29、GB50221-95）8、建筑安装工程质量检验评定统一标准（GBJ300-88）9、建筑工程质量检验评定标准（GBJ301-88）10、建筑结构荷载规范（GBJ9-87）11、钢结构设计规范（GB50017-2003）12、钢结构工程施工及验收规范（GBJ50205-95）13、建筑钢结构焊接规程（JGJ81-91）14、钢结构工程质量检验评定标准（GB50221-95）2 工程概要2.1工程概述X76R1地块拆迁安置房工程现场办公区彩钢房部分位于塔吊旋转范围内，为保证现场办公及生活区安全，需搭设安全防护棚，经多方考虑，在既保证安全又达到美观的情况下，决定采用钢结构防护体系，故编制本方案，以便
30、指导现场施工。钢结构防护主要搭设在办公区东侧、南侧（含食堂及监理办公室局部），面积约为450平米，搭设高度7.25m。2.2工程特点及关键点因为施工区域为办公区，人员流动比较频繁且活动房内有人员办公，故在施工期间须与办公人员进行协调沟通，拉出安全警戒线，确保施工安全。由于冬季施工，天气干燥风大且施工区下方为办公区，给电焊施工防火带来很大难度，为确保无火灾等事故发生，将做以下防护措施：（一）电焊工持证上岗且经过安全培训；（二）电焊施工时电焊部位下方置接火斗，必要时铺防火布，防止电焊火花滴落；（三）派专人持灭火器，水桶、铁锹等灭火工具看火；（四）施工区下方办公室的门窗须关闭，防止电焊火花滴落被风吹
31、入室内引起火灾。鉴于该工程以上特点，就要求总体工程在生产、运输、施工安装等各个环节中必须安全有序进行，对各阶段制定科学而又周密的进度计划，人员安排计划，对公司内现有人力、物力资源进行优化配置，加强管理监督，在确保按甲方规定的工期完成工程的前提下，确保施工质量达到优良。3 施工前准备及施工方法3.1施工准备1、施工现场应做到四周有对施工影响的物件应搬运清理。2、认真审核图纸，根据现场情况，制定施工顺序，确定施工方案。3、使用经纬仪、水平仪等测量仪器，复测混凝土基础的纵横轴线，基础预埋件的预埋尺寸，平整度及标高，纵横轴线及垂直度。4、钢构件到场后，应对其几何尺寸和主要构件进行复验，分类摆放整齐，明
32、确是否符合安装条件，防止安装过程中由于构件缺陷而影响施工进度。5构件进场后，应注意构件的防护，防止因运输、转运、堆放、起吊过程中因外力影响造成构件变形，涂层损坏等因素。3.2施工方法根据工程特点，结合专业公司的施工经验，以满足设计要求及保证质量而提前制定选择施工方案。1、基础施工顺序测量放线挖基坑支模板预埋板浇混凝土2、钢结构主体构件施工安装顺序及方法：1）复测基础轴线纵横尺寸，并弹出标志线。测量预埋件的高差水平度。画出方钢柱的位置图，标明尺寸作为施工安装的技术数据。2、焊接钢柱前先做垂直度校正，主梁应置于方钢柱上焊接，钢梁安装至第二榀时，应做连接稳定处理，使其成为一个稳定的支撑体系。3、钢梁

34、段1.整理资料2.检测验收1、工艺流程2、施工工艺1）现场焊接多采用手工电弧焊。2）对其首次采用的钢材、焊接材料、焊接方法、焊后热处理等，应进行焊接工艺评定，并应根据评定报告确定焊接工艺。3）焊接工艺评定应按国家现行的建筑钢结构焊接规程。焊工应经过考试并取得合格证后方可从事焊接工作。合格证应注明施焊条件、有效期限。焊工停焊时间超过6个月，应重新考核。4）焊接时，不得使用药皮脱落或焊芯生锈的焊条和受潮结块的焊剂及已熔烧过的渣壳。5）施焊前，焊工应复查焊件接头质量和焊区的处理情况。当不符合要求时，应经修整合格后方可施焊。6）钢屋架梁现场拼装对接因采用坡口焊接。7）角焊缝转角处宜连续绕角施焊，起落弧
35、点距焊缝端部宜大于10.0mm；角焊缝端部不设置引弧和引出板的连续焊缝，起落弧点距焊缝端部宜大于10.0mm，弧坑应填满。8）多层焊接宜连续施焊，每一层焊道焊完后应及时清理检查，清除缺陷后再焊。9）焊成凹形的角焊缝，焊缝金属与母材间应平过渡；加工成凹形的角焊缝，不得在其表面留下切痕。10）焊缝出现裂纹时，焊工不得擅自处理，应查清原因，订出修补工艺后方可处理。11）焊接完毕，焊工应清理焊缝表面的熔渣及两侧的飞溅物，检查焊缝外观质量。12）焊缝外形尺寸应符合现行国家标准钢结构焊缝外形尺寸的规定。4 质量保证及技术措施1、质量控制标准：1）严格执行国家钢结构制作工艺规程DBJ08-216-95、建筑
36、钢结构焊接工程钢结构工程施工及验收规范GB50205-95等文件的规定。2）成立质量控制小组，对重要部位的焊接、安装进行专人负责，并做好各项检测，检验工作。2、工厂加工的质量控制：1）熟悉施工图设计要求和工艺规程，了解设计要求和工艺要点，然后进行生产加工。2）加工过程中，应对计量器具的统一、放样、号料、切割、钻孔、批量生产的积累误差，焊接质量等问题注意控制。3）生产加工的产品应有出厂合格证，各种检验、检测报告书，方可运至现场。3、现场安装的质量控制：1）钢架的质量控制：严格控制定位轴线的位移值直度。2）不准任意设吊点，构件应在吊装前选好吊点，大跨度构件和整体起吊的构件吊点需计算确定。构件起点时
