1、顶进施工法顶进施工法，俗称顶管法。适用于管道工程施工时不便于开槽埋设或开槽埋设费用过大的工程。一、顶进地道桥施工方法及工艺地面线填土后背234568171 浆砌片石后背墙2 C25混凝土分配梁3 千斤顶4 底板（滑板）5 地道桥6 刃角7 路基8 既有线路地面线1:k图9-2 顶入法示意图地道桥为砼箱形结构，箱形框架总宽1060cm，箱形框架总高720cm，箱内净高570cm，沿桥中心方向总长19.8m，铁路桥上设双侧钢筋砼栏杆.根据现场情况，拟采用D16便梁加固线路，重力式填土浆砌片石后背，由南向北顶进施工。详见“图9-2顶入法示意图”。1.1.1. 顶入法施工工艺流程见“图9-3 顶入法施
2、工工艺框图”1.1.2. 开挖工作坑工作坑内设有滑板，其上铺设润滑隔离层，地道桥在工作坑内预制，地道桥顶进工作能否顺利进行与工作坑的布局关系很大，故工作坑根据铁路线路、材料堆放、铁路两侧的地面高程、土质和地形等情况全面考虑。1.1.3. 修筑后背拟采用重力式填土、浆砌片石后背。1.1.4. 修筑滑板滑板用C15砼灌注并在滑板内安放钢筋网，滑板厚度为15cm，滑板中的纵向钢筋要与砼后背梁相连。为增加滑板与土层的摩阻力，以防止箱体起动时带动滑板，在滑板底部相隔5m间距设一后梁。滑板必须保证平整度。做好润滑隔离层，在滑板上喷涂石蜡在石蜡层上铺一层塑料薄膜保护层，以减少起动顶力。两侧设导向支墩。滑板做
3、成1%的仰坡，防止顶进“扎头”。1.1.5. 预制框架预制框架前做好测量放线工作，使框架身、滑板及顶进桥位的中心线一致。滑板顶面涂石腊3mm，其上撒滑石粉一层，再铺塑料薄膜一层。支模时在框架两侧前端2m范围内的外模向外放宽1cm，使预制好的框架形成倒楔形，以减少顶进阻力。防水砼灌注分阶段施工，先灌筑底板，当底板混凝土强度达设计强度的75%后，再绑扎上部钢筋，灌筑上部的中边墙及顶部混凝土。浇筑前应检查各预埋件是否齐全，避免遗漏。施工准备开挖工作坑加工滑板钢筋基坑排水降水修建滑板制作隔离层预制框架修建后背准备模板加工框架钢筋试 顶线路加固挖运土就 位拆除线路加固拆除顶进设备顶进结束顶 进图9-3
4、顶入法施工工艺框图现场制试块，工地检测站试验，其它材料在预制前试验，合格后方可采用。框架预制好时，刃角和三角块一并施工。1.1.6. 线路加固采用便梁加固路基。便梁采用宝鸡桥梁厂生产的D16定型便梁，该便梁加固线路刚度大，稳定性好，安全可靠，拆装方便。框架预制完毕并养护达到设计强度的100%，即可开始开挖、灌注支墩，加固线路（在分局运输部门批复方案，下达慢行计划后）。如“图9-4 顶进地道桥施工既有线加固图”所示：顶进设备安装、调试及准备1.1.6.1. 顶进设备安装、调试选用STD-1500KN的卧式千斤顶8台，160SCY14-1高压油泵8台，其它小型千斤顶若干以作后备。千斤顶的布置应以框
5、架桥的中心线为轴，对称布置。传力设备由顶铁、顶柱、横梁等组成。顶进设备的检查可逐步加压，并对设备及滑板、后背等进行检查并调试，使其运转正常。D16型便梁1640混凝土支承桩地道桥说明：1、图中尺寸以cm计； 2、混凝土支承桩采用挖孔桩施工。既有线路基面图9-4 顶进地道桥施工既有线加固图同时对传力设备进行检查，以满足顶进的需要。1.1.6.2. 准备工作1.1.6.2.1. 开顶前必须对线路加固的质量进行检查，确保万无一失。1.1.6.2.2. 框架桥外表喷涂以石蜡及机油（4:1）熬制而成的润滑剂。1.1.6.2.3. 扎头故障处理采取打短木桩加固土壤，准备好所需的材料1.1.6.2.4. 安
6、装观测仪器检查框架桥在顶进中是否按预定位置走行，千斤顶每顶进一个行程应用仪器测量框架桥的中线位置与水平高差，以便及时采取调整措施，记录数据作为技术资料。1.1.6.2.5. 启动试顶，启动时，油泵应逐渐加压，每次升压后还要稳定10分钟，并对设备及滑板、后背梁等，进行检查。1.1.7. 顶进工艺开镐顶进是现场顶进工作的中心环节，每次开镐前应检查油泵等液压系统有无故障，挖土部位及尺寸是否符合要求，顶铁安装是否合格和后背变形情况有无发展等。顶进工作的过程是：当前方刃角处挖土完成一个顶程后，即开动高压油泵，使千斤顶产生顶力，通过传力设备（顶铁、顶柱），借助于后背的反作用力，推动框架桥前进。框架桥前进后
7、，千斤顶回油复原。然后在空挡处填放顶铁，以待下次开镐。如此循环往复，直至框架桥就位，顶进结束。顶进应利用列车运行的间隙进行，为了保证安全，在顶进施工人员和线路防护人员之间用对讲机联系，以密切配合，步调一致。1.1.7.1. 挖土及运土框架桥的顶进速度主要取决于洞内的挖、运土速度。故应尽可能为挖、运土创造条件，提高效率。由于框架桥高度为5.7m，人工挖土宜分成上下两层台阶式进行。每米宽工作面上布置1人挖土作业。其操作遵循如下要求：1.1.7.1.1. 进尺根据土质情况决定，一般约为50cm，必须保证刃角切入土层内10cm以上。1.1.7.1.2. 掌握土坡的平整，并保持与刃角坡度一致，成台阶形，
8、严禁出现倒坡。1.1.7.1.3. 列车通过时不得挖土。如发现机械设备有故障不能顶进时，亦应立即停止挖土。1.1.7.1.4. 挖土工作必须与观测工作紧密配合，根据偏差分析，决定挖土方法，施行纠偏。运土采用小型自卸式翻斗车从框架内装土、运土。1.1.7.2. 安放顶铁每行顶铁与千斤顶应成一直线，并与后背梁垂直，各行长度应力求一致。顶进时，顶铁上不准站人，并注意观察顶铁受力情况，防止崩出。1.1.7.3. 接长车道为保证运土工作的连续进行，采用活动车道。活动车道由两个互相穿插的木垛上铺设方木作为路面建成。前木垛与框架桥底板相连，可随框架桥一同前进，后木垛放在滑板上。活动车道前端搭在前木垛上，后端
9、连接在后木垛上。当框架桥前进时，车道在前木垛上滑动伸长，每顶进一定距离用卷扬机将后木垛拉进一次，并将后面的车道接长。1.1.7.4. 测量工作在框架桥的后方设置观测点以观测框架桥顶进时中线和水平偏差。为避免后背变形影响观测仪器的稳定，观测点设在离后背稍远处，在框架桥四个角上进行高程测量。顶进方向偏差的观测在框架桥一侧的前后端各设一个标尺进行。为观测顶进中后背的变形情况，在后背砼两端设立传感器，进行后背变形观测。每顶一镐测量一次高程和左右方向偏差，做好记录，以便及时纠正偏差。1.1.7.5. 纠偏措施框架桥在顶进过程中，不可避免地存在偏移，为使框架桥的高程和方向达到设计要求，施工中采取如下措施：
10、1.1.7.5.1. 框架桥在滑板上滑动时，充分利用后背千斤顶的合理布置和操作来调节前进方向1.1.7.5.2. 框架桥入土后，顶进方向靠前端挖土来控制，由于原路基较结实，尽量采取超挖，结合测量数据，确定超挖位置。1.1.7.5.3. 利用后背顶铁调整。加换后背顶铁时，根据偏差的大小和方向将一侧顶铁楔紧，另一侧顶铁楔松或留一定间隙。1.1.7.5.4. 结构“抬头”时可在基底以下适量超挖，用“船头坡”来整治“扎头”。为保证箱体均匀受力，不准强行纠偏，不准强行上抬或下调，顶推时，力争使结构平行移动。发生偏差时逐步纠正。1.1.8. 栏杆挡樯及其它地道桥顶进到位后，即可进行栏杆施工，预留电缆槽。浇
11、筑进出口挡墙。拔后背钢轨桩，拆除后背、刃角、滑板。补充道碴，拆除便梁，恢复线路。箱壁间填塞水泥砂浆。1.1.9. 保证既有线行车安全措施1.1.9.1. 在既有线施工严格遵守铁道部铁路行车线上施工技术规则及铁路技术管理规程，制定切实可行的安全保障措施，确保行车安全。在必要的地点和时间内，设置照明和防护、警告信号和看守，把保护工程、保障施工人员和人民群众的安全放在工作首位。1.1.9.2. 施工中需拆除改动既有线行车设备时，必须事先与使用、维修部门联系取得同意。并与有关站、段签订确保行车安全的施工协议，明确责任和划分责任。需要封锁线路，停用信号、联锁、闭塞设备或限制列车运行速度，均要通过车站向行
12、车调度申请。按规定的日期向所在局提出施工计划。在区间线路上进行零星的拆卸更换作业，施工负责人必须与车站值班员联系，切实掌握列车运行情况，并按规定设停车手信号防护。在既有线旁作业的施工人员横越线路时，必须遵守“一停、二看、三通过”的规定，跨越轨道搬重物件过轨，必须与邻近车站联系或办理登记手续，按规定设置防护。1.1.9.3. 顶进作业应按照设计文件中提出的技术要求和安全措施，结合孔径、地质、线路和路基等状况进行总体研究，在采取安全可靠的线路与路基加固措施的基础上，认真编制好施工组织设计。向城市铁路部门上报施工方案，按批复后的方案封锁慢行计划组织实施。扣轨施工时，对选用的扣轨梁应经过认真检算、保存
13、计算依据。地道桥顶进施工应按照铁基1988706号文公布的铁路既有线桥涵顶进施工工艺的各项规定办理。开挖工作坑不得影响路基稳定，严禁过早和盲目开挖路基边坡。地道桥顶进挖土，应边顶边挖。顶进期间应指派专人在每趟列车通过后检查路基、轨道变化和便梁与支墩的技术状态，发现不良情况必须立即停止顶进，进行加固整修处理。1.1.9.4. 施工中应保证列车的安全运行，必须进行封锁或框架桥防护措施，并作其它必要防护，在竣工后将线路恢复到正常行车条件，撤除防护信号。1.1.9.5. 封锁便梁施工地点吊运，需进行线路封锁。在封锁前一个月提出计划报城市铁路部门。做好充分施工准备，并在车站设联络员，接到调度命令后方可进
14、行施工，保证在规定时间内完成。施工地点两端各1500米处设移动停车信号牌，吊运完毕后，吊运负责人应检查便梁与线路距离，经检查达列车放行条件，移走停车信号牌，撤除防护，与车站值班员联系开通区间。车站联络员、线路两端防护员、施工负责人用电话联系。1.1.9.6. 慢行防护线路架空后直至线路恢复前，应设慢行防护。在距施工地点1200米列车运行左侧设立移动减速信号牌（2个）及手信号防护人员，并在距施工地点20M的地方设立减速地点标（2个），减速信号昼间为黄色圆牌，夜间柱上黄色灯光。二、主要设备顶管施工主要的设备有三大类：1、顶进设备；主要是类似于液压千斤顶的一种设备，其作用是提供水平推力使管道向前运动
15、。2、掘土设备：主要是挖除管道中的泥土，利用固定在支架上的电动刀盘，切削泥土。掘土刀盘又分为单刀盘和多刀盘两种。单刀盘是由一个电机带动分段安装在旋转支架上的许多小刀片，将土切削下来。土的切削断面与管道外径相同，也就是说土的切削率为100%，多刀盘一般为4个电机带动4个刀盘，对称均匀分布在管道断面内，其切削面积约为需开孔面积的67%。另外，顶管中的掘土方式，还有另外一种简单的方式：即人工挖土。3、泥土运输设备：主要有泥浆泵和泥土输送机。泥浆泵主要适用于较小管径的管道施工中，在电动刀盘切削土的同时，用水泵向机头空腔内注水，在泥土切削下来时就形成了“三性土”（即塑性、防水性和承压性），由于“三性土”
16、具有塑性和承压性，所以会自动进入泥浆泵的吸水管内，通过泥浆泵被抽到地面的泥浆池内；沉淀后，将土凉干，即可作为其它用途。这种工艺被称为“泥水平衡法”。泥土输送机一般用于管径较大的管道工程中，随着电动刀盘切削土量的增加机头空腔内土的压力会越来越大；土就会通过机头上预留的出土孔被挤压进泥土输送机内。最后被送到地面。这就是所谓的“土压平衡法”。与人工挖土对应的运土方式就是用简单的圈扬机和铁斗车将土运送地面。三、减阻措施 在顶管施工过程中，随着顶进管道长度的增加，管道外壁与土体之间的摩擦力会越来大，为了克服摩擦力就必须提供越来越大的动力。既增加了工程费用，又延长了工期，摩擦力过大时甚至无法施工。因此，工
17、程施工中必须采取减阻措施。常用的减阻措施是在管道外壁形成一种润滑膜。这种润滑膜是由膨润土（主要成份高岭土）、废机油及其它润滑剂混合成糊状，通过管道上预留的注浆孔，由泵加压注入到管外壁。由于是通过泵加压的，所以这种润滑泥浆能沿着管外壁流动，使四周都有这种润滑剂，从而达到减小摩擦阻力的目的。四、工作坑 要想使管道在地下近似水平的顶进施工，就必须在地下布置设备，这就需要工作坑。工作坑的作用是给地下顶管提供工作场地，所以工作坑的侧壁必须具有一定的强度和刚度，以免侧壁土方塌方造成安全事故。工作坑的平面尺寸根据管径、管长、设备及现场具体情况确定，一般4米5米，工作坑的深度一般比管道内底低0.5米。根据上海
18、市的顶管规范，一般当管道直径小于1.5米或工作坑深度小于6米时，可以采用钢板桩工作坑；否则必须采用钢筋砼沉井工作坑。五、顶管法中的几个技术指标 1、顶管最小覆土：一般要求管顶覆土大于2.5倍的管道外直径，其最小不得小于1.5倍的管道外直径。 2、一个工作坑的经济顶管长度：由于工作坑的造价比等长度的管道造价高得多，所以一个工作坑顶进的管道越长，每米管道造价分摊的比例就越少，但是顶进的管道越长，出土的费用就越高，顶进的速度就越慢，所以一个工作坑的顶进距离即不能太长，也不能太短。一般泥水平衡法的每个工作坑经济顶进长度为200米-250米，土压平衡法的每个工作坑经济顶进长度为120米-150米，人工挖
19、法的每个工作坑经济长度为35米-50米。 3、顶进速度：在机械掘土的顶管中，顶进掘土的速度很快，但是安装设备及辅助管线（水管、泥浆管、导轨等）较慢，同时施工过程中需要纠偏，所以每天的顶进速度并没有想象的那么快，对于机械掘出的较小管径顶管每天可顶进25米左右，对于大管径（直径1.5米以上）；每天可机进15米-20米；人工挖土的一般每天可顶进6米-8米。 4、泥浆池：一般一个作业段要用2-3个泥浆池轮流使用，以减小沉淀的时间和泥浆池的尺寸。泥浆池的尺寸，根据施工场地的情况而定，一般一个池子的容积15-20立方米。六、材料 1、管材：目前顶管用管材，大都采用国家建材局颁布的行业标准JC/T640-1
20、996。实际施工时可给据荷载情况及埋设位置，选择管道级别及标准。由于在顶管施工中，需要从注浆孔内注入膨润土，所以，管材预制时要每三节中要有一节带有注浆孔。注浆孔在管道的前端，一般每节管上有3-4个孔，沿管道四周均匀布置。注浆孔一般采用带内丝的DG25镀锌钢管，注浆结束后用，用给水管件的DG25闷头，将其封堵，以免管道运行时发生渗漏。 2、管道内壁防腐涂层：一般采用在管道内壁涂刷氢凝或沥青防腐柒进行防腐，以延长管道的使用寿命。在管道顶进过程中由于管内设有轨道，所以对防腐涂层没有任何影响。 3、在管道顶进过程中，为了避免管口接触处因应力集中而发生挤压破坏，所以需要在两管口之间加垫柔性材料，以减小应
21、力集中的程度。柔性衬垫材料一般为本衬垫（厚12mm）或多层油毡。七、顶进法施工注意事项：1、施工前，与设备管理单位联系，了解既有线线路两侧既有的电力、通讯、行车信号等设备情况，施工中加强防护。 2、施工前，协调拆迁部门对施工范围内的电力、信号和铁通线路进行拆迁，不能拆迁的必须做好防护，在确认拆迁完毕或防护到位后，方可进行基坑开挖和顶进。 3、施工前，通知配合单位到场监督配合，并按配合协议要求做好既有线加固和防护措施。 4、架设D便梁或工字钢梁需挖桩施工前，预备足够的沙袋和片石，当孔壁出现坍塌趋势影响线路安全时，立即回填桩孔，确保行车安全。 5、封锁施工时，按规定设驻站联络员，施工区段两端及作业
22、点设防护人员，按照车站值班员下达的封锁命令施工。施工后由施工、工务、监理等部门共同检查线路几何状态，确认满足放行列车条件时，由施工、工务和电务负责人各自通知驻站人员办理销点手续。 6、在顶进慢行施工期间，设专职线路巡养人员，夜晚设足够照明，日夜巡视施工地段及两侧影响地段线路几何状态及路基边坡、基坑边坡稳定状况。巡养人员在每趟列车通过后，检查轨距、 水平、高低、轨向，并作详细记录。在雨天或雨后，更要加强巡检监测，当出现危及行车安全的险情时，首先拦停列车，立即组织抢修，并及时与工务部门取得联系，共同抢修，达不到线路轨道静态几何尺寸容许偏差管理值放行列车条件的，杜绝冒险放行列车。 7、顶进时，应对各
23、观测点进行仔细观测变化情况，发现异状，应立即停止顶进，待问题处理后，在开泵顶进作业。 8、顶进中，必须执行挖一段、顶一段，做到随挖随顶。挖好的工作面不得长时间暴露，严禁超前挖土。 9、当施工需要开挖路堤边坡时，应做好架空线路及相应防护措施，并派人24h监护。当发生异常情况时，应立即撤离危险区，并向开来的列车发出停车信号。 10、在列车通过时、顶进暂停期内严禁挖土作业。 11、在桥涵顶进到位后，经复测结果达到设计要求时，立即对涵身两侧、涵顶及时进行回填并夯实，为恢复线路做准备。Opinions and suggestions on the partys mass line educational
