33、盘下，如使用旧网卡，则直接将备份的APCS3000文件夹拷贝全覆盖D盘下的APCS3000文件夹即可。如使用新网卡，需在APCS3000的安装目录下手动建立一个空目录“dat”。运行CMD，并执行命令“codec -h”，系统会自动生成一个系统信息文件：“register.计算机名称”，此文件可以用记事本打开，里面必须是三行信息，将此文件电邮至北京国控，由其进行注册，然后将生成的注册文件“hostid. 计算机名称”拷贝至D:APCS3000Dat。4) 具体安装及配置步骤见附件1：徐连线APCS3000系统安装配置图解。2、数据库安装需安装Microsoft SQL Server2000及以
34、上版本的数据库系统，具体步骤图解见附件2：Microsoft SQL Server2000数据库安装图解。3、数据库备份及恢复3.1数据库备份1) 打开Microsoft SQL Server企业管理器（如图）。2) 备份数据库scbjdb和scbjhdb，现以备份scbjhdb为例：对scbjhdb点击右健，在下拉菜单中的“所有任务”下级菜单中选择“备份数据库”。3) 在“备份”项下选择“数据库完全”，然后在点击“添加”，如果之前有过数据库备份，建议先选中并点击“删除”后再进行数据库备份。点击“添加”后将弹出“选择备份目的”窗口，点击“文件名”栏的图标，在弹出的“备份设备位置”窗口中选择适当
35、的备份位置，并确定。此时在“SQL Server备份”窗口中“目的”栏中将显示所选择备份位置和备份名称。点击确定，将进行数据库备份。3.2数据库恢复1) 打开Microsoft SQL Server企业管理器，对scbjhdb点击右健，在下拉菜单中的“所有任务”下级菜单中选择“还原数据库”。2) 在找开的“还原数据库”窗口进行如下选择，点击“选择设备”按钮，在打开的窗口进行备份恢复源文件的选择，进行数据恢复。3.3数据库重启及刷新在日常使用过程中数据库系统会因为某些特殊原因停止工作，主要影响后台机各类报表的显示以及各类定值、参数配置的上传下载，此时可以对数据库进行重启或刷新操作：点击计算机桌面
36、右下方图标，打开“SQL Server服务管理器”窗口，进行“刷新服务”或“暂停”、“开始”。三、 通信管理机维护1、通信管理机模块构成如图所示SCH9561通信管理机打开面板后，从左至右三块板件分别是CPU板（主机芯）、电源板和规约板。CPU板起到通信采样、处理和上通下达传输作用，规约板起到不同厂商间数据交换对规作用。通信管理机一般设置和查看通用密码是：458。一般情况下，通信管理机失电为电源板故障；通信管理机不能正确启动、通信异常为CPU板故障或配置错误；如全所遥信不对位、遥测信息异常，可以考虑是规约板故障。2、通信管理机数据备份及恢复在各所后台机中目前都已对通信管理机（A、B）进行了数据
37、备份，如因特殊原因需对通信管理机参数进行调整前，建议再做一次备份。在通信管理机CPU板故障维修或更换后，必须对通信管理机进行数据恢复。2.1通信管理机数据备份1) 运行软件LeapFTP(一般保存在F盘)，在打开的程序中点击菜单：站点站点管理。2) 在打开的“站点管理”窗口中需对地址进行指定，如连接通信管理机A则在址栏中输入“192.168.0.144”,如连接通信管理机B则在址栏中输入“192.168.0.145”,然后点击“连接”按钮。现以通信管理机A为例：3) 此时将会连接到通信管理机A，右侧栏中即为通信管理机A上的配置数据。在左侧栏中通过选择，确定本次备份所保存的目录文件夹。 4) 对
38、右侧栏中文件（夹）进行全选，并点击右健，在弹出菜单中点击“下载”，即可完成备份。2.2通信管理机数据恢复运行软件LeapFTP并连接站点。在左侧栏目中选择备份文件的目录，对文件（夹）进行全选，并点击右健，在弹出菜单中点击“上传”，即可将备份数据恢复至通信管理机中。2.3注意事项1) 在对通信管理机数据进行操作前必须进行数据备份。2) 在对通信管理机数据进行恢复时，建议用交差线直连笔记本电脑和通信管理机，如因无交差线而需通过交换机连接，需断开另一台通信管理机的连接，以免误恢复数据。3) 在更换新CPU板时，CPU板出厂地址一般都是配置为“192.168.0.145”。4) 新CPU板会带有一些原
39、始数据，在恢复数据前建议将原因数据全部删除。5) 在恢复数据时，因通信管理机处于工作状态，部分数据在可能会因冲突未能恢复上去，所以在恢复完成后一定要检查设备上的文件是否与备份的一致，如不一致需重新上传。另外有可能会出现数据恢复总是不成功或删除不了，此时可将设备上此文件（夹）重命名，再次上传。6) 数据恢复完成后，建议硬启动通信管理机，并再一次连接检查数据。7) CPU板背板有两RJ45网络接口，一般情况下上方的为内网端口，下方为外网端口，但部分新出厂的模块会出现相反情况，所以在连接不成功时可换端口试试。3、配置检查3.1通过net.cfg文件检查网络配置1) 可将通信管理机数据备份下来后，使用
40、二进制文件编辑工具（各所后台机中均安装有UltraEdit）打开检查，主要检查网络配置是否正确。打开方式：右击net.cfg文件，在弹出菜单中选择用UltraEdit打开，此时会弹出对话框，必须选择“否”。2) 此处以大许家牵引所通信管理机A的NET数据。3) 上图中第一行配置了通信管理机外网通信地址IP及子网掩码，第二行指定了主机IP地址（即外网通信IP地址），第三行配置了内网通信IP地址及子网掩码，第五行指定了外网通信网关IP地址。3.2通过DSMConfg软件检查网络配置1) 运行DSMConfg软件（一般保存在F盘），在打开的程序中点击菜单：工具网络配置。2) 在打开的“网络配置”窗口
41、“目标管理机”框中输入要检查的管理机地址，并点击“检测”，如地址错误或管理机故障，将会弹出检测不成功提示，如检测成功则显示此管理机网络配置，并可更改其主从机模式。下图是大许家牵引所通信管理机A的配置。四、 串口服务器维护1、串口服务器端口构成徐连线各所亭使用的串口服务器主要是康海时代NC600，也可用其它型号或品牌替代，但必须具有2个RS232接口、1个RS485接口和1 个RJ45接口。第1个RS232接口（端口1）用于连接GPS校时装置，为所内各装置及后台机进行校时通讯；第2个RS232接口（端口2）连接MODEL，提供给地方供电调度使用； RS485接口（端口4）用于连接交直流屏，用于交
42、直流屏采样数据的传输；RJ45接口用于连接内网交换机。2、串口服务器配置1) 可通过所内后台机、笔记本电脑连接内网交换机或直接连接串口服务器RJ45端口（需使用交差线），如使用笔记本连接，需将其IP地址设为“192.168.0.X”网段有效地址（建议在100150间选择）。2) 打开浏览器，在地址栏中输入“192.168.0.233”，即可登录串口服务器配置页面。3) 点击“服务器”进行服务器配置。服务器名：默认 ； 以太网IP地址：192.168.0.233 ；以太网子网掩码：255.255.255.0 ；以太网工作模式：AUTO ；启用DHCP: NO ；CONSOLE超时时间：5。4)
43、分点击“串口配置”菜单下“端口1”至“端口4”进行串口端口配置，点击各页面“提交”按钮确认配置。5) 各串口端口配置方式如下图：6) 分点击“工作模式”菜单下“端口1”至“端口4”进行各端口模式配置，点击各页面“提交”按钮确认配置。端口1“对端主机”中“192.168.0.144”、“192.168.0.145”和“192.168.0.254”分别对应通信管理机A、B和所内后台机，为三台设备提供与GPS校时装置连接作用。3、串口服务器故障影响1) 所内各保护装置、通信管理机及后台机校时不准确。2) 与地方供电调度通信中断。3) 交直流屏遥测、遥信数据不准确或异常。五、 PLC故障影响徐连线牵引
44、所亭中PLC主要用于检测交直流屏开关状态、电流、电压值，以及失压、绝缘等故障报警等。所以交直流屏遥测、遥信信息异常时，除了考虑串口服务器故障，同时也有可能是PLC故障引起。徐连线牵引所亭中PLC主要使用的是爱默生的产品，目前爱默生公司已停止生产PLC产品，可以用西门子相关产品替代，但初次替代时的程序写入以及调试建议由交直流屏生产厂杭州杭开电气有限公司技术人员现场进行。如果有厂家配置好的PLC，自行更换方式如下：1) 断开PLC电源开关。2) 记下原先PLC的接线。3) 拆下PLC。4) 换上新的PLC，并按原始记下的接线接上。注：1) 送电源开关前应将PLC通信线（黄色）旁边的开关打到ON的位
45、置，送上PLC电源，正常时RUN、POWER灯亮2) 直流屏上时间设定：长按住SYS按钮，进去后选择time设定时间，完成后退出保存即可六、 常见检查检修方法1、逆变电源检查逆变电源主要是为通信控制盘各通信设备及通信管理机提供可靠电源，逆变电源故障将直接影响牵引远动通信和遥控操作。在通信控制盘失电或电压不稳时可以先用万用表检查逆变电源输入电压是否正常，其次检查端子排的输入及保险。2、光耦检查光电耦合器是以光为媒介传输电信号的一种电光电转换器件，牵引所亭里的光耦主要作用是将隔离开关辅助接点状态信息110V电信号通过电光电转换成24V电信号传输至保护装置。当某光耦发生故障时，会使用其相对应的隔离开
46、关遥信失败，不能正确反应开关的开合状态。对光耦的检测，主要是测量其输入、输出端子的电压是否正常，测量时万用表笔一支接光耦端子，一支接公共地端。3、通信管理机通信状态检查1) 使用网络命令Ping，检测其网口通信线路是否正常，将笔记本电脑接到内网交换机上，并将笔记本的IP地址与通信管理机的IP地址设在同一网段。以大许家牵引所通信管理机A为例：大许家牵引所通信管理机A的内网IP地址为“172.21.11.2”，那么可将笔记本IP地址设为“172.21.11.100”，并从笔记本Ping通信管理机A，观察返馈信息。2) 使用后台机上的“前置主程序”来观察通信管理机数据传输是否正常：打开“前置主程序”
47、，点击“报文可看”，在打开的“通道观察”窗口中点击“通道选择”按钮，在打开的“可监测的通道”窗口中选择通道（可全选），然后确定，点击“通道观察”窗口中“开始跟踪”按钮，即可看到不停刷新的十六进制数据，观察其是否变化，如无变化则说明后台机未能接收到通信管理机数据。3) 选择通信管理机“信息监视”“通讯监视”“串口数据显示”菜单项，串口选择“5”（5口是通信管理机与电调端数据传输端口），然后根据需点击“全部显示”、“接收显示”或“发送显示”。根据数据刷新状态判定通信管理机发送或接收数据是否正常。4、装置通讯状态检查可通过通信管理机上的“装置状态”菜单来检测各装置与通信管理机的通道通断情况。5、光纤通信集线器检查光纤通信集线器主要用于汇集各保护装置数据，进行数据信号分配交换，并将光信号转换成数字信号，通过网口接入内网交换机。如果光纤通信集线器故障，会造成所内各设备数据无法传输到通信管理机，从而无法实现远动功能。徐连线牵引所亭使用的光纤通信集线器型号为：PM204。可以通过观测光纤通信集线器前面板上的指示灯闪烁状态来观察数据通信是否正常。重点观察“Run”（运行指示）、“ACT”（数据传输指示）、“Link”（连接指
