1、 造 浪 池 浸 脚 池 工 程施工方案编制：审核：审批： 2014年 月 日一、工程概况3二、施工流程3三、施工方法3四、工程机械、人员配置10五、安全管理及环境保护13浸脚池施工方案一、 工程概况造浪池外设五个完全相同的钢筋混凝土浸脚池（含排水井、集沙坑），浸脚池底部为100mmC15砼垫层，沟底、两侧为C30钢筋混凝土。进水管为DN50的PPR管，排水管为DN200的双壁波纹管，分别连通已有的给水、排水井。池壁高出地面部分使用防腐木制作斜坡。二、 施工流程施工准备测量放线原路面混凝土剔凿（池坑；进水、排水管沟）C15砼垫层施工粘贴底板卷材防水浸脚池钢筋绑扎浸脚池底板C30砼浇筑敷设进水、
2、排水管两侧模板支设两侧砼浇筑模板拆除粘贴池壁卷材防水回填土、原路面砼恢复阀门安装（暂不考虑井盖）三、 施工方法 1、施工准备1)熟悉图纸，认真领悟设计意图和使用功能。2）做好钢筋、水泥、灰砂砖等材料的试验、试配、试压等项试验工作，做到先试后用。3）施工用水由甲方指定用水点。4）施工用电由甲方指定接电点。5）做好材料计划表，并复核上报，根据生产需要安排，明确进场时间。6）组织施工人员进行好安全教育并按规定办理好施工人员上岗证，入厂证等，组织各种施工机具进场办理相关手续。施工前办理好相关的作业票证才能施工。2、 测量放线1）定位原则：根据图纸，对浸脚池定位放线控制。2）测量放线：在池的两边设控制点
3、、控制线，确定集沙坑及排水井位置。3、 土方开挖 1）原路面机械切缝、人工剔凿，建筑垃圾运至指定地点。 2）土方（级配砂石）开挖采用人工开挖，使用人力小推车进行水平运输。3）开挖顺序， 浸脚池挖至池底再次确定集水坑、排水井位置并开挖至指定深度。浸脚池土方开挖采用人工开挖；人工捡底保证开挖设计标高及结构尺寸，尽量避免超挖现象。在土方开挖过程中遇到地下管线、电缆及不明障碍物时，应立即通知监理公司和甲方单位有关人员进行处理，采取有效措施处理完毕后方可继续施工，基槽清理干净后及时通知监理公司和甲方现场代表到现场验槽，验槽合格后，才能进行下道垫层工序施工。 4、 C15砼垫层施工 1)施工准备 材料及主
4、要机具： 水泥：PO32.5 普通水泥。 砂：中砂，含泥量不大于5%。 石子：碎石，粒径1031.5mm，含泥量不大于3%，且无杂物。 水：应用自来水。 2)主要机具：手推车或翻斗车、铁锹（平头和尖头）、振动器、木抹子、水平钢尺等。 3)操作工艺： （1) 工艺流程 槽底清理、洒水垫层模板支设混凝土拌制混凝土浇筑混凝土振捣 混凝土养护（2) 清理：在地基或基土上清除淤泥和杂物，并应有 防水和排水措施。对于干燥土应用水润湿，表面不得留有积水。（3) 模板工程：侧边模板采用建筑多层板与方木支模，外加斜撑固定，进场的模板要求不翘曲、耐磨性能好，周边封口严密，防水性能好。 （4)混凝土拌制：采用人工运
5、输及搅拌，后台要认真按混凝土的配合比投料：每盘投料顺序为石子水泥砂子（掺合料）水（外加剂）。严格控制用水量，搅拌要均匀，最短时间不少于90s。 （5) 混凝土不能连续浇筑时，一般超过2h，应按施工缝处理。浇筑砼时，尽量不留施工缝，浇筑砼时要专人振捣，振捣时认真按施工规程操作。 （6) 混凝土振捣密实后，按事先做好的控制标高桩找平，表面应用木抹子搓平。 （7) 混凝土的养护：混凝土浇筑完毕后，应在12h内加以覆盖和浇水，浇水次数应能保持混凝土有足够的润湿状态。养护期一般不少于7昼夜。4）质量标准： 混凝土所用的水泥、水、骨料、外加剂等必须符 合施工规范和有关标准的规定。 混凝土的配合比、原材料计
6、量、搅拌、养护和施工缝处理，必须符合施工规范的规定。 评定混凝土强度的试块，必须按混凝土强度检验评定标准的规定取样、制作、养护和试验。其强度必须符合施工规范的规定。5、 SBS改性沥青防水卷材5.1机具准备：喷灯、笤帚、铁桶、铁锹、壁纸刀、刮板等。5.2人员准备：按照工程进度要求合理组织施工人员，安排专人负责文明安全施工、成品保护等事宜。5.3、基层已办理完验收和交接手续，基层应干净、坚实、平整、不得有酥松、起砂、起皮等现象。5.4、在基层上弹出卷材铺贴控制线，将防水卷材对准铺于基层上，相邻卷材之间为搭接，长边搭接宽度为100mm、短边搭接宽度为150mm。5.5、铺设完成后浇筑保护层。6、浸
7、脚池钢筋绑扎钢筋工程：钢筋在预制场直接加工，专人操作，加工好的钢筋的绑扎顺序运至现场分类堆放，随时使用。钢筋安装时为保证钢筋保护层厚度，可用砼垫块来保证。（主筋为螺纹12150mm箍筋为圆10200mm） 7、 浸脚池150mm厚底板C30砼浇筑（同4）8、 敷设进水、排水管 进水管为DN50的PPR管，排水管为DN200的双壁波纹管，分别连通已有的给水、排水井。排管下管清理管膛、管口波纹管胶圈接口、PPR管热熔连接检查高程、中线通水试压1） 散管，将检查并疏通好的管子沿沟散开摆好。下管，将管子从地面放入沟槽内。由于管径比较小，重量不重所以本工程采用人工下管。下管时应该谨慎操作，保证人身安全。
8、操作前，必须对沟壁情况，下管工具、绳索、安全措施等认真的检查。 2）双壁波纹管管道连接：双壁波纹管是由波纹外壁和一层光滑内壁一次熔结挤压成型的，管壁截面为双层结构，其内壁光滑平整，外壁为等矩排列的具有梯形中空结构的管材。管道主要采用橡胶圈承插连接。因管道接口为胶圈接口，故管道在顶进过程中，不得强行顶进，以防损坏管口，顶进深度符合技术规范要求。安装时，将管子稍吊离槽底，使插口上的胶圈准确对入承口锥面内，利用边线调整管身位置，使管身中线符合设计要求。此时，应认真检查胶圈与承口接触是否均匀紧密，不均匀时，应进行调整，使胶圈准确就位。安装的顶拉速度应缓慢，并设专人盯胶圈就位情况，必须保证其所处位置均匀
9、。当胶圈达到承插口工作面预订位置后，锁定接口，一段接口完成口后，应用中、粗砂填实，并及时回填管座砂基。 PPR管道连接：采用手持式熔接器进行热熔连接。 连接前，应先清除管道及附件上的灰尘及异物。管道连接采用熔接机加热管材和管件，管材和管件的热熔深度应符合要求。连接时，无旋转地把管端插入加热套内，达到预定深度。同时，无旋转地把管件推到加热头上加热，达到加热时间后，立即把管子与管件从加热套与加热头上同时取下，迅速无旋转地、均匀用力插入到所要求的深度，使接头处形成均匀凸缘。在规定的加热时间内，刚熔接好的接头还可进行校正，但严禁旋转。将加热后的管材和管件垂直对准推进时用力不要过猛，防止弯头弯曲。连接完
10、毕，必须紧握管子与管件保持足够的冷却时间，冷却到一定程度后方可松手。 3）稳管后，对基础设计高程和中线位置进行检查，符合设计和规范要求后方可进行回填，同时需做好管道安装的高程和中线的测量定线工作。 安装要点和注意事项（1）、安装时，插口、接口工作面应清洗干净，应平直、无扭曲。（2）、利用边线调整管身位置，使管子中线符合设计要求。 9、浸脚池侧边模板支设 模板工程：基础模板采用18厚建筑胶合板与方木支模，侧板底脚外钉压脚板，外加斜撑固定，进场的模板要求长度、尺寸一致，且对角线长度偏差小，厚度偏差小，不翘曲、耐磨性能好，周边封口严密，防水性能好。10、浸脚池200mm池壁C30砼浇筑（同4）11、
11、模板拆除用撬棍在沟边体根部轻轻撬动模板，不得撬动砼上部模板与砼体脱离。拆下的模板由拆摸人员传递至楼板面堆放，严禁野蛮拆模，以免损坏混凝土。 12、池壁防水卷材粘贴（同5）13、回填土、原路面恢复1）管区填土施工必须在管道两侧同步迸行。严禁单侧回填从管底基础部位开始到管顶以上0.5米范围内，必须采用人工回填，严禁用机械推土回填。回填时沟槽内应无积水，不得带水回填，不得回填淤泥，砖、石等硬块。 2)回填土的压实度，管底到管顶范围内不小于95%管顶以上0.4米范围内不小于80%其它部位不小90%管顶以上路基部分按道路施工要求 3）路面应采C20混凝土浇筑，与原路面抹平并涂刷与原路面相同的红粉子。14

13、工用电管理程序要求进行；2）所有用电设备均采用一机一闸制，漏电保护不少于2级；3）漏电开关必须保护有效性，且每月建立检查机制；4）电箱应采用防水电箱，并且每个电箱处应设立明显的警示标志；2、 车辆通行施工现场内行车时，应放慢行驶速度，经减少飞尘。3、 施工安全1）严禁酒后作业、带病作业、疲劳作业、穿拖鞋、赤脚上班，进入施工现场必须戴好安全帽。2）对施工人员进行安全教育，加强其安全意识；3）定期对施工车辆、机械进行检查，杜绝安全隐患；4）定期或不定期检查施工用电线路、设施、设备的安全性；5）施工现场设专职安全管理人员，时刻检查、监督施工人员、机械、施工用电的安全情况。Opinions and s
