2、。为高效、优质、安全封堵该段井筒漏水，特编写此措施。二、水文地质高河煤矿中央回风立井井筒基岩段位于二叠系石盒子组，岩石主要为砂岩，含少量泥岩。由于该段以砂岩为主，地层稳定且含水较为丰富。三、施工工艺1）注浆形式本次注浆采用上行式施工方法，自+459.72起，自下而上逐段施工，每10为一小段高。2）孔口管的布置在井筒内同一水平均匀分布6个注浆孔，上下层孔口管采取梅花型布置(后附孔口管布置图)。3）造孔及孔口管的选择注浆孔眼深为1200，采用YT-28风锤，42“一”钎头，中空六棱钎杆进行造孔，造孔时坚持孔深穿透井壁外5001000mm的原则。孔口管采用42的无缝钢管，长度为600，一头车成马牙扣
3、，另一头车成丝扣，马牙扣长度为500，丝扣长度为70。4）孔口管的安装安装孔口管前用麻坯将马牙扣一头缠紧缠牢，用大锤将孔口管砸进井壁内。5）注浆泵的选择注浆选在吊盘上操作时，用一台KBY-50/70注浆机放在吊盘的下层进行注浆，搅拌桶采用自制大铁桶，人工拌浆进行作业，如果壁后水压过大或裂隙不沟通而注不进浆液时，改选用日本HFV-C型注浆机和立式强制式搅拌机拌浆进行作业。HFV-C型注浆机：输出压力0-130kg/cm2 输出量 0-200L/min 电机功率 22KW 转速 1450转/分KBY-50/70 液压双液注浆泵技术特征如下： 工作压力 5-70kg/cm2 流量 0-50L/min
4、缸 径 110mm 行程 180mm 电机功率7.5KW 6)注浆压力确定：安全系数取n=2 注浆段高为10m，取 R=375cm 混凝土壁厚E=55cm井壁材料极限抗压强度为R=350kg/cm2P=K(E2+2R0E)/2(R0+E)2 K=R/nP=350/2(552+237555)/2(375+55)2P=41.9kg/cm2根据以往注浆经验，确定本次注浆压力不得超过4.19MPa。7)浆液注入量估计：浆液注入量取决于浆液的有效扩散半径，岩石裂隙大小，水泥结石率等原因。注入量按下式计算：Q=(R-r2)/2H/=1.53.14(7.37.3-4.34.3)/20.032530.8/0.
5、8 =622 m3式中：Q浆液注入量m3；浆液损失系数，取1.5；H注浆段高253m；R浆液的有效扩散半径，R=6.0m；m浆液的结石率，取m=0.8；h 岩石裂隙率3%；B浆液在裂隙中有效充填系数，取B=0.8；按水灰比1：1计算,需用P.O 42.5水泥466吨，水玻璃12吨。8)注浆类配比型及材料变电所注浆采用单液水泥浆和水泥水玻璃双液浆，以单液浆为主，水泥水玻璃双液浆为辅，单液水泥浆用于充填壁后及围岩裂隙，双液浆用于封孔和跑浆处理，选用PO42.5水泥，水灰比（重量比）为2:1、1.5：1、1：1、0.8：1，水玻璃要求模数为2.8Be以上，浓度为50。9)注浆工艺流程单液水泥浆经二次
6、搅拌注浆泵输浆管控制阀孔口管壁后裂隙。10)注浆量及压力控制将注浆管路与孔口管连接好，打开泄浆阀，关闭进浆阀，压清水试通管路，清水由泄浆阀流出，将同一水平的其余孔口管用球阀上紧，关闭泄浆阀开始注浆，注浆时必须将上一层孔口管用球阀上紧且打开，选用单液浆时，在浆液搅拌前，先确定每次搅拌水泥浆量，并按各种配比在搅拌器内画出水位线，严格控制浆液浓度，用波美比重计检查浆液浓度，以防水量过多或过少。在注浆过程中，打开其余孔口管球阀，以便观察浆液扩散情况，当其余孔口管出浆时关闭其球阀；开始注浆要缓慢，以后根据具体情况，用人为的方法控制吸浆量，直至终压 （4.1MPa）终量（20L/min ）结束本孔注浆。1
7、1)跑浆处理：在注浆过程中，要派专人在吊盘四周观察井壁是否有跑浆现象，当出现跑浆情况时，应及时处理，并控制注浆量，采用间歇注浆或调整浆液浓度，当跑浆严重时，把另一吸浆管放入水玻璃桶内，打开混和器上双液浆闸阀，进行双液浆封孔并结束本孔注浆。12)管路冲洗及养护：每孔注浆结束后压清水冲洗管路，关闭球阀养护2-3小时。注浆结束后，由记录员及跟班技术员整理各孔注浆资料，填表、绘图、上报存档。13)工期：工期按注浆58吨/天，此次预计注水泥466吨左右，需8天，加上准备1天，拆除1天，预计共需10天时间。四、安全技术措施1、施工前应对施工人员进行安全技术培训。2、注浆过程浆液的选择按照先稀后浓的原则。3
8、、浆液的浓度严格按配合比进行配制。4、观察及泄浆时工作人员要戴防护镜，以防伤眼。5、注浆时，井筒内人员严禁站在注浆孔对面，以防拔管或脱扣喷浆伤人。6、压力表要定期进行检验，坏表应立即更换。7、搅拌浆液应严格掌握浆液浓度，严防水泥内混入杂物，严禁使用失效结块水泥。8、设专人看管吸浆龙头，吸浆龙头应包上滤网，以防龙头糊堵。9、在注浆过程中跑浆时，应提高浆液浓度，减小注浆压力，或改注双液浆。10、司泵员应密切注意压力变化，并设专人观察，发现异常情况应立即停止注浆并及时汇报。11、注浆压力严禁超过设计压力，严格遵守单液浆向双液浆转换操作规定，保质保量做好封孔工作。12、值班人员要认真做好原始记录，数据
