6、解整个综合布线系统的主要设备情况；识读一份平面图确定设备安装的位置。三、知识准备 （见附件）1、图幅的尺寸是怎样规定的？ 答： 2、BV-0.45/0.75-3X2.5 CT-400x200/PVC25 WC/FC 代表的意义？ 答： 3、试举出5个综合布线相关电气文字符号并指出其中文含义？ 答： 四、训练活动活动一：知识抽查 要求：l 老师对学员知识准备情况进行抽查具体抽查内容见知识准备的问题；l 抽查方式： 口答 试卷 操作l 老师要记录学员回答问题的情况。老师必要时做简单的讲解。活动二：示范操作 内容： 教师现场进行色标识别及标识的制做示范。l 步骤一：图纸幅面尺寸图纸幅面尺寸是指绘制图
7、样所采用的纸张的大小规格。为了便于管理和合理使用纸张，绘制图样时应优先采用表1所规定的基本幅面。表1 图纸基本图面尺寸l 步骤二：图框格式 格式分留装订边（图12a）和不留装订边（图12b）两种，但同一产品的图样只能采用同一种格式，并均应画出图框线及标题栏。（a）留有装订边的图纸格式（b）不留装订边的图纸格式图 1图框线用粗实线绘制，一般情况标题栏位于图纸右下角，也允许位于图纸右上角。标题栏中文字书写方向即为看图方向。l 步骤三：会签栏、标题栏 会签栏 供相关专业设计人员会审时签名用，通常的会签栏如图2所示。图 2 标题栏 用以表明图样的名称、图号、张次、更改及相关者签署，又称图标；由于现在没
8、有统一的格式，推荐格式如图3所示：图 3l 步骤四：图线图样中为了表示不同内容，并能分清主次，必须使用不同线型、线宽的图线。技术制图 图线（GBT 14689-2008）对图线作了规定；其中基本的图型如图4所示。l 步骤五：电气图形符号按照相关图形符号的规定：强电部分主要有：国家标准GB4728电气图用图形符号。弱电部分主要有：中国工程建设标准化协会标准CECS3731991工业企业通信工程设计图形文字符号标准及原电子工业部标准SJ27081986声音和电视信号的电缆分配系统图形符号。现摘取与综合相关的部分图形如图5所示。图 4l 步骤六：电气文字符号GB71591987电气技术中的文字符号制
