

40、街嘉汇城小区内的东南角。110kV汇城变电站为全户内变电站,终期规划3台63MVA主变压器,本期建设2台63MVA主变压器;110kV电缆出线本期2回(不属于本次评价内110kV汇城 容),终期3回;10kV电缆出线本期32回(不属于本次评价内容),终期48回;变电站工程 本期装设2台(26000kVar)电容器组,终期装设3台(26000kVar)电容器组。站址区总占地面积3036.28m2,其中围墙内占地面积3016.63m2,不涉及占用基本农田。站址区没有居民房屋需拆迁。变电站动态总投资为5201.74万元。据广州城建坐标系,变电站征地范围围墙角点的坐标分别为:西北角 AX=52074.

41、727、Y=34314.098,东北角 B X=52074.727、Y=34382.721,东北角 C X=52068.391、Y=34389.011,东南角 D X=52032.672、Y=34389.002,西南角 E X=52033.223、Y=34328.363,西南角 F X=52045.727、Y=34314.098。110kV 汇城变电站拟建站址位于广州汇城房地产开发有限公司建设的嘉汇城小区内的东南角,在穗规批2013280 号文“广州市规划局关于原则同意修建性详细规划调整的批复”中,广州市规划局拟同意 110kV 汇城变电站建设方案,具体见附件 1。53.2 地理位置 110k

43、,南面为非机动车停车场,西面为规划住宅小区。(2) 总平面布置变电站采用全户内布置。全站设置配电装置楼一座,围绕配电装置楼设置环形 道路,进站大门朝东南侧靠近规划路,并在四周设置封闭围墙。主变户内布置,位 于变电站配电装置楼南侧,朝向停车场及垃圾收集站。110kV、10kV 均为电缆进出 线,110kV 电缆沿规划路敷设,由变电站北侧进站;10kV 电缆分别由变电站北侧及东侧出站。事故油池布置在站址区西北角。配电装置楼主体三层,尺寸为 54.4m20.6m17.5m(长宽高)。地下一层(-1.5m)为电缆层、水泵房及消防水池;首层(+1.5m)为 10kV 高压室、电容器室、站用变室、接地变室等;二层(6.5m)为 110kV GIS 室、主控室、蓄电池室等。主变压器户内布置在配电装置楼 0.00m 层主变室。110kV 汇城变电站总占地面积 3036.28m2,其中围墙内占地面积 3016.63m2。110kV 汇城变电站总平面布置见附图 2。6(3) 竖向布置站区竖向布置设计采用平坡式,场地坡度设置在 0.5%,由南向北放坡。配电装置楼室内首层地面0.00 设计标高为绝对高程 13.2m,建筑物室内
